“the only way lesbians can not like dick is if they’ve been traumatized by men, and even then they should still try to get themselves to like trans women’s dicks because its totally not the same” is the lefty version of “lesbians only exist because they’ve been hurt by men, and so they need to overcome that unnatural aversion because they will meet the right man eventually”

What is bioessentialism: all women are maternal, submissive, feminine, friendly, innocent, naive, weak, timid, like pink, have long hair, wear heels, enjoy chick flick movies, like sanrio, identify with female characters in media, are straight, short, curvy, etc
What is NOT: women are biologically female. Woman means adult human female and that includes but is not limited to the range of female conditions that might impact reproductive function.
Women with conditions that make them infertile are not less female or more masculine because of it. Their condition is part of the female experience.

So amazing that the pride events in my city include “queer” events and “trans” events but the words lesbian, gay, and bisexual did not appear once. Love that.
