What do you think a good way to deal with regrets in life is?
Regrets can serve two purposes. One negative. One positive.
The negative purpose is as a club that we use to beat ourselves with, remembering every mistake, every failure, every missed chance.
The positive purpose is as a lesson. This thing happened. It was in the past. That means it has passed and can no longer affect me. We can forgive ourselves. We can start over. Today. In fact, we could start fresh right now and have a whole new beginning.
ever remember you’re just a bunch of matter that somehow self-developed itself
into a biological machine. One that then looks out onto the universe into which
it was created. By observing the machine sees, smells, feels, tastes. It derives
experience through itself. Light doesn’t shine to be seen. Light exists and we
just have developed to turn that light into image. Tree’s are not hard, we as
humans have determined that they are hard relative to our even softer skin
what i’m trying to say is you’re just a bunch of three dimension points of energy
traveling through a fourth and probably even larger dimensional plane
every time you get caught up in the world of material remember that you aren’t
human. that’s just what you call yourself. you’re a dynamic function of the
universe experiencing itself. life’s a trip, you should be awed by it’s
very existence. don’t take this trip for granted
