QUALIFICATIONS: Has a background of mechanics and programming, a degree a electrical engineering.

BEHAVIORAL REPORT: Has a history of slacking off to talk to animatronics. Has yelled at higher-ups for "not caring about the feelings" of animatronics. Suggested "therapy or counseling" for animatronics. Has worn "pride" memorabilia to work. Rude and snappy at anyone other than animatronics and children. Swearing.

Please report anything else incriminating to management.

THINGS TO NOTE: Be careful with this one. At any mention of firing, or replacing Finch, animatronics will cause a scene. Seperation from Chica or Roxanne for large periods of time will cause rampages, property damage, and Chica eating trash. Can stop Montgomery from rampaging, great at handling animatronics.

CURRENT VERDICT: We can't afford to fire Finch yet. Not only does Finch calm and handle the animatronics well, Finch also works hard when he is not slacking off. Having "Transgender" staff members makes the company look good adds new perspective.
