Check out this cool cucumber from India that I met in Munnar, high up in the tea plantations of Kerala, Southern India. He is protected from bugs by a plastic bag but also has a stone hanging from him to help him grow straight. Personally I think cucumbers should be whatever shape and orientation that is natural to them.

Candice woke up from the night before on a bed of gin and tonic cake. To make: weigh 4 eggs, same weight of caster sugar, butter and flour. Zest & juice of 3 limes. Shots N shots of gin. Better than good enough!

Donald’s hair is a disaster. As we’ve been saying from the beginning. Time to replace.

Mondays are rubbish. As Diana reflects on the joys of the past weekend and the fear of the week ahead, this homemade granola really helps to ease her pain. She makes her’s with 3 cups of jumbo organic oats, 1 cup each of raisins, goji berries, crumbled pecans and sunflower seeds. Mix in a bit of coconut oil, some vanilla essence and however much date syrup you fancy - bake on a baking tray at 180° for around 10 minutes and there you have it. Oats that might just save your world. Diana was so proud of this week’s batch that she bathed in it.
