My favorite sarcastic phrases from my soft dom (in no particular order):

- “What?” He says it the exact way you’d say it to an excited pet. There’s a smile on his face and his tone is gentle. But he knows exactly why I’m in subspace/why I’m reacting the way I am and it’s completely rhetorical.

- “Are you going to make it?” No. I’m not, actually. Thanks for checking in. My brain is mush from you throwing me into subspace so hard I went nonverbal, and I’m kind of salty that you’re drawing attention to the fact that you know me well enough to do that to me. But also I think it’s really sweet that you’re checking in/letting me know that you see my shift in headspace, so please don’t stop.

- “Did you make it?” Same flavor as above, but different connotations. He says this whenever one of us returns to the same room as the other. He’s coming up to bed after I’ve been there for a few minutes? I just got to his house? One of us is coming back from the bathroom? All of the above are prime moments for him to ask if I made it to whatever destination that’s usually only a few feet away. It’s similar to a very sarcastic “I missed you” and it’s very endearing.

- “But I need it” This is reserved as a quip to my equally sarcastic “Don’t die”. He’s either coughed, or run into something, or is sore, or has some minor malady, and what started as a one off thing turned into one of our most common exchanges. It’s paired with a kiss/cuddles/some type of affection, because we both actually do care, for whatever reason that’s just our most frequent inside joke.

- “That’s my special kink.” It is, in fact, never actually his special kink. He doesn’t currently have a special kink, and if he did, it absolutely wouldn’t be choking on his hot cocoa, or falling into the toilet, or whatever ridiculous scenario is going on/was brought up. It usually makes me giggle and roll my eyes whenever he says it.

Daddy kept telling me over and over that he is so proud of me for how much I’ve accomplished and my heart is so full 🩷Like it wasn’t reassurance he was just so in awe of how hard I worked and wanted to make sure I knew it

Started seeing a new Daddy and he:

💕 Paid for almost every single thing. I literally had to beg him to let me buy our late night gas station snacks

💕 Opened all the doors for me

💕 Let me be passenger princess

💕 Told me when I come to visit him he’s paying for my gas and that’s non negotiable

💕 Gave me forehead kisses

💕 Asked me to be his date to an upcoming ball

💕 Played Merry-Go-Round of Life and asked me to waltz with him (and retaught me because it’s been ages since I’ve waltzed with anyone)

💕 Told me my voice is ethereal

💕 Told me how beautiful I am several times

💕 Offered to give me one of his hoodies next time and said I could pick which one

💕 Has called me every single night to ask about my day

💕 Texts me first thing in the morning

💕 Was incredibly clear about his intentions and communicated that he would like exclusivity

💕 Told me he’s so proud of the accomplishments I’ve made since we’ve met

And he’s tall, tattooed, and devilishly handsome. And he’s cooking for me tonight. If heaven is missing an angel I’m sorry but you can’t have him back

Daddy and I are doing a long distance date night for my birthday. He fell asleep watching a cute animated movie with me, got upset when I muted myself after it was over so I wouldn’t wake him up with chainsaw noises from the slasher I’m watching next, made half asleep chainsaw noises which sounded more like “mmmnnnumnumnmnummmnn”, and is now mumbling to himself in his sleep. Straight up went “Mmm? Mmm-mmm” like he was asking a question and going Nuh uh after. I’ve never seen or heard him half asleep like this before, it’s so cute

Any guidance through even the simplest of tasks.

"I'm here, I'm not going anywhere."

Feeling weight, like a hand resting on a shoulder or thigh.

Making eye contact and getting a smile and nod back that says, you're doing great, keep going.

Being hushed or swayed while receiving back rubs.

Being fully surrounded by their body while they say, "it's okay now, I'm here, you're safe."
