Last time I seen my brother. Last time I seen the sun.
the woman dies.
Stop being scared of building muscle.
Stop being scared of lifting heavy.
Stop being scared of looking bulky.
These things are keeping you from being your best, strongest self. Muscles will protect you in more ways than one, and have so many health benefits. It’s worth it I promise 🫶🏻
YOUR BONE DENSITY IS A SERIOUS CONCERN AS YOU GET OLDER. women lose bone density twice as fast as men. IT'S AN INVESTMENT YOU WILL NOT REGRET. LIFT. HEAVY. THINGS. AND. BUILD. MORE. MUSCLE.
I hate so bad when men of color act like they’re more oppressed than women as a class, or like white women created patriarchy. You are the patriarchy.
Like you, you set that system up. African men in their own countries practiced child marriage and polygamy long before Europeans darkened that doorstep. Cases of multiple child brides cooking and cleaning for one man, doing all the domestic and reproductive labor were common in many African tribes pre colonialism.
As a black woman whose experienced firsthand the misogyny black men wield over their communities I hate the noble savage trope men of color are painted with.
Even now, black American men are responsible for the incredibly high femicide rate of black women, who are 6x more likely to be killed than their white counterparts.

your boss could end up in jail if he hit you, your husband would be let free if it was ‘during sex’ (to say the least)

The Japanese government actively encourages women to enter prostitution—making it alarmingly easy—while systematically pushing them out of universities. This reveals a blatant fear of women surpassing men in education and career.
Japan’s policy might as well be: *Keep women in brothels, not classrooms.* By easing access to prostitution while limiting women’s education, they prioritize male insecurity over gender equality.
A few days ago a man tried to explain to me that patriarchy is just as bad for men because they miss out on “genuine human connection”.
Poor thing. It is really hard to be friends with people that your kind has systematically subjugated for thousands of years.
If patriarchy was just as bad for men it literally wouldn’t exist. Men like to act as if it was something just handed to humanity from aliens and not something they actively participate in propagating.
Saw the pic on Reddit, also women commenting about how married women are more at risk of getting autoimmune diseases and depression, and studies about how birthing boys shortens a woman's lifespan.
Exhibit 3170
The judge is as guilty as the murderer.
Crimes against women would be taken more seriously if the judges were legally liable for the crimes of the perpetrators they allow to roam freely.
