How do you get such pronounced bulges/dick outlines? I've tried to do the same with inpainting but had mixed results

Wrestling Singlets v1.0 and Jockstrap LoRAs help a lot. But often I tweak things a bit in FaceAPP or in plain Photoshop. No magic here :)
