I am bad at tumblr
Hi... Again.... I come and go from tumblr a lot. Mostly when I need motivation or just general encouragement. I guess that's why I am back again. I have decided to get back on fitness and eating better. Winter was long and unhealthy so now I need to get my head in the game. Plan is to continue with my twice weekly ashtanga classes, fling in some home practice fairly regularly but more importantly, get back to running. I went on two runs this weekend. My knee (for those late to the party - I haven't had a successful outdoor run since August 2014 due to a knee injury that no doctor or physio has a solution for, story for a different post I suppose) held up. No pain. However... My quads and glutes are in agony. It's my own fault really for pushing a little too hard! But yeah, I am back again for now. L x
