     “ you need what? ” clarke rubs at one eye, barely muffling a yawn as he looks down at the shorter girl. one hand re-adjusts the camera strap settled on his shoulder before bare hands are shoved into pockets as protection against the chill in the air. “ do you realize what time it is? ” not that it really matters. he’s submitted his last project –finally– and he’s decided not to go home just yet. but it’s on principle. he’d almost been looking forward to a nice cup of hot chocolate and curling up in bed with his laptop.

She was an early bird, always had been, Cynthia excelled in the daylight, soaked up the sun and used it as an excuse to push down all the dark thoughts, all the painful memories, all the haunting words that stuck with her, her whole life. So knocking on Clarke’s door at seven in the morning didn’t mean much to her, and her eyes rolled when he seemed bothered by it, petite shoulders shrugging as she pushed her way into his room, “I need you to put on some pants, get your good lights out and take some sexy headshots for me cause this guy who’s in charge of the auditions for the Dirty Dancing musical is a giant pervo and if I’m going to be cast as Baby I need him to want to fuck me without actually fucking him.”
