Non ed related, but today marks 15 years since my father passed away.
Thinking of you tonight, dad. I miss you.
I have cancelled my plans for tomorrow so I can go to the gym and starve in peace.
Hate to disappoint my friends, but I’m really not in the mood for socializing after the past week.
I haven’t lost ANY weight since Monday! In fact, I gained 0,8 kg. I feel on the verge of a breakdown.
I know how this happened though. I’ve been eating a bit more calories daily after I almost passed out multiple times over the weekend and my flatmate got worried.
Well that strategy is over now. She’s leaving on holiday tomorrow, so I can go back to having one salad a day and maybe a fruit. I’ve been steadily losing weight like this since february, shouldn’t have tried to change my methods.
This is a wasted week. Stupid silly me.

I had dinner with a friend tonight, and she made us some kind of pasta with veggie sauce. Had a small portion and tried not to worry about the amount of calories as it’s the only meal I’ll eat today.
However… now I’m nauseous, ridiculously bloated, and my tummy hurts sooo bad. I never make pasta for myself, so I forgot how uncomfortable it makes me :/

Stayed on the treadmill for 30 minutes instead of my usual 60. Still feeling so very dizzy.
I had 80 grams of Greek yoghurt and 1/3 of an energy bar at work today, but I’ll force myself to have some dinner too. My lovely flatmate made veggie burgers with peas yesterday, I think I’ll try that.
I don’t know how I’ll make it through the day and it’s not even 8 am. I didn’t sleep at all last night, just laid in my bed waiting for for my alarm to go off. Then when I took a shower, I almost fainted. Had to go lay down again.
It’s 3 am and I’m wide awake…
I’ve been in bed since 10 pm, but nothing is working and sleep is not coming for me. I think it’s my subconscious stressing about returning to work tomorrow after the Easter break. That, and the hunger pains probably.
I’ll go make a cup of Sleepytime tea now in a desperate attempt to fall asleep before my alarm goes off at 6.
So I’m going to a party tomorrow with 2 friends. The concept is quite fun actually. They close off two of the looooong tunnels we have in the city, and organise a daytime rave. But because you’re underground it doesn’t feel like it’s afternoon.
Here’s the problem: one of them just proposed we have lunch together before we leave.
My plan was to fast all day tomorrow in anticipation of sunday’s Easter brunch with my family.
Hmmmmmm what do I do with this now ://

I had a kiwi and a coffee earlier today, and let’s just say my bowels are having MOVEMENTS. Not complaining, just wondering how I’ll make it through my gym session without running to the toilet every 10 minutes.
