Welcome to the Minos Bureau of Crisis Control, otherwise known as the MBCC. Although I am sure you are aware, our goal at the MBCC, publicly, is to detain and control Sinners. Internally, however, our goal is to help maintain the risk of Sinners through containment, rehabilitation, and Mania Management.
DisCity is in a period of great upheaval, and the Mania crisis is escalating. With help from the Framework Against Catastrophe (FAC) force and inroads with Syndicate groups such as the Legion and SALVA, we've begun a tenuous road of hope.
I won't sugar coat it; our job is not easy and I know that many of you resent the MBCC and by proxy myself , for how you have come to be here. I also know that my… predecessors have been… problematic.
Whether you are new here or you have been here for some time, I hope we can work together for the betterment of all of us and for DisCity as well.
