Another Man Who Said ‘I Can’t Breathe’ Died in Custody. An Autopsy Calls It Homicide.

Manuel Ellis of Tacoma, Wash., died in part as a result of how he was restrained, according to the medical examiner, who concluded that his death was a homicide.

no video exists to prove how much he didn’t deserve to be murdered, but Manuel Ellis was murdered by the police and his life still matters

On Wednesday of this week, Tacoma placed the officers on PAID leave and Washington Gov. Inslee said they’re “investigating.”

An autopsy report released this week ruled the death a homicide, and he died while in police custody. He died saying he couldn’t breathe.
