For Yagi, what made you want to start the noodle shop?

Yagi: Well, my mamas taught me how to make their special noodle soup when I was really young. Since then, cooking was one of my favorite hobbies. One day, it dawned on me that I could make a living out of what I do, so I decided to open up a restaurant!
