“I can’t wait for spring to start, this coldness is giving my mind and bones some sort of chill I can’t seem to shake.” She said when she noticed someone sitting next to her. She had been sitting on the bench starring at everything and nothing all at the same time. Hands in the pockets of her coat and wind blowing her hair. She felt like a shell of a girl. “Although allergies are definitely a downfall of it.” She tried to laugh.
"It's probably been the coldest winter that I can remember," Christian responded, carefully taking a seat beside Rosie. It had been such a long time since he and Rosie had spoken to each other. There had been a time when things were simpler between them. He considered her not just a sister-in-law, but a best friend, and now he felt as though he hardly knew her. Even small talk with her was incredibly difficult for him to get through. "At least there's medication for allergies. There's no pill against crappy weather."
