I am a shifter.

I've shifted at the very least over 50 times. I came to tumblr because I heard that it was one of the safer spaces to talk about my experiences with shifting. Antis dni.

My DRs: Kny, Final fantasy, Dv3, Cotl, better CR, Mystreet, Bnha, alnst, Red dead redemption, Sims, streamer dr, MID, JJK, Sdv, HunterxHunter, Love in deepspace, mystic msnger, sweet home, and fame dr.

As you can tell, I take advantage of shifting a lot. I shift to whatever media that peaks my interest. I shift pretty quickly now, it takes me about 20 minutes, and it's almost been a year since I first successfully shifted. It is an escape to me, but I do also enjoy exploring the multiverse in whatever reality I please. My favorite drs are my aphmau drs and my anime ones. I shift to those more frequently. Usually I spend around three months in each dr after every shift, or at least I try to. Spending too much time in one dr causes a lot of disorientation for me when I come back, so I have to limit myself. I'm open to any questions about any dr, but please remember I don't always have all the answers, no shifter truly does. Everything is an individual experience. Thank you for reading.

I'm newly married.

I apologize greatly for my inactivity. I've had a lot going on in my personal life in this reality, and in one of my desired realities. In my boku no hero academia desired reality, me and my newly wedded husband, katsuki, eloped. I was very passive about getting married. I didn't care for it. I do love him, yes, but marriage wasn't my main concern. I had other things to worry about, so I put it off. He knew of my hesitance and backed off for the most part, until we actually decided to sit down and talk about it. I don't think I've ever seen him so emotionally driven before, and that was saying quite a lot considering who he is as a person. He told me he cared for me, he saw us living and growing old together. He saw us adopting children, doing hero work hand in hand, just enjoying each other's company till death did us part. I was surprised he felt so strongly about this. He had strong emotions, he was hardheaded at times, but him being this passionate about me really warmed my heart. So I said yes. I told him that I wanted to marry him. In the beginning we wanted to have a small wedding with the people closest to us, and we are going to do so, but we decided to elope first and have some privacy for ourselves. Nobody knows that we're married. I haven't told izuku, or shoto, or either of our parents and I am a bit afraid of their reactions. I feel a sense of guilt for not inviting them since they are our closest friends, but I also feel a sense of freedom. I feel glad. I'm sure they'll understand why we did what we did. My parents not so much. We will definitely figure it out, together. I feel ecstatic that I'm married to the love of my life, and that he cherishes me as much as I cherish him.

What's the weirdest thing bakugo has done that you like?

This is personal, but something I really love that he does is that he pays attention to the smallest of details even when he acts like he doesn't. He knows what's wrong with me before I even say anything, he realizes when something's up, he pays attention to every detail possible. It's very endearing as well. Once I was sick and didn't feel like taking medication or doing anything about it, I looked fine from the outside but my throat and nose were really bothering me. I went to work, made breakfast, talked to izuku and everyone when I could, checked up on katsuki, it was a normal day. When he came home from work, still in his hero costume mind you, he waltzed up to me and stood there for a moment. I think I said something along the lines of "Hello?.." and he just stared me down before clamping my mouth shut and telling me that if I was in "tip top shape" that I'd be able to breath out of my nose right now. I'm stubborn, so I stood there staring at him while holding my breath as long as I could. He was stubborn too but he eventually let go so I didn't suffocate, and he started rummaging through the fridge. He threw a bottle of Pabron at me, and dragged me to our bed. He shoved warm (ew), water into my hand, and stood there till I took everything. He looked a little more calm after, flicked my head, then kissed my forehead and grumbled about making me clear soup to help my throat. Just remembering this made me feel jittery, I love him so much. He's so weird.

Bakugo Katsuki

If I'm going to be as upfront as I can, I have to say that before I shifted I disliked katsuki heavily. He was bratty to me, and as a middle child with younger siblings he annoyed me while I was watching bnha. I didn't really understand his character, and he just didn't really strike me as someone id ever get along with. Of course that changed completely as now in my DR we're talking about having children, but it's so interesting to see how people change over time and your perspective of them changes as well. I miss him.

how many drs do you have where you're a cis man?

In every dr I've shifted to I've shifted as a cis man! It's very different but at the same time it feels as if I've been like that forever in my dr so it isn't like I randomly changed. It's a bit trippy, and there are a couple differences that still throw me off to this day but other than that it feels as if I'm finally in the body I was meant to be in haha

Is bakugo actually nice behind his little bitch boy act?

He's nice to me occasionally haha. I'm joking but he does show that he loves me more than he says it. I do make him say it often, but it isn't hard to tell that he cares. For example, once during work as a pro hero, I got badly injured and blacked out due to blood loss. I got cut pretty bad, this villain could protrude metal out of his chest and I wasn't fully alert and was stabbed in the stomach. Kirishima and mina told me that katsuki wouldn't stop pacing and got really snappy until I was awake. He did get angry out of worry, but he knows I love him and I know he loves me. Hes a sweetheart, but also a prude.

I shifted yesterday and I wanted to talk about it. I shifted to my bnha desired reality. At this point in my dr I'm grown and I am actively dating katsuki. I'm a cis man in my dr, which I have to say is very interesting compared to here because in my cr I'm a trans man, and we somehow got into the topic of having kids. I for one, do not care for kids. Yes they're cute, but the responsibilities are too much, and I worry that I'll somehow do something wrong and traumatize the kid. We start talking and it genuinely seemed like he wanted a child in the future. I had to remind him that two swords dont make a dagger and he got annoyed. He mumbled about other options like adoption or surrogacy. Then he brought up something I've never heard of before. Technically, even though the chance was small, we could both use our cells to grow some baby in a lab. Well, that's how I remembered him explaining it, which probably isn't 100% accurate. I still don't want kids, but icl seeing him being subtly eager about it makes me think. I know he would probably want to be married first, but I don't know. I think if we ever had kids together and they were copies of him I'd be happy and afraid. Mostly because there's no way in hell I want a mini him running around and treating us how he treats his mother [joke]. I love him to death but I cannot decide. He definitely knew I was hesitant too.

hi! i just followed since im a bnha shifter too. whats ur go to method, and how do you do the “final push” to wake up there? i feel like i get close with the julia method and i go into the hypnagogic, but i always jolt awake when i get there.

Hello!

In all honesty, there is no final push for me to wake up in my dr. Of course everything is a personal experience for everyone, but for me I just let go of this reality. I let go and in my mind I just shift when I shift. I have faith in myself to shift when i want to, I believe I know what I'm doing and it just works out for me. Knowing when to open my eyes is a very distinct feeling, its almost as if my body and mind just know I've shifted and I get the urge to open them. I can feel it. I'm not the most knowledgeable person, and I don't know all the secrets of shifting but if you jolt awake when you try to shift with an asleep method, maybe trying an awake method might help? It reminds me (in a way) of when someone is trying to sleep but when they get close they snap awake. Maybe trying an awake method can help you get closer yk? The one piece of advice I can give you with shifting in general is to try everything you feel comfortable with. You never know what helps the best until you try.

Once you shift you're going to realize how much you miss the reality you shifted to when you're back in your cr. I yearn for my quirk again and I yearn for that blonde jerk. I miss all my friends, my coworkers, all the pro heroes. I miss aizawa and all might. I miss all of them really. I don't care If im gone a day or a year, I miss them the same. I miss my home.
