“sebastian—“ his voice rasps, the need to scratch his neck to get rid of the poisonous rash that’s beginning to swell inside esophagus worsens by the minute. was it adrenaline? anxiety? both? he couldn’t tell at this point, and his judgement was starting to fog. the wounded lawyer was clearly drugged, he drugged him, obviously he wasn’t thinking straight, but maybe… ”no.” taeil snaps at himself, internalizing a war he never thought he’d have to battle. he tries to rationalize the situation, tries to bite back the urges to expose himself, but sebastian… he’s had to have always known. taeil was never good at hiding his emotions.
frustrated, yet wishful, taeil straddles the long legs that were inches above his body, careful not to get close to the stitches he’d just sewn. “say it then, again.” pleading, yet demanding with a growl, his fist lay on either sides of sebastian’s head, daring to move his own face closer to the one underneath him. “always acting so fucking tough. now look at you, being such a needy bitch.”
despite the others request, sebastian is silent for a while, watching closely as taeil’s familiar annoyance began to grow evermore aggressive in nature; the desired affect he would typically enjoy pulling out of him, now one that sebastian couldn’t quite handle in his condition. laying half undressed and bloody underneath the other, sebastian eventually coughs out a whine, his eyes rolling over to one of the walls in taeil’s home. sebastian hated the others territory the most; he felt unnerved by the cleanliness of the home, a well organized space that his couldn’t possibly compare to, and the slight feminine touch he’d noticed on the odd occassion in the bathroom and by the doorway, always served to be a painful reminder that unlike taeil, he was often alone. if roles were reversed, sebastian doubted taeil would have needed to come crawling to him; and while sebastian often liked his independence, he envied taeil.
“you can’t stand it, huh?” he asks dismissively, turning his cheek back upright to examine the others face once more. taeil was handsome even with his brows furrowed together; sebastian couldn’t deny the attraction he had towards the other male, but he refused to allow himself to admit it willingly, after all, this little affair they had, had only been sparked by orders to gain access to information; a request that had long expired, and was now only being maintained out of spite, envy and a bizarre sense of responsibility. “we’re supposed to be enemies, but you want me to love you so badly... sorry about that.”
