This is long overdue and I feel the only fitting way to introduce myself is with an aesthetic collage. So instead of my OCs this one’s me core!

I’m a baddie in healthcare in the midsts of application season with plans to go into pediatric genetics. I’m Bosnian-Muslim and a proud daughter of refugees.

I’m a long time fan of DC (have verrryy found memories of watching Justice League unlimited with my siblings and cousins). Also a whimsical girl at heart (send me anything Snoopy or Mumijevi themed and my heart is yours)

Now the most important part: I’ve got two fics out that you can find on this page! You Can’t Isolate Lilacs is a finished Dick Grayson x OC fic following criminal profiler Mariam Hayes as she uncovers a string of deaths connecting Gotham and Bludhaven. Lessons of Linden and Honey is the sequel following Jason Todd x my OC Halima Mujic. Best way to describe it is an Olympics based investigative thriller.

Your AO3 author is a future medical professional currently in grad school who will eventually apply to medical school! She was working full-time in a family practice clinic but had to leave to get my MSc lol. She shall be studying for the MCAT soon too haha...

I'm a Pakistani and grew up there for most of my adolescence! I immigrated when I was fourteen!

I love reading (obviously), and I'm most into literary fiction, which is basically just character suffering as a genre. If you've read my fanfic, you would find that suffering is a favorite thing of mine.

I grew up watching DC cartoons from Justice League Unlimited, Teen Titans (the original), Young Justice and basically every DC animated movie that has been released. Over the past year I’ve also started getting more into comics as well!

I'm a caffeine addict. My brain can't keep up with all my adenosine receptors.

I majored in neuroscience, and my concentration in grad school is actually in cognition!

And of course I have a Dick Grayson x OC fanfic on ao3 called "The Promise of Rotten Figs" which focuses on two equally stubborn people who somehow end up working together to solve a big case and maybe...even fall in love? We have our headstrong and righteous medical examiner, Naina Khan, who is sick of seeing justice being denied in the corrupt OCME Blüdhaven and has to accept help from the clever young Detective Grayson. But is she aware of his dangerous double life? If you like a crime thriller with several threads going on and a slow-burn romance, this is for you!
