Victorient To Release Full Album

Victorient, london based two piece band, one with a Doom Metal background and the other experimenting with ethereal sounds. The idea behind this, is to make a band that sounds almost as if it was a strange record found in a pub in it’s heyday of eighties with a lot of traditional Goth, Doom Metal, 80’s synth with a bit of good old fashioned rock the first album will be an introduction to fantasy stories and dark reality. Last month they joined the label and are currently at work finishing their full length album, which is scheduled early 2016 on Crysella Records.

POST PUNK CLUB AND DEADFALL MANAGEMENT PRESENTS -1919

“The band formed in December 1980 in Bradford and set about recording heavy, melodic, intense dance music with no frills and pretentions. The band were an early contributor to what became the Goth genre.” (Gods and Alchoves)

1919 had chart success with the singles “Caged”, “Repulsion” and “Cry Wolf” as well as the 1984 LP “Machine”, and recorded two Peel Sessions.

In 2014, after a chance meeting between guitarist Mark Tighe and once drummer Stef Khacheturian, the result of a collaboration was the return of 1919.

After plucking Rio Goldhammer from the underground to front the band, 1919 are working on a new studio album and beginning preparations for what will be the first live shows in 30 years.

Nine Day Decline: NINE DAY DECLINE play their smashed-up dark emotional post-punk gothness with a burning passion. The trinity of like-minded souls, NINE DAY DECLINE share common influences such as Joy Division, Killing Joke, The Chameleons, Placebo, Play Dead & Bauhaus, making their music a dischordant but atmospheric soundscape into which dark emotional lyrics are woven.
