the cow trapped in this flooded underground chappel is in reality an elven maiden polymorphed by an evil sorcerer. a statue of a saint hides beneath the surface a secret compartment containing a ring of power, a ruined diary (illegible), and 213 gold coins.

💀 #dungeon23 02 DEATH

the north and south walls of this room are covered top to bottom with humanoid skulls. every turn 1d6 flaming skulls animate and attack. an archway to the east reads "enter death or die", and leads to impenetrable darkness. beyond it there's a perfectly safe hallway filled with permanent darkness and silence spells, and a wall of force preventing anyone from walking back to the skull room.
