Thank you smart watch. I’m fast asleep and this ping goes off wakes me up. Heart rate message appears 139bpm. Great another afib attack!! Done my usual left it a while tested again 143bpm. Tablets here I come. Taken half of them, still going fast taking the last of them now. Will they do their magic like they tend to do.

So yeah it’s been a shit week, I think I may have caused this episode. Not eating, stress levels are probably through the roof, not sleeping properly yeah there’s a good chance I’ve done this to myself.

Funny thing is I’m lying here and thinking that I literally could die alone. No one’s here who would know?!?
