Y'know I've started to realise that I am getting dumber, like less intellectual.

And I think I am okay with that.

I think I believed that being smart was an important thing to have, like if I wasn't smart then I would be weaker than others.

Which feels like it should be related to how we prioritised the development of our brain over other parts. I have no idea if that is the reason, however.

But when I feel like I am not smart enough, I feel arrogant. Egoistic. I don't want to be like that.

Perhaps, it would be better if I tried focusing on other parts of me, not just my intellect.

I have decided to just sit outside instead of scrolling.

It's nice.

I am bored out of my mind.

I am so bored that doom scrolling stops the dopamine from releasing in my brain.

If media was food.

And genre was the different parts of a meal.

Then Comedy&Action would be carbs

Psychological, Drama would be protein

Romance would be sugars

Thrillers and Murder Mysteries would be fats
