Mercurian Orbital Theatre Warship Operator "Elizabeth".
Elizabeth is an original character created by my friend Wilham.

Okay, so, hear me out.
So, I was watching Animarchy History torture YouTube's premier naval military historian Drachinifel with cute anime ship girls and my brain went:
"What if some random AncNet artist watched the Battle of Yogg-Narr as/after it was being broadcast and was like "Huh. That's new. I've never seen an interstellar warship like that before. I'm going to turn it into a shipgirl.""
And then I proceeded to spend the next 4 hours hyperfixating on how an AncNet artist might represent a Hukeshi-Kaka type neyichi and (obnoxiously) refusing to sleep until I finished a concept, so... Here it is, I suppose.
And if you care about the history:
The Battle of Yogg-Narr/The Battle of Zarathustra/Operation Total Eclipse
The Battle of Yogg-Narr, or the Battle of Zarathustra, was the only major battle of Operation Total Eclipse, a multinational military operation planned by the Coalition of Independent Minds. The objective was to destroy the living planet Yogg-Narr, a veritable god of ruin, that was blockading the ancerium-rich system of Zarathustra. Perhaps around 100 thousand warships from over 300 nations across the Ancerious Galaxy were committed to the campaign. The resulting battle saw the complete destruction of Yogg-Narr and allowed the extraction of ancerium hyperfuel to begin, rekindling the entire galactic economy virtually overnight. However, allied forces paid dearly for their victory, with some experts estimating the total cost in manpower and materiel to be as high as 1.5 billion sapient lives and and 60 thousand warships.
The Battle of Yogg-Narr represents the first time the Dynastic Army was deployed outside of Kakasha borders. The campaign is known in the Neyimosuchi dynasty as the War in Heaven and is portrayed as a struggle between the gods and monsters of the galaxy. Led by the Masaremi-class flagship Ramaremi and commanded by Yekefuniinsinechi-Huwocheyuyasha, the Dynastic Army set course for the Zarathustra star system with 250 Hukeshi-Kaka type neyichi of various subtypes and over 15 million warriors and warriors. 8.5 million people and 104 neyichi never returned.
The devastating losses of the Battle of Yogg-Narr led to the further deterioration of political and social stability within the Neyimosuchi dynasty. Both the Dynastic Army and the Neyimosuchi state were permanently crippled as many of the governing elite, including nobles, officers, and priests became casualties of war. The practice of grouping levied soldiers from the same town into the same regiments led to many settlements losing their entire adult male population in a single action. Families stricken with anger and grief at the leadership's (real or perceived) mismanagement and profound incompetence demanded answers and justice, sparking widespread protests, uprisings, and rebellions across the realm.
A study of a portrait of Hatsune Miku from one of my favourite gacha games Hatsune Miku: Colourful Stage!, also known as Project Sekai: Colourful Stage! feat. Hatsune Miku! This exercise aims to replicate the artwork to study linework, form, lighting, and shading!
A study of a portrait of Anchoy (Girls Und Panzer) by Pixiv artist Grafhou in preparation for Sketchtober 2025.
This exercise aims to replicate Grafhou's artwork to learn their style. Hatching and pressure control have always been challenging for me and I have always wanted to learn these skills.
Work has been keeping me busy these last two weeks, but I managed to find some time to do draw a quick emoji for a friend.

I found this artwork on the official Watercress Studio website and I just HAD to redraw it!
Fanart of Budapest from 'Palinurus', a kinetic visual novel by Team Watercress! Original artwork by InstantRiot!
First time doing three-tone shading! Probably did it wrong, but I think it came out alright!
Fanart of Rin from Shelter the Animation by Porter Robinson, Madeon, and A-1 Pictures!
I love the Shelter MV so much but I literally cannot watch the music video without crying no matter how many times I have rewatched it before. 😭
Kakasha nobles do not usually wear short skirts but Funiinmiha found one from her younger years and thought to try it on!
One of my characters from an unnamed Ancerious Galactic roleplay with Paracelsus!
A young noblewoman, Funiinmiha-Kakasoya is one of Neyimike-Kaka's four personal tutors. An outstanding singer, she is responsible for teaching the child Kaka about the cultural arts.
Masa is goddess of the sun in Kakasha mythology. As the ruler of the celestial realm, she is often considered to be the most powerful deity of the Kakasha pantheon with only the moon goddess, Sama, rivalling her in power.
The Cobb O-1 Lightning-class light frigate, or the Cobb Larson light frigate for short, is a class of unarmoured frigate manufactured by the Cobb Corporation prior to its merger with the Larson Corporation, a merged that resulted in the modern Cobb Larson Corporation. It is primarily intended for search-and-destroy and escort missions in hostile (actual or perceived) space and areas with high unrest.
Compared to the closely related Thunder-class, the Lightning Class retains a primary armament of sixteen 400 mm Cobb N-1 Hurricane kinetic cannons mounted in eight double turrets but trades in the heavy amour of its predecessor for superior maneuverability. The additional fuel requirement of four extra thrusters required the hull to be lengthened considerably, but the resulting 700 metre long "pocket battlecruiser" is capable of chasing down any vessel of its choosing and fleeing any unfavourable engagement against stronger opponents. Its secondary battery consists of two-hundred-and-eighty-eight 80 mm Cobb N-1 Typhoon kinetic cannons mounted in seventy-two quadruple turrets, grouped into ten batteries.
Cobb Larson Corporation is a multinational megacorporation specialising in deep space operations with major divisions in deep space mining, deep space manufacturing, habitat construction, megastructure construction, deep space logistics, and deep space communications. It was formed by the merger of Cobb Corporation and Larson Corporation. Its products have an excellent reputation, often outcompeting its competitors in terms of performance, though they tend to be relatively complex and costly to service and maintain. It is headquartered in the Cobb Larson Dome, a deep space habitat megastructure constructed as a company prestige project. Cobb Larson employs approximately 7.4 billion employees across the Galaxy.
Alarea (red) and Seshara (blue) are a pair of magical sword dancers from the Eysra district of Lost Star. They perform across the Ancerious Galaxy, stunning audiences with skill and magic, and are best known for their legendary performance on the world of Vaplana during the Aymer Festival.

Fanart of Carmine from the 'Happiness' visual novel written by Twitter user @Fouzi94. Fouzi recently announced his retirement from independent game development. Fouzi is a very talented writer and it was sad to see him leaving the scene. As a parting gift, I wanted to draw something from where it all started: the first visual novel he wrote, simply titled 'Happiness'. I wish him good luck in finding his happiness.
