Epik High - With You

I love Epik High a lot. They have a unique sound in k-pop. This song in particular is really to my liking. Rap usually has a harsh strong sound, but this song has a softer relaxing feel but still has a high paced rhythm that is often associated with rap. Also BiBiZhou's part in the song is really done well and complements the rap sequences.

Epik High also posted a behind the scenes of making With You. It is short but nice because it allow the fans to see the work put into making this song.

Phantom - Seoul Lonely

So happy that Phantom is back! To be honest I don't think that this is my favorite track from their album but it is still good. This is a slow paced song that has a beautiful melody. Gain's voice is great and matches Phantom's perfectly. There is no great story plot to this music video, but it still nicely shot and matches the song.

Air Plane - How R U

I really like Air Plane's style of music. It isn't a slow ballad, but it is slower paced than most Kpop music which suits the member's vocals. I like this song a lot and think the chorus is catchy.

The music video also is nicely done and matches the song well. I was just a bit confused with the ending since it was just a shot of the guy sitting with the stuff the girl brought along, so I don't know if they got back together or still separate.

Girl's Day - Something

I am surprised that this video doesn't have too many views. Girl's Day is not a rookie group and they do have a nice size fan base.

Girl's Day has some nice vocals and in this particular song they show it nicely. I find though that this reminds me a little of Sistar in the style of the music video and the fact that they are trying to be very sexy with the red dress.

Anyways to me the music video wasn't impressive but I like the song a lot. It was okay for a first listen but then it slowly grew on me. I also think that I may have grown attach to the song because I like the dance. I found the feather ring to be an interesting choice and wisely so. Not only was it an eye catching accessory, but it was also use in the dance to draw attention to the girl's faces and make it seem sensual (better move then all the lip rubbing and crotch grabbing).

Beat Win - She's My Girl

BEAT WIN who is trained hard since 2011 consists of Sunhyuk, Sangyu, Youngjo, Jungha, Yoonhoo, and Sungho. With various promotions and events, they are 6 person boy group revealed in Japan first and gathering various fans. On tongues of people in and outside of Korea, they are getting spotlights from the broadcasting fields even before their debut. The title song of [EXCLUSIVE], She's My Girl, is produce by Nam Gi-Sang, Kwon Sun-Ik, and Kang Jun-Myung of the producer team N Company which made Girl's Day a hot issue girl group. The song expresses a dandy guy's mind that wants to approach the girl, who he loves, not roughly but with manner.

Okay so my expectations for new groups has gone up. So many groups have debut in the past two years it is ridiculous. And some of these groups are SO AMAZING. (BTS, B.A.P, Exo, Ladies Code, Crayon Pop, G.I. and etc.) So when a newer group comes out with something that isn't original or stands out I am a bit disappointed. Like the tittle for the song was just used last year by S4 and their song was way catchier. Also their English is like kpop back 4 year ago...not good. I know English is not their first language but many groups and companies have been working on their English skills to impress the international market. And since in their description (above) they aim towards it I would expect a little more effort. Beat Win isn't the horrible just not impressive. But I hope that they like Mr. Mr. and will come out with some totally addictive songs after they find their style of kpop.

SEUNGRI - 할말있어요 (GOTTA TALK TO U) M/V

Seungri finally had a come back! Okay so this music video, was a bit weird to me. I felt like in the beginning he was stalking her and it was creeping me out, and as the video went on i felt like i was watching a porno. I really like the song though, it's kind of catchy, i will have to get use to it. I also felt like i was at a rave with all those lights, it was just too much for me i guess. Overall, the song is good, just the music video was iffy to me, same as the dance.

Suho - I'm Not Kidding

THIS IS NOT EXO'S SUHO.

Many exotics (EXO fans) have been come to watch this music video thinking it is a member of EXO. Sorry to disappoint but this is not the same person. Some fans are more than upset that they have the same name, which seems a bit extreme. I am an EXO fan too, but the truth is this guy did have the name longer and both artist are talented so lets just leave it at that.

Suho was a part of a duo called White Brown. The group was active from 2000 until 2010. Now Suho is going solo with this music video "I'm Not Kidding".

The song starts off on the slower side but then starts to steadily pick up pace. It has a nice rhythm and I found myself liking the song quickly. The only problem I had was that the video was a bit to sexual for me. I don't care for scenes of girls barely dressed trying to be sensual, so I felt awkward. Especially since the rest of the video was cute. Other than that I really liked this music video and song.

Phantom - I Already Know

I really like this song. It is one of their slower songs but has a good beat and so much meaning. An artist must portray their emotions through their medium to reach the audience. I believe Phantom did a good job of doing just that. The video isn't a fancy music video but it compliments the song and shows how much their fans mean to them.

I am glad Phantom made a comeback and especially with this song.

Dot Dot Dot - Shuu

I did not love this song right of the bat, but it is pretty catchy so after listening to it a few times it grew on me. It has an interesting sound that is slower than most pop but still upbeat.

The music video is really weird and was awkward for me. However the plot is a bit intriguing. Basically a detective goes to a murder scene and finds pictures of girls. He then goes and interviews the girls and lust after them (the girls toy with him). Then he too commits a crime for them and the cycle repeats as a new detective finds the girls.

The concept is different and refreshing while the song isn't bad.

AAA 「恋音と雨空」

AAA is one of my favorite J-pop groups and this song is just their style and really good. The song is a bit long, timed at a little over five minutes. The video is really well shot but I was a bit confused as to how they weren't wet while it rained...I don't know if they did that on purpose but it distracted me.

Overall, I really liked this music video and hope to hear more from AAA soon. <3

TVXQ - Scream

This is the short version of the TVXQ’s “Scream”. It is their Japanese release and just came out (like 20 minutes ago). When I started watching it I didn’t know what to expect but it was pretty creepy (in a good way). I can’t wait until the full version comes out.

Swings - A Real Lady

I really like rap songs like this one. The rap isn't harsh and flows so smoothly. It is a nice change of pace and is something you an listen to any time of day.This song just makes me want to bob my head and just chill. The only thing is that I felt like they could have done a better job with the music video because it feels like it was cheaply made. Not to say it was horrible, but I think they could have done more.

MBLAQ - No Love

I am so surprised this music video doesn’t have more views. Something must be wrong with the view count because MBLAQ has a huge fan base. This was release recently and it is a soft heartfelt song. I love it a lot. The video itself isn’t a high production plot driven music video but it totally matches the song.
