As the popularity of both astrology and P1Harmony rises, fans are more curious than ever about the members' birth charts. Keeho even admits they often ask him what time he was born at, not realizing they want to dig into his Big Three. Jiung, on the other hand, is grateful that his fans care enough to understand them on an astrological level. "If I like someone, too, I would like to know about her or him more, so it's great," he says.

All the way in Seoul, Jiung was born days after Keeho on October 7, 2001. Although they share the same sun sign, Keeho points out that people often think they aren't similar at all. "But in really strange ways, we are," he says. "We overthink a lot and feel the need to take control and make  sure everything's going according to plan." They both like to make sure everyone is on the same page and are most likely to take the most responsibility in the group. Jiung agrees, adding Keeho is one of the few people he can confide in.

Before our interview officially started, the members and I exchanged weird facts about ourselves to get to know each other better beyond our beauty routines. Keeho revealed his left eyebrow has been twitching lately, and he needs to cuddle a body pillow to fall asleep. Intak has a freckle on his finger that his grandma often mistakes for dirt and tries to wipe off. Jiung had pet geckos, scorpions, and tarantulas growing up. Jongseob loves mint chocolate. Theo can't burp, and Soul enjoys petting insects.

When the members were just trainees, Keeho helps Jiung recount a time when he wanted to fill in his eyebrows. "He did not how to do it at all," Keeho says. "He got a Sharpie and started coloring in his eyebrows. It was devastating, to say the least, for the people who had to see it." "It was art," Jiung interjects. Now, he proudly declares he has a proper brow powder.

[For Keeho,] time stopped in the 11th grade, when he left his high school studies in Toronto and moved to Seoul to pursue a career in the idol industry. "I always imagined my life [as] going to university for music and being with my friends," he says. "I'm sitting here, like, all of my friends are growing up and going to college, meeting new people and doing new things. Even though I am too, I have this major FOMO. I feel like, what if I just lived a normal life? What if I was with my friends? They say their lives are boring, but I think it sounds so fun because it's something that I had to miss out on in order to have this career." It's not that he takes his job as a pop star for granted; it's just that he's slowly allowing his mind to catch up to his body. "I have to realize that I've grown up, too," he says. "I just have a different experience than the rest of my friends do, and it's something that I need to cherish and be grateful for. I need to live in the present and not live in the past or in the future."

His groupmate Theo, born Choi Taeyang, understands this feeling well. "My friends are in the military now," he says. "They watch a lot of music shows, and they keep telling me, 'I see you all the time on TV.' It feels like I made it when they tell me that. Those are the times when I'm like, 'Maybe I am an idol.'"

20-year-old Jiung contemplates his own accelerated adolescence. "During my trainee years, I felt like my life was on hold," he explains. Jiung joined the company at 16 and trained for two years, learning the language of dance, rap, and vocal performance. Meanwhile, his childhood friends were going through the motions of teenage life: attending school, getting jobs, and enlisting in their mandatory service. Jiung envied the predictability of it all. Wouldn't it be nice to know what comes next? "I felt like I was getting left behind," he says. But in the year since P1Harmony's debut, he's begun to appreciate his unconventional path. "Now it's been flipped," he says. "My friends envy me for having a career at an early age and pursuing a dream. I'm making money and traveling the world. It makes me a little emotional."

God, [writing 'If You Call Me'] was hard. It was dreadfully hard. We thought about giving up because it was our first time ever tackling a genre like that. It was all of us working together, so everyone [had] opinions and stuff like that, especially [for the] pre-chorus and chorus. It took us days to like, think of a melody. Just the melody! So yeah, I think we came to a point where it was like, "Maybe we should just [say] that we can't do it." And like, really? We were like, "No, we shouldn't, this is an opportunity. We need to do our best." So we worked really hard. I remember me and Jiung were working on the chorus until 4 or 5 AM [in] just one day. And it came out. Thank God the hours didn't go to waste. We worked really hard, but it was really fun though.
