the low moments of my life have been around the inability for people to hear the word no. after some more time my lowest moments sit in a place surrounded by inability to say no. its a weird thing to think about. saying no and no not being enough.

for the first time in my adult life in 7 years ive said no in a way that wasn't in panic or anger or hurry, it was just a stern no.

It is weird to watch yourself grow. Taking the suggestions given to you are helpful.

life will get better if you stop drinking, you will feel less alone in recovery spaces, doing service does make a change for you and them, it gets easier if you try everyday, meditate.
