im so overwhelmed with the entirety of my physiology syllabus. im only (somewhat) done revising cvs, cns and endocrine. gonna try and finish renal physiology and special senses before sleeping, lets see how that goes. i got a backache from sitting too long at my desk, so i sprayed some Moov on it. temporary relief yay.

woke up at 6:30, not too bad for a Sunday and i had slept at 1 am-ish the day before. had sprouts for breakfast.
