Meghan smirked at Dexter, she had definitely said worse to him before. She looked at him as he crouched down. She clearly wasn't doing this alone anymore. "It would be smart to have a little fear. I'm unpredictable." She smirked as he played with her hair. "Careful with the hair, my expensive product is in short supply. You have surprised me recently."
Dexter matched her smirk, almost shocked that she hadn't immediately swatted his hand away. There was a time when they would have literally melted if Meghan had looked at him like that, but as it was now, he was more thrilled by the threat. "So am I. You made sure of that." Because it had all been because of her, right? If she hadn't killed Ian, they wouldn't have lost their humanity bringing him back, and wouldn't be so free now. "Guess you'll just have to find a way to conjure up some more of it." He lightly tugged on the strand, refusing to retract their hand. "Oh? Amazing what can happen to a guy when one woman annihilates his entire life."
