Everyone loves Dae and now we are finally getting around to introducing Youngbae. SunDae ahead, be warned~ I tried to post this once before but Tumblr was being a buttnugget. Please enjoy!
Chapter 4: The Other Side of the Sun
Daesung still had another entire hour until he got meet his next patient and he was more than relieved to open up the remaining file to see an unfamiliar name. He honestly didn't think he'd be able to handle a third celebrity, certainly not all in the same day. He read over the patient's file as he waited for the final client to arrive.
Name: Dong Youngbae
Birthdate: May 18, 1988
Age: 27
Sex: Male
City: Seoul
Occupation: Choreographer
Referred By: Lee Seungri
Diagnosis/Symptoms/Other Notes: Depression; Unwanted sexual advances and poses a threat to others
Alias: Taeyang
After examining the file, he opened up the topmost left drawer and lugged out a large tattered notebook and flipped to a new pristine piece of parchment. To say he was shocked was an understatement as he read the referral. It couldn't be his Seungri, could it? He closed his eyes and opened the archives in his mind, trying to remember if his dear friend had ever mentioned a Youngbae in their time together. Though try as he might, the name didn't ring any bells and shortly after gave up his search. He'd be sure to ask his friend about it on their way home.
He jotted down notes as he looked through the upcoming patient's file, any information on his past and living situation. He had been treated in the past, but like many other disorders, there is no guarantee that the treatments are going to work for the rest of your life and many have to back once or twice. It seems this man would be one of those, but Daesung knew far too well how annoying it is to go back into treatment.
After about another half hour of finally having a chance to examine his patient's file, a soft rapping noises came through his door. He was actually glad to meet this client, though there was the looming sense of dread over this one bringing more stress upon him than desired. All those thoughts flew out the window once he finally opened the door for his visitor and laid eyes upon a short muscular man with a warm smile of both the mouth and eyes.
"I assume you are Dong Youngbae, would I be correct?" Daesung asked as he looked the man over from head to toe, smiling when he recieved a nod of confirmation. He opened the door wide and stepped out of the way so the patient could pass into the well-sized office. For confidentiality and like any other situation between a doctor and their patient, he shut the door behind the man and offered him the seat facing Daesung's chair.
Both took to their seats and traded smiles, the doctor remaining standing as he bowed at the waist and offered a welcoming hand to the other. "Kang Daesung, I'll be helping you every step of the way from here out. Pleased to meet you." Daesung spoke in a firm yet rather jovial tone.
"The pleasure is all mine, I've heard quite a lot about you and it's truly an honor to meet you" the shorter man gingerly took the strong hand and gave a firm shake before retracting his hand and returning it to this side. Daesung could feel a bit of pride swell within him at the praise, taking a moment to really take in the features of his third patient.
His light brown hair was parted down the center and the sides were very short, almost shaved. For some odd reason though, the hair looked damp but he wasn't going to just reach over and run his fingers through his patient's hair. Youngbae may not be very tall, but if the tank top were any indication, the man clearly had one hell of a body. Not that Daesung had been thinking about that, definitely not. Upon observing the man, he wouldn't have guessed he suffered from depression. His appearance and warm smile gave off a happy and exuberant vibe. Then again, they had only just met and had barely spoken but a few words.
"Would you like to share anything about yourself?" Daesung asked while jotting a few things down in his notepad, keeping a close eye on the other to document any reactions. The man once again rewarded the doctor with a dazzling smile, effectively knocking some breath out of him.
"There isn't much. I'm a dance instructor for a large production company and I volunteer at the church for weekends" the male spoke out in a confident tone, eyes disappearing behind happy crescents. The words were jotted down perfect order in lead on untouched parchment.
"This Lee Seungri, the one who referred you. Your relation?" he knew he shouldn't have asked, certainly with the smirk that played on his patient's lips the second he stated his inquisition. If he didn't know better, he'd have thought this was a glimpse at Taeyang.
"Oh, it's exactly who you think it is. He never shuts up about you, everything is Daesung this and Daesung that. Not that I blame him, you're quite the looker and you've got the voice of an angel." as the man spoke up, his entire being took on a whole new person. His eyes caught a mischievous glint and his every word came out less sweet and more sultry than before.
What really surprised the young doctor was his patient standing before him and leaning over the desk, grasping his chin between the soft digits of his index and thumb. Daesung immediately tried to pull away but the man's grip was firm, there wasn't any getting out of this.
"He says you have the softest lips as well, mind if I try?" Youngbae's lips curled into a smirk as he leaned in ever closer to the doctor, and just before their lips touched, a knock resounded through the room. With disappointment, the damp-haired man returned to his seat which allowed Daesung to exhale a deep breath he hadn't realized he'd withheld.
"Wh-who is it?" the younger spoke out, words faltering to the amusement of his smirking patient. Of course, the voice following through was the last person that needed to be there.
"Yah hyung, who else would it be? Are you still with your patients?" the perky voice muffled through the door, Youngbae getting ready to stand up and open the door. Seeing his action, Daesung took hold of the other's thin wrist and stopped him in his tracks. He didn't need two people in here, he was already getting a headache.
"I'm still with your friend " he put an emphasis on the last two words, surprised by the squeal that came through the door accompanied by his best friend's boisterous laughter. He should've know there was no way out of this the second he heard that voice; if he said he was alone, Seungri would barge in. If he said exactly what he did, Seungri would barge in anyway. That was a downside to working with his bestfriend just down the hall, there's no escape.
"Youngbae hyung~!" the platinum haired man flashed a pearly white grin and shut the door behind him, running up to the other with his arms outspread and pulling him into a strong hug. "You're definitely in good hands now hyung. It'll be great, I promise" as per usual, the youngest of them was rambling on over different things. From how is day was to what he had to eat, anything that would continue his conversation. That was until Youngbae cleared his throat, glaring at the younger man in front of him.
"Seungri, we can catch up later." he scolded, effectively catching the lad's attention. It wasn't the first time he'd been exposed to Taeyang and now the only question in Seungri's mind was the trigger. " I'm looking forward to getting to know you, Mister Kang and I hope I can finish what we started. I'll be available at this time on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays. Let's make it a date" that being said, he once again leaned over the desk and without warning, grabbed the unsuspecting doctor by the nape and tugged him in to meet their lips.
Daesung immediately brought up his hands to shove the other male away, though too late as he was already bouncing his way out of the office, leaving two gaping therapists in his wake.
"What the fuck just happened?!" the elder of the roommates exclaimed while wiping his lips with the back of his palm in utter shock. His companion only shook his head and chuckled a single response.
ToDaeRi Assassin AU. Rated M for language and smut when the next installment is finished. Woohooo here we go, its about 5400 words long. This is my first time even attempting anything like this and this is rather long for me, so please sit back and enjoy~
Act I
This was it. Their coup d' etat. They'd been waiting with baited breath for nearly three weeks for the details of their newest and possibly final mission to arrive. Needless to say the moment it got to their well hidden residence, neither had a shred of patience. No name, no return address; just they way they liked it.
TOP had been the one to retrieve the large manila envelope, the second it was in his grasp his fingers itched to tear the file open. Yet he knew restraint, he'd never hear the end of it with that obnoxious partner of his. He padded back to living room with a calm demeanor entirely opposite of the elated party pounding in his head. He tossed the paper down in front of a blond haired man, lightly kicking him in the shin to get his attention.
"Man what the fuck was that--" said man tossed down the cellular device he'd been holding and shot an icy glare at the towering male, only to be met with hand pointing in a direction he didn't particularly care for. "Not right now, maybe we can after we get some grub" he groaned out as he ran long fingers through his platinum fringe. The response he earned was an annoyed scoff and a smack upside the head.
"Yah, you little shit. I wasn't talking about your dick" TOP hissed out, picking up the envelope and smacking the other's face with it. "You ought to pay more attention Seungri" he snorted as the let the paper package fall into the lap of the blond one.
"Hell yeah, this better be what I think it is" Seungri exclaimed absentmindedly as he tilted it every which way. He was pleased to find not a single mark on the envelope, but it was snatched from his hands just as he was about to tear into it. "Hyung--" he swung his arms and grabbed for it only to have his hands swatted away as the other took a seat next to him.
"Shut up and quit acting like a child. You opened the last three, it's my turn" TOP stated then pried open their delivery and pulled a small ivory folder from it's confines. Seungri leaned over and rested his chin on the shoulder of his companion and read over single file once it was opened.
Hello again;
As you know this your most important and possibly final mission. Many have tried before to do this particular job and have failed as I'm sure you're aware. We've waited far too long for this moment, this is our coup d' etat. If you can pull this off then we will overthrown the government and true power will reign.
Your mission to assassinate the heir to the throne, first Prince Kang. He barely shows his face in public as protection against us and other syndicates. We don't know what he looks like but you'll know when you see him. It sounds like a hunk of bullshit, but there I supposedly an air about him that you just can't miss. We are sure that he's 26 and is room is the highest window on the east wall of the building.
If you get caught or fail this mission, we are all done for. You are our last hope. Proceed whenever, you're on your own.
GD
They each silently scanned the simple letterhead then slipped it back into the folder in which it came. Jut moments after, the pair traded glances and mutual smirks before shooting from their seats and to their designated rooms. The sooner they took care of this, the sooner the people would be free of the clutches from the tyrannical Kang family.
Seungri emerged from his room first in a black suit from head to toe and a single briefcase at his side, while TOP dawned a near identical suit with the difference of a white shirt beneath his blazer. He scanned over the younger and tossed him a look of disbelief but also of appreciation at the fine specimen.
"You look like you're going to attend a funeral, you'll draw attention"
"We'll soon be the reason for a large scale one here soon enough. I'm just dressing for the occasion" Seungri shrugged and picked up the manila folder, handing it to TOP to discard. Without hesitation, he pulled a lighter from his pocket and held the paper over their sink, letting it burn never to be see again when it's ashes washed down the drain.
The pair finished up their preparations, packing a large sum of cash for food and accommodations and headed on their way.

'Only a few days left…' a young man thought to himself as sat dangling his legs from the windowsill. If he were to lean any farther he might fall out, but maybe that wouldn't be so bad. He had been dreading the day he would have to step up to the throne and take over where his heartless father had ruled, it was the last thing he wanted to do. 'Maybe if I just fall from here, I won't have to take this burden onto my shoulders…' he was pulled from his musing when a knock came through his door.
"Young prince, you are summoned for supper" the voice of a servant muffled through his door, sighing and crawling back from the window into the safety of his room. He didn't want to see his parents, he didn't want to see the envious glares of his siblings, he loathed having to look at the faces of enslaved people that fed from scraps. He hated their regime, he wanted to see everyone smile but his father would never let that happen.
He dressed in his casual meal attire and walked through the halls to their large dining room where the majority of his family were taking their seats. He could feel the stares from multiples of his siblings. Primarily his two brothers, both happened to be younger than him. Though they loved their brother a lot, the closer it came to his coronation, the more hostile they became. Everyone, even the queen and king were aware that Daesung had no desire to take on the crown, but his father had struck that idea down many a times.
"Daesung, what took you so long child?" his mother looked at him with a warm gaze, oh how he loved her dearly. He sure wasn't going to say 'I was just thinking about falling out the window six stories to my death' so instead he changed it to something he did rather often.
"I was enraptured by that book I've been reading. I can tell I'm getting to the climax of the plot" he said, which wasn't an entire lie. He was telling the truth about the book, just not in the right time frame. But the answer seemed to appease her inquiries and he took his seat silently as food was their food was brought to their dining table.
As usual, they blessed their food and dug into the delicious variety before them. It wasn't long until everyone in the room was bustling and gossiping over the day's events. His sister went on about a cute boy she was falling for in school while the brothers were just talking about their sports teams winning their most recent matches.
Daesung has been denied the luxuries of leaving the palace, he can't run the risk of being killed. Though his family would like to prevent such a mishap, it was an inviting scenario to the heir. Maybe it'd be the way out this hell hole he'd been trapped in his entire life.
Yet here he was drawing ever nearer to his sealed fate as his father boasted on through their feast. As usual, Daesung kept as silent as he could manage unless he'd been addressed directly. He was more than pleased that he was only called upon in the beginning when he'd finally finished the meal and excused himself back to his quarters. At least there was one place he could be himself and take down his façade of the happy lawful heir and go back to loathing the impending coronation.

TOP and Seungri have contacts in every district and every city throughout the land of Aldmist. From the fear they strike in loyalists to the following they gather with the rebels, there wasn't a single inch of land they hadn't covered. It made getting around a lot easier.
They both could have settled down and laid low with new identities years ago after they poisoned one of the largest mafia bosses in the region as they have more than enough money to live in comfortable luxury. They opted for the adrenaline of their kill, oh how they loved a face stricken in terror with their imminent death upon them. They'd been it long enough you'd think they've gotten bored, yet here they are still going at it for nearly 8 years. They're only now choosing to settle due to age. Seungri always enjoyed getting under TOP's skin when the elder would complain of his back hurting or how tired he always was. The multitude of names he'd coined from 'Old Man' to 'Grandpa' earned him plenty of whacks upside the head and even a concussion when the times were entirely inappropriate.
But TOP never complained when they ended up in a club like every other night before they were to take down a target, such as where they found themselves once again. One the most prestigious clubs in the world, Broken. Same club they'd always gone to as well as the only one. They always celebrated beforehand with a few drinks and plenty of men and women at their disposal.
Once again they took up their seat in a secluded booth towards the back, they'd had their drinks for the night and for once decided not to entangle themselves with the likes of others. Instead they'd found fascination in each other. Somewhere through the drinks, Seungri found himself in the lap of his colleague with their lips locked in rough battle of dominance. They pulled back after a few minutes to catch some breath, only to see a few people looking on in fascination as well as a hint of arousal from the exchange.
"Hyung, we need to get out of here" the shorter whispered as he swiftly climbed off the inviting lap.
"Why are you just getting shy, we've fucked people at the same time and we do this half the time anyway. What's with you?" TOP grasped the thin wrist of his partner and pulled him back in close to which Seungri shot him a glare.
"One, I'd rather go back to the hotel to fuck so these perverts aren't devouring the sight of you fucking me. And two, someone pointed us out a few minutes ago. We need to get going." he stated in a firm tone and grabbed the larger wrist and stealthily pulled him from the booth and quickly made their way to the exit. Seungri looked over his shoulder only to see two black suited men stalking after them, effectively kicking his ass in gear and making a beeline to the door.
"Get those two, don't let them get away!" they faintly heard over the rumbling bass of the club as they ventured out into the cool night. They sure couldn't go back the way they came, but they're lucky the populous city wasn't the largest. They had people everywhere and they knew just where to go.
They ran down a few blocks and scaled both fences and walls down alleyways, effectively losing their pursuers in a short period before heading to their destination. Of course they had to keep on the lookout, especially with Seungri's beacon hair color and the fact someone had spotted them in the city limits. Luckily within a few minutes they'd arrived at Rise, the shop of a friend.
"Aye yo, Taeyang. Guess who's here to see you?" TOP called out as they entered the small yet tidy pawn shop. From the back came a clamor and a short yet built man wandered out with a large smile when he spotted the pair.
"Wow, I haven't seen you guys in nearly three months, what have you been doing?" Taeyang came out from behind the counter and warmly embraced the two. He looked up and Seungri, running his finger through the platinum fringe "And this....why? Not in a bad way, you look nice." his eyes crinkled into happy crescents before returning to behind the clerk's desk.
"We are here for information. The final mission, it's a big one." Seungri spoke up, a smirk plastered across his face. He could see the curiosity brewing in the man's eyes as he walked up to the door and closed shop for the night. "What do you know about first Prince Kang?" he inquired before the pair followed their shorter friend into the back and took to the apartments overhead.
"We'll talk more in the suite. I'm intrigued by what you meant by final mission, this ought to be quite interesting" he said as he guided them up the stairs and took an elevator to the topmost floor, the only way to get to it is with Taeyang's key. Looking at his little pawn shop and the average norm clothes he dawns, you wouldn't guess he is a multi-millionaire for running the largest drug cartel in the land. Cocaine, heroine, hashish, marijuana, meth, ecstasy, LSD, you name it. Prescription or illegal, there wasn't a drug he hadn't sold.
When the elevator opened it doors, it revealed the creme colored walls and and brick red flooring that led to a large chrome door. The murderous duet stepped back a few feet while Taeyang completed his security measures of thumb print, eye and face recognition before the door opened to reveal a lavish home with the finest furnishings.
"God damn, when you have time to decorate this place?" TOP concentrated his attention on a certain black and white paisley arm chair, taking a seat and dragging his fingers across the flawless fabric.
"You think I do? Please, I have paid designers" the small stature man chuckled as he went into his kitchen and threw open the fridge. "You guys want any beer or something?" he asked and got a collective 'hell yeah' and brought a six-pack into the living room. They all occupied the spacious room, two on the couch and of course TOP glued to the arm chair. They opened the bottles and took large swigs of the deep golden copper liquid and relaxed before the eldest spoke up.
"What do you have on Kang? We need anything and everything on him." his baritone reverberated through the room, the youngest nodding as well before settling their gazes on Taeyang.
"You've probably heard everything there is to know, it's near impossible to find anything on him." he tapped his chin as while searching the depths of his mind "Kang Daesung. 26. 5 siblings and is the eldest. Heir to throne and almost never leaves the palace. His room is the highest window along the east wall and sometimes he leaves it wide open. That...is all I know" he peeled his eyes open and rubbed at his aching temples. He may be gifted with one of the greatest memories in the world, but it took a lot of energy to sift through the endless files.
"You have got to be kidding me" Seungri laid back. emitting a frustrated sigh. "Fuck, we barely know a damn thing about this kid!" he huffed and chugged a large amount of his beer.
"Sorry man, he's just too secretive. Only a select few even know what he looks like, that's truly all I got on him"
"Yah Seungri. You know he's only trying to help us you ungrateful little shit" TOP threw the pillow that accompanied the chair he'd occupied and chucked it hard at his colleague's head, much to the dismay of their short friend. "Anyway, we came here because we were spotted in a bar and we have a couple things in the usual hotel that we couldn't retrieve." the tall man rubbed his face with his bare palms, clearly annoyed at their predicament.
"Say no more, I'll have it here by sunrise. Now if you'll excuse me..." Taeyang arose from the couch and picked his phone up off the kitchen counter before taking to his personal quarters, leaving his visitors alone while he made a quick call. They each finished their beverages and gazed at the other, each pair of eyes contemplating on which way they'd take out their target. The plan had yet to be settled a neither felt any direction was fitting for the occasion.
"Hyung...what if we scaled the wall and just waited in his room?" Seungri spoke with a soft tone, clearly not even supporting his own idea.
"Actually..if he keeps that window open then I think we should" needless to say the response left Seungri in surprise, he hadn't even thought about it; he'd just blurted it out. "We've never gone the quickest route, we always find something more difficult, so let's try a normal approach" TOP reiterated his reasoning as if assassination were a normal thing anyway. The dark haired man leaned over and ruffled the other hair, earning a whine of distaste.
"Wow...okay then. That was much easier of a decision than I expected it to be. I thought you'd want to blow shit up and make one hell of an entrance" the platinum haired boy received an actual smack upside his head for that comment but they diffused into laughter shortly after. In the midst of discussing time frames and how to set it in motion, Taeyang returned to the room with a smile on his face.
"Your belongings will be here within the hour. I do hope you're planning to stay, I'd like to hear what you guys come up with" the mohawked man explained as he planted himself in the same spot on the sofa he'd sat in before. "Spill it. I want to know every detail" he said in a more serious tone, the other two shooting a look of mutuality and happily indulging their friend on the brewing plan.

'Tomorrow...tomorrow is the day' Daesung sat on his bed and stared into the blank void that was his ceiling. The light pouring into the room felt as though it were mocking him. It got to experience the outside, it didn't have to deal with being swatted with a belt if it's posture was off or if the didn't bow far enough. Unfair, that's what everything was. He wasn't permitted to open his window but he couldn't care, he left it open the entire day.
He spent almost the entirety of the day listening to his father's spiel on what not to do and how not be a disgrace. If there was one thing Daesung did appreciate, it was the cell phone he'd managed to get from a servant boy. In return, he kept his promise of the trade and gave the boy his freedom. He only had one friend from the outside, so when he returned to his room for the night, his phone was always the first to have his attention.
He looked over it and saw that he missed 14 messages and had 5 voicemails, all from his friend in he city. He first opened a few texts:
"Daesung be careful tonight"
"Seriously where are you? Be careful"
"Dae I'm really worried for you, please"
"Call me as soon as you have your phone, HURRY!"
The desperation in the messages sent a pang of guilt through the boy, he had his friend worried for no reason and without even checking the voicemails he returned the call. He thought the other would be asleep by now, but he didn't even have to wait an entire ring when a worried voice came through the phone.
"Daesungie?! Are you okay, are you safe? Are you hurt?" the voice coming through the phone was distressed and laced with worry, Daesung could read people like no other. Even if he couldn't see them face-to-face.
"Youngbae hyung, I'm fine don't worry. Nothing is wrong, I'm just exhausted. Why are you freaking out, it's just my coronation. I'm the one who should be freaking out." he chuckled dryly, his tone bitter at the thought of running his father's shitty empire.
"Devious Duo. They've been assigned to kill you tonight. I don't want to lose one of my best friends..." Youngbae's voice cracked with unshed tears, they both knew that there was no escape with those two. Yet Daesung couldn't help the smile that tugged at at his lips with the information.
"Really then? I'll have to thank them on my way out Youngbae, this is a blessing. Thanks you so much, I'll see you again someday hyung. Be safe, love you" he sighed happily and he hung up the phone, much to protests of the man on the other line. He had no idea when they would come, but he was more than ready to face it. He wouldn't even have to worry about doing it himself like planned.
He arose from his bed and made his way to the open window, his only portal to the outside. He sighed and stuck his head out and inhaled the crisp night air. It was cold, yet he felt warm and for once happy. He gazed out at the gleaming lights of the bustling city outside the walls of his confines. It hurt him to no end that his parent's hadn't considered his thoughts on the matter, he had only been outside once and he never went out again.
A content sigh left his lips as he retracted from the sill and walked back over to his bed, not bothering to shut it. He decided to make it easy on them. and decided to lay down and await his capturers.

After discussing and working out the kinks of their mission, the trio retired for the night. TOP and Seungri took to the guest bedroom while Taeyang naturally slept in his own quarters. They'd all slept through the night like logs, waking refreshed and energized. It was finally time.
Taeyang cane to wake the pair up around 9 in the morning where a large breakfast feast was begging to be devoured. That's exactly what happened, all three tag teamed the covered table and managed to inhale nearly every dish. None of them had to deal with the hassle of washing the plates and silverware, so they took their remaining half hour to say goodbyes. At least for now.
"I figured you guys might want a little good luck gift and this is may of giving it to you. Your belongings are all in my entryway. Be careful, but please don't be brutal with him." he said as he accompanied them to the exit and handed them their items.
"Wait what do you mean--" Seungri had begun to ask what the last statement had been about, only to be cut off with a simple see ya and a door to their faces. It wasn't normal of Taeyang to be so quick to part, but his assumption was about the drug lord's view on their chosen field. He'd never agreed with the murdering and certainly not the torture sessions he'd heard from the two themselves.
Their wonder subsided as quick as it came, weaving their way through the twists and turns of the city until finally coming across the majestic architecture of the Kang Palace. It was around 10 at night when they'd finally arrived after a day of evading the authorities and making sure all their escape routes were clear and devoid of any blockage. The wall around the building wasn't as tall as they thought it would be, that made it much easier to scale.
They'd learned the layout within the castle walls and one of the only sources they had from within had managed to get them a layout and extensive description of where the security is lacking as well as blind spots from cameras and guard shifts. They got over the wall without a hitch, Seungri went ahead to make sure the coast was clear since he was more agile than his counterpart. When he deemed the course safe enough they made a swift dash to the side of the building.
"Shit, that is higher than I'd expected" TOP cursed as he looked up at their target's open window, at least that made it easier. They had two choices; either test the special grip lock that'd recently been developed or break into the castle and wander the winding halls until reaching their destination. The original plan had to be scrapped due to the height of the room, it was a good twenty feet further away than they'd originally thought, trashing their cliché grappling hook plan.
"I'll go first to test this, you get hurt too easily" Seungri fished through his blazer and grabbed a pair of the grip gloves, passing them to his partner before slipping his own pair on. The gloves were merely a prototype and had yet to be tested in intense situations, but there is no other option. The technology was so recently developed that making grip lock shoes seemed at least a good year off.
Seungri placed his hands against the cement walls and lifted a hand above his other as if climbing a ladder. It required upper body strength for sure, but at least their resting points were a set of four windows sills they could lean on. As the lithe boy inched his way up, he actually found it exceptionally easier than he'd initially thought it to be.
"Hyung, it's really easy so get up here" the blond boy turned his head and glanced back to the base of the building where his partner was hesitantly trying to figure out how to use the accursed things. "Its just like climbing a fence or a cargo net, just without the use your feet. Trust me, I feel like a feather" the younger male stated as he swung up the vertical concrete wall.
His partner, though hesitant at first, found his groove and swiftly caught up with the other. "Hurry up Seungri, we haven't got all night. Get in, get out." the older scolded as they shimmied toward the window. Seungri climbed in silently, followed by TOP who seemed to have encountered some difficulty when catching his breath
"A simple climb and you can't handle that shit? Come on hyung, you're not that old" the younger whined, receiving a glare in response. TOP opened his mouth to respond before a soft round of laughter stunned the pair. They shifted their gazes towards the sound to see a man sitting up in bed covering his mouth as he quite miserably failed to retain his giggle fit.
"S-sorry, I thought assassins were supposed to be silent and stealthy" a voice had finally replaced the laughter yet it still caught the duo off guard that their target was even awake at this time of night, all the nobility pieces of shit needed their beauty sleep. "I'd like to get this over with quickly, please. I would rather not have to writhe in pain, make it as quick as possible and get the hell out okay?" the man's expression blanked and his voice near monotone as he stated the request.
If there was one thing that Seungri and TOP enjoyed, it was watching their victims plead and beg for their lives to be spared. This however, was not a situation they'd encountered in the past on top of being their final and most important mission yet.
"What are you guys waiting for, just kill me....please!" Seungri looked directly into the boy's dark mocha eyes, noting the desperation and sincerity of the demand. It confused the blond further when he felt a small pang in his chest as he witnessed their target staring at them and begging for his life to be taken. 'What could be so bad that he'd want to die?' Seungri mulled over the question in his head.
"Are you kidding me? Who the hell wants to take over this shitty regime? Sure as fuck not me but I can't get it through any heads. I do not wish to king nor have I ever in my life wanted to. I hate the way people are treated, the way father flaunts taxpayer dollars and the poverty he's created. I don't want a single part of it.I just want to be Kang Daesung. Me. Not the damn king" Daesung gritted out, clenching his fists around the sheet of his comforter then slowly rolled it back before rising from his mattress. "If you don't kill me, I do it myself. Thank you for giving me the push to finally do it, I apologize for anything my father's wrong doings that have effected your lives" the dark eyed man stalked over to the window where his visitors had entered and took his seat with his legs dangling out the window. For the first and final time he took his hands off the frame of the window and grabbed the ledge, swinging his body out the window and closing his eyes as he let death finally settle in.....
Or so he had hoped. Instead, he found himself yanked back harshly into the room with his back pinned down against the cold marble floor. The sight that greeted him once he pried his eyes open was nothing short of utter confusion. The tallest of all three had his large palm pressed in the middle of Daesung's chest, the heir violently trying to wriggle from the grasp.
"How did you know we would be here?" TOP asked with his deep timbre causing the princes to shudder beneath the tall man.
"A little bird and there have been multiple threats anyway. I was told that The Devious Duo was to take me out tonight and I couldn't have been happier....so let me up or kill me right here"
"You don't want to be king? You don't to live in luxury and have everything you could ever want at your beck and call?" the youngest piped in, curiosity peaking and becoming too much for him to retain his interrogation.
"Hell no! I want nothing to do with them. I love my mother and siblings but I cannot stand my father. Do you think living in luxury is being confined behind these walls your entire life? How about being denied friends or anyone to even get close to? I hate seeing the servants kicked around and treated like shit, I've been able to release 11 of them but that's it. I don't want any of it...I want to get away from here..forever." the prince spoke as tears streamed from his eyes, TOP unconsciously taking a finger and wiping the droplet away from the man below him.
He couldn't pin what the reason was, but seeing this man bawling out and beg to end his life shot a pang in the eldest's heart. He glanced to Seungri and much to his surprise, the blond male nodded his head and crouched down beside TOP and the prince.
"Don't worry, we'll make sure you never have to see this place again...." Seungri whispered to the young prince before placing a soft peck on his ear. "Hyung...let's take him. There's something....special about him" he looked his partner straight in the eyes asking for permission. And for the first time in years, his pearly whites shining brighter than he could ever remember when he received the nod of approval.
Daesung paired with everyone, but the main is ToDae. And since my readers were just too thirsty for ToDae to meet, yall finally get your wish. DaeRi again in this chapter as well, nothing M rated though. And no angst in this chapter, the angst in the story will only be because of their possible rage fits and inner battles. Please enjoy!
Chapter 3: A Nice Guy
After laying his head down for a few minutes after his eventful encounter with the first patient, he looked again at the numbered files and decided to open up the second one earlier than he planned.
Name: Choi Seunghyun
Birthdate: November 4, 1987
Age: 28
Sex: Male
City: Seoul
Occupation: Model/Actor
Referred By: Choi Seunghyun
Diagnosis/Symptoms/Other Notes: Depression; danger to himself as well as others; breaks into fits of verbal rage, yet to be seen as a physical danger
Alias: TOP
This time Daesung banged his head on the desk, hard. Once again, he knew the upcoming client. Or if you didn't then you'd have to be living under a rock. TOP, famous and highly sought after model and actor, was one of the hottest men to walk the planet. And no that isn't just his opinion, TOP won world's sexiest man in 2013. This spelt even more trouble for the doctor, he fancied TOP's photo shoots and had seen all his movies. Tazza 2: The Hidden Card that almost sent Daesung to his death bed seeing the veteran actor shirtless for the first time ever.
He had to admit that it was rather commendable that the man had referred himself, most people will fight tooth and nail to get away from anything that involves looking into their mental health. He was glad to see that this patient didn't seem to be a violent dragon like the first, it brought a sigh of relief to him.
He received a fax while looking over the second patient's entire file, it was from none other than the boss. He lifted the paper once it finished printing, reading over the document before groaning in utter frustration. He had to meet at least one more patient today, but he had a high possibility of meeting the remaining two patients before the day ended.
Lunchtime couldn't have arrived faster when Seungri finally came by and knocked on Daesung's shut office door. The brunette shot out of his chair and swung the door open, picking up his files and shoving them into his briefcase before grabbing his colleague by the wrist and dragging him to the elevator in a rush.
"Hyung, what's the hurry--" the younger started to speak but was cut off by a job to his flank, grasping it in slight pain.
"Shut up and I'll tell you when we're out" the older whispered out, opting to take the the elevator the rest of the way in silence. They took it down to the garage and the moment they stepped from the elevator, Daesung found himself pressed against the concrete wall beside the sliding doors and his platinum haired friend standing in front of him.
"Hyung seriously, what are you so frantic for?" Seungri inquired, the Daesung reached out an hugged the younger tightly, sighing into the chest of the shorter male. This concerned him even more, softly rubbing the head of his close friend. "Daesung, please tell me what's wrong." the younger's voice more pleading this time. Daesung shifted his gaze and stared up at his roommate, his lips forming a grin and shaking his head.
"It's nothing, please don't worry Seungri. We'll talk about it later" his voice came out soft and meek, he was drained and though he wanted to tell the latter, he didn't want to now. He didn't want to worry the other like he usually does. It seemed as though Seungri wasn't too pleased with the answer, he could always read his friend like an open book. He leaned in closer and his gaze softened a bit, looking directly into a pair of chocolate eyes.
"Dae please. I'm really worried" he sighed and brought his hand up to cup the other's face. It was something they'd done for years now to console each other in their troubled times. He hadn't meant for the gesture to be so intimate but with their new developments in the past day, it felt less friendly and more endearing. Daesung just stared at the other, transfixed on the orbs gazing into his own without either muttering a single word.
They didn't know who closed the gap first, but their lips found their way together for the second time in the past 24 hours. It wasn't like the previous which was desperate and hot, this was soft and sweet. Their lips melded together in a slow exchange, hands entangling around the other as soft sighs fell between their lips . Seungri had been the first to pull back as he sported a small grin, whilst Daesung leaned on the wall and lingered in the moment just a tad longer. The older male took his friend's hand and guided him back to the car, he needed to know what this actually was they were doing. Once in the safety of the vehicle, Daesung was the first to break the silence.
"What are we doing?" he asked aloud, only to be met with silence so he continued on, "I don't know why but suddenly you're more attractive and appealing in a way I had never seen you as...." he sighed and felt a warm hand cover his own supportively.
"Daesung, lets just go with it for now. I'm not exactly sure what to think, we're young so let's just go with it. It isn't like we haven't messed around a bit in the past" the blond snorted and started the car, lacing his fingers with the other before returning them to the gear shift. "Is that okay hyung?" he inquired in a hushed tone, nothing scared him more than losing his closest friend over something so trivial.
"Actually, I'm glad you said that. I'd prefer to keep this as it is, thank you Seungri" Daesung murmured in response and leaned over to press yet another kiss to younger's lips. This one was much shorter, mutually pulling back after a few seconds for Seungri to change the gears and pull from their parking spot.
The ride was spent in silence for a few minutes until Seungri turned on the radio. They were greeted with a sort of electric sounding song that both had jammed out to before, Crooked by G-Dragon. Practically the second the song blasted from the speakers, Daesung took initiative to turn the radio dial to another station.
"Dae, I love that song and I know for a fact you do. What is up with you?" Seungri still held his concentration on the road but looked over in concern at his friend.
"I will tell you when we go to eat, it'll make sense shortly" Daesung rushed his words then switched the radio back where it was, the song nearly finished when they'd found the station once again. The duration of two more songs was met with silence from the two once again before Seungri parked the vehicle in front of a diner the pair frequented for lunch breaks.
They got out and waked into the cozy diner, taking their usual spot in a booth towards the back of the establishment. The sever that greeted them was actually a good friend to the pair, Choi Dongwook. The dark haired male came to their table with a bright smile on his face and his note pad ready.
"Daesung, it's great to finally see you back!" he spoke in a jovial tone then pat the other on the shoulder warmly then continued with his actual job, "I'd assume the usual?" which we received a mutual nod from the pair before nodding and taking the order back to the kitchen. He left the pair in silence, but to Seungri's surprise, Daesung spoke up first.
"I have two...special patients, Seungri" the words fell from his lips in a low tone, his eyes glancing to his briefcase by the leg of his chair. He lifted it from the floor and pulled out three envelopes and set them on the table in front of his younger counterpart. "Open them. If I were to just tell you their names then you would only laugh at me."
Seungri was taken back by the serious mood that had settled upon them and reached out for the files. It was pretty obvious which one to open first, but with the way Daesung was staring at him, he wasn't quite sure if he wanted to proceed. Despite the berating don't do it or please no in his head, he peeled open the first on and started reading over it.
"Kwon Jiyong....singer....songwriter...Seoul...wait-" his eyes widened marginally as they scanned the first document, his voice lowering even further than Daesung's had, "One of your patients is the G-Dragon?!" to which the other could only offer a nod and a scowl etched onto his face.
"Dragon sure suits him, what an ass. He accused me over drooling over him and then scheduled his own damn appointments!" Daesung spat in an irritated tone, one Seungri hadn't often heard him use. "Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays at 11:30am are what he gave me and if I don't agree, I'd rather not deal with the wrath of Hyunsukit.." he grumbled out the last part but it sent Seungri into hysterics.
"H-Hyunsuk it.... Oh my god hyung--" the younger nearly fell out of his seat laughing, grasping his aching sides just as Dongwook arrived with their order. He set both plates and drinks down in front of the pair, Daesung giving him an apologetic glance to which the server merely chuckled and took his leave.
"Seungri our food is here so calm down" the older male chided as he watched his companion finally come down from his laughing spree. Seungri still had the file in his hand so he passed it back with a wide grin and without a word began to devour his food. "Yah! Who said you could dig in like that?!" Daesung took the second file and smacked his friend over the head with it. "Eat a few bites then look at this one, I don't know what I'll do..."
Seungri swiped the violent folder from his companion and propped it against the window as not to get dirty, Daesung would murder him right there if anything marred the immaculate files. The pair sat in silence for few minutes to eat their meals and sip their drinks, trading kicks under the table and laughing at silly faces from the other.
Now in a better mood, Seungri pushed his empty plate aside and picked up the file, opening it and reading over the contents just as he had the other. This time his read it to himself but it was Daesung's turn to laugh when Seungri's eyes bulged and this jaw pretty much fell to the floor, stuttering to form words.
"You get G-Dragon and TOP?!" Seungri half shouted, prompting Daesung to cover that big mouth and shoot a deadly glare at his partner.
"And you get to watch your volume, you know how well-known those two are" Daesung chided with a stern look, retracting his hand when he received a nod of understanding. The younger put the files back and handed them across to their owner, who slipped it back in his briefcase. "There's a third one but haven't looked at it yet. I'm supposed to meet the remaining two at some point in the day but I haven't been told the schedule."
"Yeah that's not much or a surprise, he's been slacking on the entire top floor schedules. I've had patients come in at 11am when their original schedule is at 3 in the afternoon. Then I get a fax 30 minutes before the change and it's frustrating." Seungri rolled his eyes in frustration to which Daesung nodded, the exact same thing happened to him as well.
They started to chat more about their peeves with the company and agreed the biggest reason they stayed was one hell of a paycheck. Their large sums came from dealing with violent, unreasonable and rude patients that most couldn't handle. Part of the way through a conversation of where they would work elsewhere, Daesung's cell phone went off. When he pulled it out, he was thrown off by the unknown caller ID. Of course curiosity got the best of him and he answered it anyway.
"Is this the personal phone of Mister Kang?" came the voice from the other end which sent Daesung rigid.
"How did you get this number?" he grumbled back in annoyance.
"I thought you knew who I was, I have my ways and I always get what I want. It wasn't too hard, a few winks and a kiss can go a long way you know" Daesung could just hear the smirk on the face of the caller, he knew immediately that it was none other than G-Dragon himself.
"Look, this is my private number and I do not call clients on it so I will see you on Wednesday Mister Kwon" Daesung stated without regret and hung up the phone, his colleague staring at him as he shoved the device back into his pocket.
"Hyung, was that who I think it was?" Seungri asked carefully, trying to avoid him blowing up in anger.
"Yes it was, and unfortunately I don't have time to cool down because lunch ends in twenty. We have to go" Daesung gathered his things and waited for the younger then went up and paid for their meals, returning to the car for the third time that day.
~xxx~
They'd gotten back into the firm with five minutes to spare, parting ways once again until they each clocked out. Daesung waded back to his office, half dreading yet half excited about his next client. He'd at least been blessed with one of the most most gorgeous men alive, he just hopes this one isn't as rowdy as the previous.
He sat down at his desk and checked two voicemail awaiting him, both were from the CEO informing him of the scheduled meeting with his two remaining patients was. He had who he assumed to be Choi at 2:15 pm and then at 4:00pm he'd have the third. ‘So I really do have to meet them all today? This is going to be a looooong day’ he sighed to himself as he emptied his briefcase of the files and once again looked over Choi's file.
It didn't have any reason on there as to why the man referred himself, but it was good to see a patient actually willing themselves to go into treatment. Daesung knows the struggle, not wanting to go to a random stranger and blab your life's sorrows to them. It felt desperate at the time, but he;s glad he went through with it, maybe since the patient is older he had a different outlook.
Time flew as he studied over the second case, he actually had time to analyze the file before meeting the patient. He took out his note pad and jot down key concepts and notes, color coding his notes with a 10 colored pen. He was so wrapped in the analysis he failed to hear the first knock on his door. The second came harder, smacking his forehead for loosing track of time as he walked up to the door and opened it.
His jaw dropped in awe at the man standing alone in his doorway, scooting out of the way and showing him to a seat before shutting the door. He hadn't failed to miss the receptionist blushing and rubbing her cheeks, he guessed she hadn't a single clue about Choi. Daesung took to his seat once again, noticing the man rubbing his hands on the desk.
"If may ask, is this by any chance a Spanish Ceadar desk?" the man asked, clearly taking a liking to the furnishing.
"I'm not exactly sure, it was here when I arrived but it's been going a few years strong."
"Ah I see... well its highly popular due to resistance from termite attacks as well as its beautiful maroon hue..." he man trailed off as of deep in thought.
"I hadn't known that before, thanks. I'm Dr Kang Daesung by the way, it's a pleasure to meet you Mister Choi" Daesung stood from his chair and bowed respectfully at the waist as well as offering a hand. He was actually surprised when the hand grasped his own in a firm hold, but Daesung swore his entire body lit on fire at the contact.
"Please, just call me Seunghyun. I'm not too old as I'd assume you already know" the chuckle that came after brought a pink tint to Daesung's cheeks, but he had no idea why. He broke their contact first once again took his seat and glanced from his client then to the paper, and back. Daesung looked directly at his client and folded his hands, setting his chin atop them.
"May I ask why you've referred yourself Seunghyun? Not many are willing to step into treatment, nevertheless recommend it for themselves" Daesung truly was intrigued, he couldn't recall any patients admitting themselves.
"I just need to do it, I'm tired of unintentionally hurting people around me and those I love. I just need to change and this seemed to be the best option rather than trying to suppress it" Seunghyun stated, it almost seemed rehearsed with how smooth yet emotional the words came out. He seemed to of a higher intelligence than Daesung honestly would've thought.
"I can guarantee you've made the right decision Seunghyun. I'll do everything in my power to get you through and over this. Is there a beneficial time frame to schedule you for?" Daesung asked as he wrote in his little notebook, watching the handsome one across from him ponder for a few moments Daesung found himself staring and analyzing the man's perfectly sculpted jawline and marvelous contours much like the other had been to his desk. He had been so caught up that he hadn't realized that the other was finally responding until a hand waved in front of his face.
"Earth to Dr Kang, are you okay? You zoned out for a moment" Seunghyun's words almost sounded truly worried. Almost.
"Oh sorry, first day back after vacation and it's been a long day. I apologize, please proceed" the more he talked, the more Daesung thought he was looking more like a tomato. He'd never been this flustered by another person, but he blamed it on the heating system anyway out of denial.
"As I was saying, Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays at 3pm would work the best, maybe earlier or maybe later and maybe even not at all. It depends on the shoots I have, but I am committed to seeing this through" the older male leaned forward in his seat and caught the doctor's gaze, his eyes burning with sincerity and determination, but that simple interaction had Daesung heart racing. It was as if he was being challenged and he was more than ready to face the hurdles ahead.
"Then we'll put you down for those frames, I can only give plus and minus an hour to the set time so it doesn't conflict with other possible schedules. Is that okay?" to which his inquisition was confirmed with a mere nod, jotting the information down immediately and then slipping it into the file folder. "Then it looks like we're done for the day. It was a pleasure to meet you Seunghyun" the brown haired doctor arose from his seat walked to the door to open it for the other.
"It was a pleasure to meet you as well, Doctor Kang. I hope to become much better acquainted with you next time." Seunghyun stood as well and walked over to Daesung, maybe too close. The second they were face to face, Daesung wanted to lean into the man's chest and breathe in whatever the intoxicating cologne was he dawned.
But there is this wonderful piece of shit called professionalism so Daesung could only offer a simple ‘same to you’ and watch as he walked away. He couldn't stay there too long, he might make it too obvious to the receptionist that he could watch a hot man's firm ass sway for hours.
He settled for waiting until he disappeared at the elevator before shutting his office door behind him and mull over the meeting. From fawning over him, to his scalding cheeks and his out of character gawking, he wasn't sure he could survive having three meetings a week with a masterpiece just a few feet in front of him. At least he was a nice guy.
Shorter than my average chapter, it’s only 1200 or so, sorry ><
Chapter 5: Behind The Mask
As soon as the light went out at the end of his set, D-Lite disappeared from the stage and took to the dressing room in a flash. There were only two other performers in the room, both women. He tossed a smile at them before grabbing his duffel bag and slipped into the men's restroom. It was inappropriate for him to dress with the women if the room wasn't empty, so half the time changed in the restroom. He switched into his casual apparel just as fast he could take it off.
He peeked out of he stall he was in and took to the sink, rinsing the spray-in crimson from the tips of his hair. He opened up the duffel bag he'd set on the counter and pulled out a towel to dry his hair with. Part of the way through drying his hair he heard the door creak open but he paid it no mind. He was in the clear now that he was back to plain old Kang Daesung, D-Lite had retired for the night.
There was something about being on the club stage that enthralled him; the eyes that undressed him, the ragged breathing from the crowd, the adrenaline that pumped through his veins. It made him feel alive. Nothing else was of importance anymore. His life revolved around performing even before going into this business, at least it gave him a chance to be on some stage and he loved it.
He switched off the hair dryer and put it back in the bag, trading the dryer for a small cosmetic bag. He planned to have some fun tonight, it wasn't something he did often. He'd usually finish his set and get home as fast as he could, not that any one was waiting for him.
He lined his lids with black kohl and dabbed on some black eye shadow then fanned it out for a smoky effect. He never forgets to moisturize his lips, he's recently fond of a blooming western brand EOS, Sweet Mint is his balm of choice. After coating his plump lips in the balm, he tinted them with a soft pink gloss. He found his lips to be one of his most attractive features, but then again, it was all of his face the crowd could see. The crowd. That man.
As he gazed into the mirror his mind veer off to the set he performed tonight and the man he spotted in the crowd. There was something about the gaze in eyes, his thinner lips, that tongue that jut out to moisten parched lips. Each thought shot a wave of arousal through the young performer, looking into to the mirror as he gripped the counter hard enough for his knuckles to pale. It was accompanied by a sudden pounding in his head, he hated that this happened anytime he found someone sexually appealing after his sets. 'No...not now. Please not now. Leave me alone for once damnit!' he begged in his head, the pain quickly subsiding at his desperate plea.
It aggravated him to no end that he'd fallen so deep into this abyss of delightful sin that his desires bordered on primal. If he had completed a set and he was still highly aroused, he couldn't get D-Lite to settle. D-Lite was not only his stage persona, but his darker side that nearly had a mind of it's own. He can control himself to an extent but with primal urges, people change in an instant. He closed his eyes in hope he could will the feeling away but closing his eyes was the worst choice as a vision danced in front of his eyelids.
There he was, D-Lite once again out in the crowd but not for the stage this time, to mingle. He occasionally stopped and talked with a fan until his eyes caught those of the the tall gorgeous man and he talked to him, yet there was no sound. After approaching one another, their lips were moving fluidly in a long winding conversation that both clearly seemed to enjoy. The stranger's lips curled into a suggestive smirk before said man took hold of D-Lite's wrist and guided him into the restroom. The grip kept tightening as if it were repeatedly squeezing him to say something. A deep voice started to come through, it was initially a whisper but D-Lite felt like was getting shook as the voice became louder but he--
Daesung jolted out of his musing to a hand roughly shaking his wrist. He was about to scream until he turned and caught the gaze of the stranger, or at least what he thought was a stranger. Instead of emitting an ear splitting shout, his heart jumped into his throat at the piercing eyes boring into his soul. Not just any eyes, those eyes. The ones he so desperately yearned to see up close once again.
"Hey, seriously are you okay?" the man snapped his fingers repeatedly in front of Daesung's face, effectively grabbing his undivided attention. The gaze of the man softened as he saw Daesung once again back in reality. "You really had me freaked out, you've been staring into the mirror with your eyes shut for at least five minutes" the stranger spoke up once again, the baritone of his voice sending a shiver down the young performer's spine.
"I-It's you--" Daesung finally found his words in stutters. "I-I'm sorry sir, I-I didn't mean to worry you..." he bowed his head to avoid those damn eyes and turned back to the counter to put his things away. He guessed he got primped up for nothing as this wasn't how he wanted to meet the man. He lifted the bag and muttered another apology and avoided the man to make his swift escape.
He hadn't moved quick enough because as he reached out for the handle, warm palms once again engulfed his wrist. He tried to tug his arm from the firm grip, only to be pulled in by the latter once again, face-to-face this time.
"What did you mean it's me?" the sharp deep eyed man asked in his deep baritone. Daesung felt his body involuntarily shudder once again at the voice rather than words, but the other hadn't failed to notice. "Is there something wrong? Did I scare you?" he inquired once again to which Daesung shook his head to pass off that idea. The shorter closed his eyes and took a deep breath before trying to formulate a response.
"No...I just-- I need to go find my friend, now" Daesung spoke as clearly as he could manage, the cologne of the other was highly intoxicating and he wanted nothing more than to bury his face into the other male and breathe it in endlessly until his oxygen dissipated. But he wasn't getting anywhere if he kept embarrassing himself, so once again he tore away and made a beeline for the door.
Only this time, there was no objection as he shut the door firmly behind him without looking back.
This is my highest subbed story on AFF (550+). It is a oneshot collection where I only write smuts of our five boys based off requests I’ve gotten. In all technicality, the order doesn’t matter but I shall post them here in chronological order anyway. I will have the pairing listed in the title of each chapter like below so you don’t get surprised with a pairing you dislike. I did not beta this before posting it on here because I can’t stand reading my smuts from two years ago and the self loathing is horrible. Please enjoy!
GTOP: I Missed You
Everyone knows how it feels when you go to work nonstop and how tiring it is. Too much work causes you to lose sleep, especially if you have to be on set day-in and day-out.
Choi Seunghyun has been working on the set of 'The Commitment' for five months and has finally finished. He was excited for it to hit the big screen, yet tired from the filming that started at 8am and lasted until dusk. He wanted nothing more than to stay home and enter a peaceful slumber, but was pulled back to reality from his phone going off on the table.
He checked his phone to see a text from YG:
Seunghyun, Jiyong's flight should come in at the Seoul airport at 4:45 pm, so go pick him up. I guarantee he's tired from the touring Japan, so just make sure he is okay and gets some well deserved rest. Don't be late tomorrow!
The text made him smile, despite the fact that he had to go see YG tomorrow rather than get some more rest. The portion that made him smile was that the leader of Big Bang was finally returning from his Japan tour, no doubt he would be exhausted. His smile morphed into a frown when he felt a pang of worry overtake him as he remembered the last time they were in Japan and came across the marijuana incident. It was extremely tough for Jiyong to get through that and having people judge him from just taking a cigarette from a stranger. It wasn't his fault it happened to be a blunt.
Seunghyun shook his head 'Jiyong is more careful now. He'll be okay.' he thought to himself, shaking off the remnants of his worry. He notified a security guard because he didn't need sasaeng fans chasing them.
He got up from the chair in his room and exited the building. He stepped out in a black pair of jeans with a black vest over a long-sleeved white shirt and sported a black pair of sneakers. After he got in his car, he pulled out of the parking lot having the security guard follow him. He took his time driving, making sure he stayed within the speed limit since his heart and mind were racing.
The last time he saw the younger was four months ago before he left for Japan. He couldn't wait to see that beautiful face gain. All he wanted to do was hold the petite man in his arms and never letting him go.
Being away from someone you love for too long takes its toll on your mindset, so Seunghyun could only hope that his lover has held up well. He knew that his lover was strong and all, but that doesn't mean he was always tough. The leader of their group is very sensitive and can get stressed over things done incorrectly. He breaks down sometimes, but everyone does at some point.
Seunghyun had a grin plastered across his face because he knew Jiyong would light up at the sight of him. He could picture it now, the moment they see each other, they engage in a warm embrace.
His heart rate sped up as he neared the entrance to the airport. He entered the parking lot and was lucky enough to find two close spots, one for him and the other for the security. He waited for the guards to get out of their car and open his door to escort him to the baggage claim area. There were fans lining the building with appreciative signs, but the only though on Seunghyun's mind was seeing Jiyong again. The guards notified him that the area Jiyong would arrive in was the Northwest terminal.
He took a seat that the two guards had saved, one on each side of him and sat with baited breath. He checked the time on his phone to see. 4:56 pm, eleven minutes after the flight was supposed to come in. That meant Jiyong would appear any moment. He held his phone in his hand, checking the screen every few seconds as if time would pass quicker with each glance.
"Hyung~!" the unmistakable voice belonged to a thin, blond haired man with two guards of his own.
"Jiyong~!" Seunghyun hollered back, getting up from his seat with the guards following. He made his way over to the bottom of the escalator that Jiyong was coming down.
As soon as he stepped off the escalator, the blond boy ran to the elder and they shared a warm embrace.
"Hyung, I missed you so much!" Jiyong exclaimed while buying his face into the taller's chest.
"I missed you too Jiyong." Seunghyun said with a smile. He placed his hand on top of the shorter man's head and leaned down to whisper in his ear, "If you behave, I have a surprise waiting at my home for you." He pulled back to see the milky white skin upon the younger's face become flushed. Jiyong responded with a quick nod and tried to speak as best he could.
'I'll b-be a g-good boy" he stuttered, still taken back by the comment. He then grabbed the elders hand and guided the older towards the baggage claim area. Two more guards were at the claiming station with Jiyong's luggage ready to go. "Hyung, can I ride with you?" his chocolate eyes lit up with hope.
"Of course you can!" the elder exclaimed with joy. As they made their way through the airport, neither of them uttered a word knowing they couldn't hear each other over the screaming fans that lined the walls. Once they got to Seunghyun's car, the guards pulled out first so they could follow behind the two. They finally got around to backing out and soon found themselves making their way towards Seunghyun's home.
The ride home was nice and peaceful. Seunghyun didn't realize how much he missed hearing the other's voice as they caught up on life. Jiyong said he was originally apprehensive about going to Japan because he feared another scandal, but he powered through it. He even said he would like to go back for another tour. Seunghyun was more than glad to hear those positive words coming from the blond in the passenger seat.
After ten more minutes of solitude in a comfortable silence, they arrived at Seunghyun's home. He made sure to park correctly and waited for their guards to give them the okay that they could get out and go in. They bowed to the guards and thanked them for their services, then made their way into the house. They took their shoes off as they entered the door, shutting and locking it behind them.
Jiyong stood in the entryway as his lover went ahead and walked into the living room. He looked around and inhaled deeply, taking all the senses of the current location. It relaxed him, but he was always relaxed when it involved Seunghyun. The smell of his hyung's cologne was enough to make him swoon like the many fan girls they had when they stepped into the spotlight.
"Ji, are you just going to stand there? Come here and sit with me." the Seunghyun called out while staring at the blond one. When he got Jiyong's attention, the younger sauntered over, taking his sweet time. Seunghyun let a huge grin grace over his face as the petite boy sat next to him and brought him in for a loving embrace. They sighed in relief, having longed for each other's touch.
Finally away from the public eye, they could let themselves loose. No paparazzi taking photos, no sasaeng fans chasing them down, no one else but them. Them and their own little paradise that was Seunghyun's home. They stayed together for a few more minutes, until Jiyong broke the silence and their embrace. He pulled back and bit his lip, looking up at Seunghyun.
"Hyung~" he purred in a seductive tone, slowly inching closer to the elder "I believe you said you have a surprise for me today" he finished, getting onto the tall rapper's lap. A groan escaped Seunghyun's lips as he felt the light weight of the younger descend upon his lap. Jiyong knew good and well what his actions would do and looked forward to seeing how his lover handled it.
"Jiyongie" he whispered back, bringing his lip to ghost over the blond man's own lips "Then let me give it to you" he ended his sentence by moving the petite man's legs and arms to hold tight to him. He lifted the younger with ease and carried him to the other side of the house, where his bedroom lay. Once they were inside the room, Seunghyun set Jiyong down on the bed gently and climbed to hover above him. "Even more beautiful when you're under me, babe." the older remarked with a smirk.
"Aish...Just kiss me damnit" Jiyong pouted, earning a chuckle from the older. The older obliged to his request and leaned down and captured his lips passionately. Having not seen each other in four months, things were moving pretty quickly. Seunghyun was quick to run his tongue over the plump lips of the younger, eliciting a moan. The sound caused Jiyong to open his mouth and grant Seunghyun the entrance he desired.
"Ah seems like someone is really enjoying this" the tall rapper teased as the younger was fumbling with removing Seunghyun’s clothes. They pulled back and Jiyong swiftly removed Seunghyun's vest and shirt, leaving him breathless at the other's exposed torso.
"Hyunnie, your body is amazing, but only I am allowed to glance upon it." Jiyong said out, admiring the body in front of him. In response, the older worked to remove Jiyong's shirt. He discarded the shirt to somewhere on the other side of the room. Jiyong let a gasp escape his lips as he felt something hot and wet, which turned out to be Seunghyun's tongue, drag down his neck. Once the tongue reached his collarbone, it was replaced by gentle nibbles and continued traveling south.
Hot lips wrapped around Jiyong's left nipple, sucking and licking it repeatedly. As not to leave the other untouched, Seunghyun moved to the other and repeated the same process with expertise. Heft the two red buds perky and hard, slowly bringing his hands down to the waistband of the younger’s pants. The younger was faster however, swiftly removing his pants and undergarments. He sat with his legs spread out and his hard cock standing at attention. The older reached out to grab hold of the erect appendage only to have his hand swatted away.
"No hyung, I get to put on a show for you. Before I start it though, you must also remove all the articles of clothing you are wearing so it will be even more fun" the blond man cooed, doing his best to look like an innocent child. The smirk that appeared on his face afterwards said otherwise as the older slowly began to remove his clothes. Once all the garments were removed, the younger laid back against the headboard of the bed with his legs stretched out and looked into the eyes of the older as he grabbed the base of his long erect cock. He gave himself a light stroke under the gaze of his lover, hoping to give the best show he could muster.
He saw the older reach to touch himself and once again he swatted the large hand away.
"No hyunnie, you're not allowed to touch yourself, only I can touch you. If you try again, I'm going to punish you" The younger finished with a cheeky grin. Seunghyun's eyes widened but the corners of his mouth molded into a smirk.
"Is that a threat?" He asked, challenging the younger as he reached to touch himself. Jiyong on the other hand, was more than ready for this and reached for the nightstand. Seunghyun began to tremble, but in excitement, not fear.
Jiyong brought out a black silk scarf and a bottle of lube with a smirk. He licked his lips as Seunghyun's eyes widened and he covered his mouth to stifle a gasp. This sound didn't go unnoticed as Jiyong used that brief moment of time to tie the older rapper's hands behind his back.
"Don't underestimate me Seunghyunnie~" Jiyong purred in a seductive tone, going back to facing the older and beginning to stroke himself. Seunghyun was still in shock, but more aroused than anything. Jiyong smirked, looking at the flawless and entranced face of his lover. He uncapped the bottle of lube and he gently poured some onto his fingers. He took his index and he looked at the other, bringing the finger to the tight hole of the older. He probed it around, playing and teasing only to pull away and turn around and stick his ass in the air for the older to see.
"Hyung, since you didn't listen, you have to deal with me being in control and you can't touch my body unless I choose to let you" he moaned out as he brought the lubed index finger to his hole and gently pushed it in. The older gasped as the show continued with Jiyong curling his finger and addingin a second one. The older groaned loudly, eliciting a growl from the younger.
"You got yourself into this Seunghyun; I'm just going along with the program. Sit back and let me fuck myself for now" he looked back at Seunghyun while trying to wear an innocent face. He curled his fingers and hit that oh-so-amazing spot so he pushed in another finger and called out his black haired lover's name as his prostate was hit over and over. Once he sensed his impending orgasm, he reluctantly stopped and turned around to the older and once more took the lube bottle in his hand. He poured the lube straight on Seunghyun's throbbing cock.
"Fucking hell!" the older yelled out as the cold gel slipped down his hot shaft. He growled and moaned when the blonde man wrapped his hands around it and spread the lube over every inch of his erect member. His eyes opened wider than he thought they ever could as Jiyong slowly gripped his broad shoulders and had his ass positioned over Seunghyun's cock.
"Now, as punishment, I'm in control and you can't do anything about it. " with those words, Jiyong gently impaled himself with Seunghyun's large dick. "Oh sh-shit" he groaned out, feeling his body trying to take the intrusion in him.
"Jiyong! F-fuck!" the older rapper was fighting so hard not to thrust up into his lover, especially without the use of hands. He breathed in intervals, trying to keep himself calm, but just as he had calmed down the warmth that had engulfed him was gone. He grunted then yelled out as the heat came back down again but he bucked up in surprise and heard a small yelp from the small man on top of him.
"Hyunnie, god baby you are so fucking hot!"" Jiyong groaned out as they started to move more in time. He soon was starting to grab and dig his hands into the chest of the other who laid back on his tied hands. He could only smirk and feel accomplished seeing the face of his favorite hyung having to submit to him, though he was still the one being fucked. The older scooted his body down a bit and thrust up into he younger and hit the spot. Jiyong's eyes blurred by a white blinding light and he screamed out for the older.
"Right there hyunnie! Harder damnit fuck me more~!" Jiyong screamed out and yanked the older to sit up. He reached behind Seunghyun and untied the scarf, letting the older sigh in relief as his hands became free. Jiyong tossed the scarf into some corner of the room and Seunghyun took advantage to grab the hips of the younger and bucked up hard with his pelvis and pulled down on Jiyong’s. He could sense them both nearing their orgasms, so he used one hand to grip the cock of his petite lover.
"Jiyongie, scream my name. Let everyone hear who the hell you belong to. Who is it?" the older smirked, finally being able to submit Jiyong with his words.
"You! Seunghyun, you make me feel so full! I love when you fuck me hard!" the blonde man groaned out through the blinding pleasure that soon began to overtake him. “Hyunnie...I-I'm going to-" he was cut off by a particular hard thrust.
"Fuck J-Jiyong me too...c-cum with me" the older rasped out as his breathing became heavy and he was having trouble keeping his thrusts in a rhythm. The rhythm was completely lost as Seunghyun and Jiyong simultaneously reached their orgasms. Jiyong’s seed sprayed up onto his chest and Seunghyun’s filled his body to the brim. They stayed like that until they regained their breath then Jiyong lifted himself from Seunghyun who whimpered at the loss, but he pulled the younger into his arms.
“Jiyongie, I missed you.“ the older gently cooed into his ear as he stroked the blonde, silky hair.
“Missed you too Seunghyunnie” he replied quietly, falling asleep in the arms of his lover.

Chapter 2: A Dragon Personified
That night Daesung slept like log, whether due to jet lag or the fact that him and his closest friend engaged in a passionate make out session, no one could be sure. He woke up in the morning refreshed and rather eager to return to work. He sprung from his bed and made his way to bathroom, opening the door without a care.
He instantly regretted his decision as he barged in on his roommate clad in only a towel causing his face to burn a hot red. Had no idea why his face was flushing as he's seen Seungri naked before, they'd been crazy and gone skinny dipping once after a few rounds of drinks. But there was something different this time. He found himself taking in every inch of the exposed flesh, his eyes following every contour and settling on the towel with an audible gulp.
"Pervert hyung" the younger called out in a teasing tone, snapping Daesung from his trance. "I'll ask you again like yesterday, see something you like? " he spoke with a pronounced smirk etched into his cheeks, more than proud of the stares he received. He had never once thought Daesung wasn't attractive, both physically and personality wise.
"I was…uhm just going to shower… I didn't mean to, you know. Walk in on you…" Daesung wanted to kick himself when the words in his head wouldn't translate to voice. He went to turn and leave the other to the rest of his routine, but a hand wrapped around his wrist and shot a shiver up his spine when he heard soft pads of feet come closer and a chin rest on his shoulder.
"I was just on my way out actually" Seungri stated in a sultry tone, using this new development in their joined lives in any way he possible could to tease the elder male. He was already having too much fun and it hadn't even been an entire day since they'd been reunited. He gripped the other's waist, thoroughly pleased with the gasp he was awarded with then innocently tugged the other into the bathroom to slip by, sauntering out without a second glance.
Daesung was once again left by his lonesome to process yet another borderline sexual encounter with his long time friend. He quickly slammed the door of the bathroom and locked it as well, not chancing another interaction like that, he knew where they would end up. He wanted to take a shower to clean up, not to get dirtier. He peeled each piece of fabric from his body, nicely folding them and setting them on the spacious countertop. He grabbed a towel from their linen cabinet and draped it over the towel rack before climbing into the shower.
The water sprayed from the shower head in countless steamy streams, the hot liquid pouring over his tensed muscles was soothing. He stood beneath the water and grabbed his soap and lathered it all over his body, cleansing himself of any sweat and dirt that worked onto his skin in the previous day. He quickly shampooed his hair and used the conditioner after, rinsing off his entire form from head to feet then he turned off the water and grabbed his towel, wrapping it around his waist.
He stepped out onto the cold tile floor and stood in front of the mirror, pulling out the hair dyer to remove the excess liquid from his sopping fringe. He ducked out of the bathroom swiftly and over to his closet on hopes his colleague was nowhere to be seen. He changed into his favorite bright red suit on top of a black and white spotted shirt. Once finished he made his way to the kitchen and poured himself a bowl of cereal then plopped down onto the couch where he found his friend lounging and fiddling with his phone.
"Seungri, have you eaten yet?" Daesung asked with a warm smile, despite their questionable interactions. They were still best friends, nothing would change that. The younger hummed in response and locked his phone then put it back in his pocket, shifting his gaze to the elder now munching on a spoonful of cereal.
"Yes, in fact I had the same as you" the blond male smiled as he watched his friend inhale the small meal before getting up and cleaning his bowl.
Daesung emerged from the kitchen shortly after and grabbed his briefcase from beside the door, as did his colleague before they walked out the door the same way they went in then the previous day. Only today both were well rested and ready to start their days
~xxx~
The ride to work was full of laughter as Seungri revealed to the difficulties he'd faced with his current client, so difficult he could only handle a single patient. Their office wasn't too far from their home so the conversation only lasted 20 minutes tops. Once they'd arrived and parked the vehicle, they each got out and looked over each other to double check their appearances.
"Is there anything on my face Seungri? I feel like there's dry milk on my cheek" Daesung mumbled out as he wiped at his cheek with his thumb.
"Well you have two eyes, a nose and a pair of plump lips if that's what you meant" the sarcastic answer earned Seungri a slug to the shoulder and a huff, but he wouldn't have it any other way. It was just too much fun torturing the elder.
The company they work under is YG Incorporated, a large firm that employs only the best in the field of Psychology. The only way in is by invitation; no resume, no previous contact, only the word of the wind and Yang Hyunsuk, the CEO himself, sending an invitation by mail. Both the males had been sent invitations around the same time and each joyously accepted the offer. They took the elevator all the way up as their offices are located the topmost floor for their high end positions. Daesung was welcomed back with open arms and warm smiles, he enjoyed and was loved by the majority of his co-workers. The CEO had been personally waiting for him to arrive so he could hand over the files of his newest patients and had his secretary, Park Bom, wait outside Daesung's office to notify him of his summons. Seungri and Daesung parted ways and promised to meet up for lunch, then Daesung followed the beautiful secretary to the large office of Yang Hyunsuk.
The grand doors opened to reveal the enormous office, one Daesung knew all to well. He noticed a new painting on the left wall and of course more additions to the CEO's toy collection on display behind his large mahogany desk. Daesung took a seat in one of the leather chairs as beckoned by his boss when they finally met gazes.
"Daesung, it's great to see you back. I hope your vacation was great, but we have serious business to attend to." Hyunsuk tossed a folder down in front of the younger male. "Two of these patients requested the best while the third just seemed to be your kind of client. Please refrain from opening it until you're in your office, these are the most important clients yet. The most important of the three will be here by 11:30, so you are dismissed" the man spoke in his soft nasally tone, tapping his watch to indicate the limited time. Daesung checked his own watch and found he only had about 10 minutes to look over the first file before meeting them.
Daesung slipped from the room after bowing respectfully, walking at a quick pace to his office. He was itching in anticipation as he held the file carefully as if it would turn to dust if handled with anything less than the utmost care. Once in his office, he shut the door behind him and drew the blinds, taking a seat in his large leather chair. He opened the manila envelope and pulled out the three smaller folders labeled : #1, #2, and #3. He could only assume the files were in order, so he opened up the first one:
Name: Kwon Jiyong
Birthdate: August 18, 1988
Age: 28
Sex: Male
City: Seoul
Occupation: Singer/Songwriter
Referred By: Manager Choi Soonho
Diagnosis/Symptoms/Other Notes: Diagnosed at age 17; seen more than 30 therapists for help; lashes out in fits of violence towards others; tends to disappear for days at a time without a trace
Alias: G--
He was just about to read the alias of his newest patient Kwon Jiyong, when a loud bang resounded in the office. The noise made him jump in shock and glare at the doorway where a man was dragging one much younger with him. Daesung could clearly tell which was his patient, why else would someone be fighting their way in? He looked over who he assumed to be his patient, something about him seemed extremely familiar, yet he couldn't place his finger on it. He petite man reluctantly took a seat when offered by Daesung, the escort taking one seat as well.
"Hello, I'm Dr Kang Daesung. Pleasure to meet the both you" Daesung stated as he arose from his seat and bowed before offering a hand to the elder who took it firmly.
"Choi Soonho, I'm his manager" came the introduction from the latter. "And this is Kwon Jiyong" he gestured to the male beside him. Daesung extended a hand to him as well only to be brushed off with a scoff.
"I'm not here of my own choice, and it's G-Dragon to you Soonho!" Jiyong shot with venom laced in his voice. Daesung's jaw dropped the moment the name fell onto his ears. He wasn't sure he had heard correctly, but there isn't much else that he could've switched it out for.
G-Dragon was a huge inspiration for him, the music spoke to his heart and guided his soul to the path he currently took, the man in front of him was a living legend. 'G-Dragon? The G-Dragon is in my office right now, for DID treatment?!' the possibilities of a well-renowned musician he'd looked up to for so many years being in front of him now was nearly too much to handle.
His mouth still agape, he took in the entirety of the other. Upon closer inspection, there was no doubt in his mind that this truly was the one and only G-Dragon. He had been out of the loop since he had been swamped the entire past year, he hadn't realized that the Kwon Jiyong on paper would or ever could be sitting in front of him. On that thought, he checked the file once again and sure enough the alias was confirmed as G-Dragon. Daesung's gaze kept shifting from the file to Jiyong and back, but the latter quickly caught on.
"I'm all for looks baby, no touch. You must know who I am with the way you're practically drooling over me." Jiyong hummed out in a teasing melodic tune, a bright blush settling upon Daesung's face. Soonho shot Jiyong a glare of disapproval which got brushed off like dust.
"Actually yes I do know you, I'm a fan. But I certainly was not drooling over you sir, you've got the wrong idea" Daesung retorted, he was usually entirely professional during these meetings, yet he felt the need to defend himself. Probably because none of his patients to date had the audacity to make such comments upon first meeting. "I do hope you aren't planning on being a pain because that would only make both our lives much more difficult"
"And what if I enjoy difficulties?" came the response as Jiyong inspected his nails with a smirk tugging at the corners of his lips, clearly amused at the rise he received.
"Then we'll just have to deal with you in any means possible. I'm not going to stand for bullshit, you hear me? Don't play with me and I won't play with you" Daesung's words were sharp yet he retained his calm tone, the two males' eyes catching in a mutual intense stare.
"Well then we'll have to see what it takes to break you, my new toy~" Jiyong winked before standing once again, Soonho shooting up from his own seat at the younger's sudden movement. Jiyong calmly put his hand out as if to hold back the other, effectively confusing the eldest male when he placed his hands on the edge of Daesung's desk and leaned dangerously close towards the owner. "Let's have some fun then, shall we? I will see you thrice a week on Mondays, Wednesday and Fridays. Same place, same time. No questions asked" Jiyong retracted as graceful as a feline and walked out the door, rendering Daesung speechless what had just transpired. Soonho offered a quick bow before rushing out after Jiyong, not wanting to lose track of him. Again.
Daesung glanced to his watch and noticed the meeting hadn't lasted half an hour, he found it was more exhausting than his four hour sessions. Maybe it was the new bite from the client or just that he was a bit rusty after being gone for a month, but he knew he couldn't afford to lose his temper with this one. He dropped his head onto his desk with a thud, mulling over all the information before writing some notes in the file to remember.
He closed the file before looking at folder #2 with a groan. He was already drained from the first client, who knows what the next would throw at him...

Chapter 1: Welcome Home
In the world we live in, beliefs are contradictory no matter where one is located. From religious to scientific or optimists and pessimists, there is always an opposing force. Differences of opinion make for skeptics to believe most things do not exist or are neigh impossible, especially in the world of Psychology.
Though bred to understand and analyze the interworking aspects of the human mind, many psychologists still do not believe in the existence of Dissociative Identity Disorder (DID), known more commonly as split personality disorder.
This however is not the opinion of renowned Dr Kang Daesung. His astounding record in the field of psychology and his contributions to the research of DID were of the top tier. Not only was he a well-rounded psychologist, as a therapist as well. It was his passion to help people, especially ones that had been through some horrible things as his mother did. She inspired him to take this path.
He himself has undergone treatment for the same reason and though the actual procedures were not satisfactory, they still got the job done…for the most part. Few in the field knew that deep into his past as he kept it under lock and key, not a word to be shared unless he trusted someone with his life.
Daesung lived a pretty straightforward life; work, eat, exercise, hygiene, sleep, repeat. Day after day. He loved his occupation, he could apply his own research and findings rather than have to credit other people which isn't something he enjoys that much. He enjoys his work so much that he built up too much vacation time so he was forced to take a month long break, he had not used any vacation time even though he'd been in the field nearly 6 years. He'd occasionally take a sick day but never willingly took vacation time. It's not that he never wanted to, but what was the point when he was financially well off and didn't have a soul to spend it with? He would've taken his best friend and roommate, but the other was swamped in paperwork. Despite his reasons for having yet to experience one, he was still forced into taking a month long one.
He wasn't quite sure what to do at first, but with his abundance of wealth he settled for traveling and doing things he never had the time for. He traveled from him home in Seoul to Japan, Great Britain and the United States. Granted he visited these places alone, he still had more fun than he expected.
One thing he sure wasn't used to was the amount of compliments he got or the amount of times he was hit on at bars he would visit, especially in the US. Both male and female patrons left him in awe of how confident and forward they were, yet he rejected the majority of those people. There were a select few men that piqued his interest, but it never got any farther than a sloppy blowjob against the cramped bathroom stalls.
Other than frequenting bars and nightclubs, he took as many pictures as humanly possible. His camera never left its place around his neck except if water was involved and even then he would sit on the sidelines and capture the moments in a pure still frames. By the time he returned from his trip, he acquired nearly 1200 pictures from the different countries and even with random people he'd never see again.
If he were to be honest with himself, work didn't sound like the best thing. His first taste of pure relaxation was a breath of fresh air that he would've liked to ingest longer, but he knew how happy he would be getting back on the job and decided not to dwell on the subject.
'The first step to happiness is money' he thought to himself with a snort as he boarded the plane from New York that would return him to Seoul.
~xxx~
Upon arrival, Daesung got off the plane and through baggage claim without a hitch. Where he hit an obstacle was having a difficult time spotting his best friend there to pick him up. He texted the younger male the moment he got off the plane and the message he got in return said that he was already waiting, yet Daesung couldn't seem to locate him. Or least that was until he heard a familiar voice that never failed to warm his heart as his own name fell from the lips of the one he had been searching for.
"Daesungie hyung! Hyuuuuuung~!" the playful voice echoed from somewhere at his backside. Daesung shifted his body in the direction of the calling, caught off guard at what he saw before him.
"Good god Seungri, what did you do to your hair?" he hadn't moved an inch since laying his eyes on his now platinum haired friend who if he could recall, last sported jet black fringe. The shock was short lived though as he ran into the open arms of his dearly missed roommate, hugging him like they'd been apart for years. At least that's what it felt like.
"Hyung, do you not like my hair? I did it just for you" the man known as Seungri glanced up with a pout, feigning getting offended. The look on the younger's face pulled a hearty laugh from Daesung's mouth, earning him a playful hit on the shoulder once they reluctantly let each other go. People were beginning to stare at the two grown men clutching each other and bickering in a public domain which cause each equal discomfort, causing to Seungri grab Daesung at the wrist and tug both him and his baggage back to his car.
"Well if you want me to be honest…." he trailed off after they'd gotten settled into the car. He knew in what high regards the younger held him at, but they were best friends after all so he thought he might tease his younger pal a bit.
"What, are you serious hyung? I did this for nothing?" that pout returned but the expression on face fell as well, sending a pang of guilt through the elder and quickly letting his teasing come to a halt
"Don't give me that face, I cant even tease you damnit. In all honesty, you look uhm…you look really…you know…" Daesung fumbled his words, not exactly confident the words that popped into his head when looking at they younger. He felt his cheeks enflame, drawing a frustrated huff and rubbing his face furiously with his hands then dragging them up through his light brow hair.
"I look really what?" Seungri kept his gaze concentrated on his passenger, watching him shift in malcontent. It brought a smirk to the platinum haired boy's face that he had his good friend flustered. He knew how he looked, he knew good and well how his appearance would effect the other, but he still pushed to hear the actual answer.
"You know…really really…. attractive" if Daesung thought his blush was dark before, it was nothing compared to the one now gracing his cheeks. Seungri busted up laughing at the expression shot at him, an angry and flustered tomato sat beside him. "Yah, shut up panda!" the other barked before turning his head and looking out the window.
"Hmmm you know hyung…you're pretty attractive yourself…" Seungri tried to speak in as sultry a tone as he could manage without emitting the laugh he was retaining as he slowly walked fingers up the toned arms of his roommate. He wasn't lying in what he said, anyone could see just how gorgeous the other was. 'That we are' he snickered to himself as he watched for a reaction. Sure enough he got a glare the moment his fingers came in contact with the other's warm flesh.
"Don't start something you can't finish Seungri, let's get home" the words rolled smooth and calmly off Daesung's tongue, despite his nerves shooting fire at the prospect of his dear friend hitting on him. Why his body reacted to it in such a way, he had no idea but he decided just to pass it off as he simply missed his friend.
Seungri only snorted in return yet on the inside he couldn't help but wonder if they actually had a shot. Maybe not as a couple, neither of them can seem to keep a relationship to save their lives, but maybe they'd be up to doing other things. The thought brought the same sort of blush to his cheeks that he had seen on the other, shaking his head to wear off such thoughts before pulling from their parking spot and heading home.
~xxx~
The ride home had been playful as they finally started to talk again about what they'd each been up to while separated. As expected, Seungri had just finished treatments with his most recent patient only a few days prior to Daesung's return. On the other side, Daesung mentioned his escapades with clubs in which he got teased and the suggestive nudge. He admitted about being hit on and the occasional quickie in the restroom stalls, earning whistles from the driver.
"I had no idea you were into that kind of thing hyung, I'll keep that one in mind" he younger snickered as he continued to berate the other, despite the fact he was driving. Teasing the other while driving was actually the safest time since you can't distract the driver. He knew he would get it once in the confines of their shared residence, he just wasn't sure how. The atmosphere between them was far thicker than either remembered, then again their conversation wasn't one they ever talked much about as Daesung didn't have much of a life in Korea. Ever.
They got out of the vehicle and made their way back to their good sized apartment. The moment Daesung stepped through the threshold, he inhaled deeply and felt renewed at the familiar scent of fresh pine incense they kept in their house. As much as he enjoyed his vacation, nothing can compare to the comforts of home. He slipped off his shoes and trudged to his designated room, flopping down on his king sized bed with a loud groan. Not long after, Seungri plopped down beside him.
"Yah, Seungri I've missed you. As much a little shit you are, I missed you a lot" Daesung stuck out his tongue and let a smile tug at his lips.
"I missed you too hyung, so much" Seungri stated with a soft smile, his mind elsewhere. That elsewhere being their conversations on the way home. "C-can I ask you something…?" he once again spoke, tone falling to a near whisper as the words rolled off his tongue.
"Of course you can, what is it? Are you okay?" Daesung smile contorted to a frown of concern, leaning toward the others.
"Uhmm…Were you really being truthful? About my hair, I mean." Seungri reluctantly shook his gaze from that of the elder, not entirely ready to hear the response in case it wasn't a good one. The question brought the redness back to the taller male's cheeks, nodding and gulping audibly at the sparkle that seemed to appear in the other's eyes as he confirmed he was indeed telling the truth.
Without any forewarning, a pair of lips found their way to his. His eyes shot open and his body went rigid as his lips were overtaken and a firm hand took him at the nape. As shocked as he was, Daesung couldn't resist the temptation of smooth silky lips pressing against his own and finally let himself relax.
The moment Daesung returned the kiss, it was no longer chaste and sweet. It was rough, desperate and needy. From the occasional clash of teeth to their tongues entangling in an intricate dance, it continued until Seungri was mounted on Daesung's lap and his fingers buried deep in the elder's brown fringe while moaning into the other's mouth.
The first to pull back was Daesung, he retracted his hands from where they had somehow snuck beneath his roommate's shirt, blushing much brighter than he had at any point in the day so far. He was inexperienced with these sort of things and he felt it showed through since he was already breathless yet the platinum haired one still straddling his lap didn't seem to have much of a problem catching his breath at all. Seungri smirked at the elder and leaned down placing a simple peck to the nose of his friend, removing himself from their dangerous position.
"Welcome home hyung, better get some rest. Work starts again tomorrow" Seungri bounced out of the room, turning at the doorway and shooting a wink to the other. Though when he turned the corner he was out of sight, his laughing could be heard until he had retired to his own room for the night.
Daesung laid in the same position he had been since his companion left, trying to wrap his head around what had just transpired. God how badly he wanted to wipe that smug look from Seungri's pretty face-- 'Pretty? What the hell am I thinking, Seungri's my best friend. But then, why couldn't I stop…' Daesung thought to himself, snorting at even thinking of the other as pretty. He knew he had to calm down, it was already 10pm and there was no way he was going to let this little stunt keep him up all night. Within a few minutes and after clearing his conscience, Daesung took to his slumber without a hitch so he could be ready to return to doing what he loved.

Ribbon Of Dreams
All that could ever go through Choi Seunghyun's head was the memory of the boy he once loved, in fact he still loves him. Living alone in an small apartment of Seoul, he spends at least an hour gazing into the night sky. Each night, every night, he looks out the window at 10pm exactly and he goes back inside at midnight on the dot. It was a always a ritual for him. He has never once missed a day and never plans to. Gazing into the sky and seeing the stars makes him feel as if the one he loved was still around, but he knows his love is waiting for him. He just knows. The tiny red ribbon he treasures more than anything else is physical proof of the love he wishes to reclaim.
*~Flashback~*
"Seunghyun, come eat now! It's time for dinner!" the youthful woman called from the other room to get her son's attention. Soon enough within seconds, a young man of 16 years of age appeared in the kitchen with a wide grin. He looked and saw a pot on the stove and went to the cabinet to pull a bowl down for each them and set them at the small table for two in their living room. He even brought a heating pad and the pot with a ladle so they could enjoy their meal in the living room with only the company of the other.
He guided his mother to take a seat and make herself comfy on the couch with a hot bowl of army stew as he proceeded to occupy the seat net to hers. He grew up without his father who lost his life in the line of duty from some sort of freak accident. He was an only child and he had the misfortune of having an attraction only to men. His mother knew his sexual orientation from the time he hit puberty, mainly from the fact the boy never talked about having any female friends, but would talk about how perfect a new guy friend he made was. As they sat on the couch, she turned to her son with a gentle smile.
"Seunghyun, did you know there is finally a new family here?" she asked the male in a gentle tone. His brow furrowed as he listened to her question but shrugged.
"We always get new families here, no one ever sticks around" he scoffed lightly, drawing a chuckle from his mother.
"But this is the first one to have a boy your age Seunghyun~" she finished, masking the smirk that wanted to etch into her face as she watched his eyes widen in interest. He was open to his mother about his attraction to his own gender, but it's still embarrassing to have your mother point out possible lovers. He couldn't help but wonder if the the new boy in the apartments was cute, and if so, homosexual. He stopped eating his food as his mind wandered into a dreamy realm of all the possible looks this boy could have. He resumed eating as his mother cleared her throat, effectively gaining his attention as well as his irritation at her proud knowing smirk. He resumed eating the army stew with flushed cheeks, embarrassed at his mother's reaction. Dinner went by quietly and smooth, other than his mother giving him a mischievous glance once in a while.
"Umma, I'm going to go to bed now" he announced as his mother sat at her desk in the corner of the living room. He glanced up to the cuckoo clock hung on their wall, seeing the time as 9:54 pm. He had to hurry or his nightly routine would be off and would serve to make the boy uncomfortable the next day. His mother bid him goodnight and let her son retire to his bedroom. She knows the routine he has is her fault, seeing as she had it as a child, but it wore off as the years went on. She knows it's soothing to a child, so she told him when he was young about a story of seeing the face of the one you love in the night sky. If you look into the stars for one hour every night, you will find your love doing the same as you.
Since then, Seunghyun retreats to his room and opens the window at exactly 10pm and closes it at 11pm so he could sleep on the fact that another day went by without finding the one he loved. So just like every other night, he brought a chair up to the window and opened it wide, gazing longingly into the starry night sky.
His mind wandered to if he would ever find a man he could truly love, but as he got lost in his thoughts, a voice filled the air that was gentle but had an edge to it. Seunghyun couldn't pinpoint where it came from, but he listened to it for so long that he went nearly a half hour past curfew. When the voice stopped singing, he heard the sound of a window shutting and shut his as well, a sense of loneliness washing over him as he was taken in by slumber.
The Next Day
Seunghyun woke the next morning in a funk from the mysterious angelic voice that flitted through the air the previous night, but today was laundry day and he knew he had to get going on it or else they wouldn't have enough money to do their laundry next week. He got up and gathered both his an his mother's laundry and took them in a wicker basket down to the apartment laundry rooms, but as he got closer, he stopped in his tracks just out side the laundromat.
That voice...the one he heard the night before was carrying through the door, faint yet strong to Seunghyun's ears. He stood outside the door as long as he could, but he just had to see the vessel that held such a gorgeous sound. He slowly opened the door with his foot, thankfully going unnoticed by the lone person in the room dancing around while folding some clothes.Seunghyun took a washer and dryer a row behind the mystery person so he could study them, while easily pretend he was actually doing clothes.
As his eyes scanned the rather exposed skin, he took notice of the lack of curves but forms of muscles in many places. His eyes scoured every inch of the male in front of him, immediately feeling a sense of attraction and infatuation as he fumbled to get the laundry separated correctly. His klutzy nature caused him to knock the basket on to the floor with a clatter and immediately crouched down in hopes the other didn't hear it. What Seunghyun hadn't expected was to stand up with the basket only to have said male standing directly behind the washer facing him.
He noticed the boy's face seemed a bit pink, but all Seunghyun could do was stare at the boy. His eyes scanned every single feature of the shorter male's head, from his bright pink hair down to the smooth skin of his Addams apple. He finally quit checking out the boy and made eye contact and their gazes were so strong, it would send any person away if they walked in on such an intense moment. They both seemed to be lost in other's gaze, neither uttering a word or even making a sound. It was the boy that took the first initiative.
"H-Hi...I-I'm Kwon Jiyong....I'm new here...." his soft tone surprised Seunghyun considering the voice that sung such beautiful songs was strong and confident. He had no idea how to respond but just said whatever came to mind.
"umm..I-I really like your singing!" Seunghyun blurted out and instantly regretted it as the boy's face enflamed and burst into laughter.
"Hahaha....w-wow...thank you very much!" the boy tried to speak as his laughing fit calmed down, leaving Seunghyun confused at the moment.
"O-oh, god s-sorry...I'm Choi Seunghyun. I am not new here" he grinned as his confidence built up as the boy seemed to be the playful type. They couldn't seem to keep their eyes off each other even when the washer quit making noise and it fell totally silent. Finally Seunghyun looked down and knocked himself in the head when he realized he let the washer wide open and hadn't even started his first load "Aish...damn bingu..." he huffed under his breath and hurried to put the articles of clothing in all at once in one big load. Jiyong looked on with raised eyebrows at the odd way of washing clothes as Seunghyun put in the clothes first, yet forgot to start the washer. "Damnit.." he scoffed at his stupidity and turned the water on and poured in the soap.
"Seunghyun~?" a voice chirped out as he closed the washer, almost hitting his head on the lid in response to the voice. He chuckled and looked at the boy with a grin.
"Y-yes Jiyong?" he tilted his head a bit in question of the other.
"Umm..would you mind if I could maybe come over today?" the boy shyly asked as he nervously played with his fingers, awaiting an answer from the other. He got his answer in the form of a bright smile and an repeated aggressive nod of the head from Seunghyun.
That Night
As soon as the boys had gone their separate ways, Seunghyun hurried to put the clothing away and get their tiny place sit enough to have a guest. His mom will be ecstatic since Seunghyun, has never brought a friend over to their tiny place. He was always ashamed that he lived paycheck to paycheck and his mother worked jobs just to support them and keep their few nice things running.
Seunghyun got everything nice and cleaned up and within half an hour, Jiyong showed up at his door. He knew it wasn't his mother since the 'secret knock' wasn't what he heard. He called for the identity of the person on the other side, glad to get confirmation that it was in fact his guest. He opened the door quickly and immediately invited Jiyong in. Jiyong looked around and blinked at the space and grinned warmly.
"Your place looks so cozy" he spoke as he waked over to the sofa and took a seat.
"If cramped is cozy for you, then you got that one right" Seunghyun chuckled lightly and took a seat next to Jiyong. He sat within a cushion length away, too scare to get so close after having just met. Once again, they settled into a silence, but this time it was a comfortable silence that neither seemed to mind. Well, not that anyone would mind being checked out by such handsome men. As soon as one would catch the other looking, both pairs of eyes would turn back to their laps and smiles a bit as grew into a game of fleeting touches and fits of playful laughter.
They were having so much fun that both Seunghyun and Jiyong hadn't heard the door open up until Seunghyun's mother made her presence known.
"Seunghyun, I'm home!" both boys jolted in surprise at the random voice, but Seunghyun laughed heartily and responded to her quickly.
"Umma, come here! There's someone I would like you to meet" he shifted his gaze to Jiyong and beamed to him happily, getting one in return. The woman came into the room and smiled brightly as she saw the boy sitting next to Seunghyun. Jiyong's eyes lit up as he saw her and went up to her with joy while Seunghyun sat by in surprise.
"Ahjumma Choi~! Wow it's been such a long time, I can't remember the last time I saw you!" the boy embraced the woman a very friendly fashion while Seunghyun just sat there with his eyebrows furrowed in utter confusion.
"Jiyong...How do you know my mother?" Seunghyun asked inquisitively and his mother took the chance to answer before Jiyong could utter a word.
"He is the son of a close friend of mine. They just moved in upstairs, literally right above us!" she grinned widely but looked back to Jiyong and then to Seunghyun. "But, how do you two know each other?" she kept glancing between the two in mild surprise. This time, Jiyong was able to give his answer.
"We met today at the laundromat" he replied casually, leaving out any detail about their longing gazes and thorough look over of the other. Seunghyun's mother was clearly overjoyed by this information and let the boys retreat to Seunghyun's room until Jiyong had to go back home. He escorted Jiyong up to his apartment and smiled widely once he got Jiyong's email address. Little did Seunghyun know, just how much this man would mean to him.
Five Years Later
Seunghyun and Jiyong were practically inseparable from one another after that. Wherever one would go, you would almost always see the other. They both graduated together and were secretly lovers to the outside world, though many speculated the relationship between the two to be more than just a friendship. However, the day of Jiyong's 21st birthday was the day that the two had truly been fearing. Jiyong was set to move to Japan after being scouted by an entertainment company that Jiyong had idolized since he was child, but on the day he turned 21.
They spent the whole day together, whispering sweet nothings while laying next to one another in heartache, not wanting to separate, but Seunghyun wanted Jiyong to follow his dreams of becoming a great songwriter, producer and singer. Each passing moment they spent together served only to cause more pain knowing they would not longer be able to spend time like this ever again.
As he hour came for Jiyong to leave, Seunghyun gave him a ride to the airport with a heavy heart. Instead of the comfortable silence they had grown accustomed to, this one was painful and thick. Neither could speak out because if they did, Jiyong would never be able to step away from Seunghyun ever again. Within a few minutes they got to the airport, where Seunghyun insisted on taking Jiyong's bags because it was the right thing to do when in all actuality it was the only and maybe even the last thing of Jiyong's that he might get to hold.
They stood hand in hand in the airport, their strong grip wavering once the call to board the flight was called. Jiyong immediately walked away without a word, but turned around and ran to Seunghyun in tears. Jiyong melded their lips together in one last passionate kiss of goodbye. and as he pulled away, he took a red ribbon from his pocket and tied it around his lover's wrist.
"Whenever you feel down or sad, look at this so I'll be with you. Especially looking to the stars. I promise I will never miss a single round of staring into the night sky to connect with you..." his words trailed off like the ears trickling down both males' cheeks."I-I love you Seunghyun, Always and forever..." he rolled up his sleeve to reveal a red ribbon exactly like the one he gave Seunghyun.
With one final kiss, they bid farewell and Seunghyun just stood there and watched Jiyong until he was out of sight. Once Jiyong was out of sight and he saw that plane leave, he finally broke down. He tried to stay calm and composed for Jiyong, but all he wanted to do was tell Jiyong he wasn't allowed to leave and they were supposed to be together forever...
*~End Flashback~*
As those memories made their way back like broken floodgates, so did all the pain and sorrow as well. He has never let that red ribbon from his sights, but as he stared at it, he figured out why he reacted so strongly only now to the tiny strip of cloth in his hand. August 18th, otherwise known as Jiyong's birthday and the day he left ten years ago. He stared into the stars and cried out his lover's name in desperate need of care and compassion. But not a single response, not even an owl hooting or the chirp of a cricket. Pure silence, except for the sound of his sobbing.
What he hadn't expected was to have a pair of arms wrap around him as he sighed his sorrows. "N-not now Umma...Please..." he choked out between sobs, but something was off. These arms around him were much to tiny to belong to his mother and there was a familiar red ribbon tied around the wrist of one of the pale arms. Seunghyun was in shock, thinking that maybe he had finally lost his sanity until he shifted his head to turn around and see the face of the man he loved. This proved he wasn't dreaming.
He stood abruptly as a sob of disbelief and pure joy overwhelmed him as he embraced his lover in the greatest hug he could ever have and sealed the reunion with a deep passionate kiss. The proof of love by the Ribbon of Dreams.

Chapter 4: D-Lite
Six years later...
When it comes to clubbing, many people see it as a getaway from their dull everyday lives. A place they'd rather be without any stress to weigh them down. Some want to delve into the darkness, rid oneself of sexual frustration, grab a drink, or just a night out with the friends. For Detective Choi Seunghyun, tonight was all about the club experience.
Assigned a case that has been ongoing for more than two months now, he was physically and mentally drained. All he needed was a single night to lose himself to insanity which led him to the one and only Infinite Descent, the most prominent and exclusive clubs in all of Korea. He remembers hearing that it had started off a small recluse business only a few years ago, but they had some famous clients visit then claim the service was stellar which quickly boosted the establishment's credibility and status.
He had been meaning to visit for a while now, it was one of the only clubs that harbored no judgment to ones sexual orientation, in fact the more diverse the better. Seunghyun himself could careless who he was attracted to, if it happened to be a woman or a man he simply didn't care. As long as he alcohol in his system and someone to take home that night.
One of his most prominent reasons for finally visiting this place was their reputation for having top-notch entertainers work their stages and if you've heard the club's name, you've probably heard the name D-Lite as well. Yes, the illustrious D-Lite is a male. From men to women, everyone under the blue sky was fascinated with this man. In fact, the majority of their patrons preferred him over the female dancers, as sexy as they may be. Seunghyun had heard many favorable tales, but the grandest being the fact that he wears a mask for the duration of his performances. He never removes it despite the rest of his body on display for the patrons. Seunghyun had always been a skeptic towards these things or generally didn't care but this intrigued him. He wanted, no, he needed to see for himself.
That's how he found himself sitting in Infinite Descent at a table towards the back of the venue with a couple of his closest friends. The maknae of their clique by the name of Lee Seungri took the seat to his right, chatting up some ladies that were seated at a table adjacent to theirs. Said young man wore a plain white tank top and a pair of navy blue skin tight pants and the brim of his navy hat turned backwards, hiding the majority of his platinum fringe. To the left sat Dong Youngbae, dressed in a grey baggy sleeveless shirt and black jeans with a chain hanging from the pockets and his brown hair casually parted down the center, still damp from the impromptu invitation. Youngbae was the reserved one, he never spoke much to anyone outside of their little group and certainly not to those around ogling him. Then there was Seunghyun clad and classy in a black and white houndstooth blazer, a button-up white undershirt and a nice pair of smooth black slacks. His raven hair short on the sides but longer on the top of his head, his style of night being teased up and swept to the side. The so called 'college boy' style.
The establishment was packed. People sitting on tables, their friends' lap, leaning against the wall and even taking up spots on the floor. The reason being the renowned D-Lite was to debut a fresh set that particular night. The piece that surprised Seunghyun the most was the amount of male patrons, there were significantly more men than there were women, so he turned and grabbed the attention on Seungri.
"Yah maknae, what's with the gender statistic here? There's usually a ton more women than there are men at these things" he asked the white haired male. His brows furrowed when the initial response was his maknae's trademark high pitched laugh, setting Youngbae into a fit of soft chuckles as well. Their laughter was short lived though as the piercing stare of their eldest bore through them both, coughing off their laughter.
"Oh, you were actually serious... He likes to tease the women but he clearly has preference for guys, everyone knows that" the youngest's statement was met with a roll of the eyes. "Aish hyung, just sit back and enjoy the show" as the words left those lips, the lights dimmed and an uproar of hoots and hollers filled the room. The lights dimmed out to black all over the joint, leaving the entire place in pitch darkness until a slow sensual song came on along with low soft red lights on the stage. (A/N: The song is Just One Night by Lee Minwoo of Shinhwa. I thank a friend for the inspiration~).
From between the curtains came a gorgeous woman in highly revealing black lingerie, confusing the audience at her appearance until a clearly male hand emerged from the curtains. The woman took the larger hand and tugged it towards her, pulling with her a man dawned in all black, from the hat on his head to the heeled boots on his feet. The angle of his hat covered his face from the audience along with the majority of his torso concealed by the cloak.
Without a moment's hesitation, the male wrapped an arm firmly around his counterpart's waist and sensually swayed and lead the other, the woman's arms wringing around his neck. No sooner had they gotten there, her petite hands slipped from their resting position and trailed down his torso. Her movement came to a sudden halt as did the music, the establishment going eerily silent until the lights flashed and she suddenly tore the cloak off him, knocking away the hat along with it, revealing his blue grey hair and a sleeveless vest. D-Lite himself in all his perfectly sinful glory.
The article fell to the floor as if it were merely paper and the woman disappeared from the stage without a trace, leaving the now masked man alone on the stage. His feet carried him in slow calculated movements to the pole at the center front of the stage. The music resumed as his leg gracefully wrapped around the pole, an arm reaching up to grasp the vertical bar at a higher spot then he let his body glide around it a few times. He worked his way higher with ease, hooking his left knee around the smooth metal and grasping parallel to it with his left hand before sliding down in eloquent swings. Halfway through the descent he paused with his back to the audience who were almost all on the edge of their chairs in sheer anticipation. He bent his head back and peered through his mask to gauge the heated crowd. One glance and he knew he had them enraptured.
Every soul in the audience was silent aside from inevitable breathing, but each patron was intently watching his every move. Especially Seunghyun and his two friends. All three of them, even Youngbae who isn't much a fan of these venues was enthralled with the show. The biggest effect though was on Seunghyun. It was as if he could only see D-Lite, friends and peers of this demonstration long forgotten as he gazed upon the pure beauty that gracefully traversed the stage.
Without a warning, D-Lite bent back further causing his vest to ride up and expose his carved abs then resumed his descent with only a single knee grasping the pole. He pressed both his hands to the floor and released his last hold on the vertical bar, returning himself back onto his feet as the lyrics came on. A soft voice with the smooth sensual tune gave this song a feeling of intimacy so he decided he'd amp up his game with something he'd been wanting to try for a long time now. Personal interaction. He's gone to the edge of the stage and stepped off to interact with the patrons in the very front, but he's never singled them out and touched them himself.
Satisfied with the lusty gazes cast his way, his hands came to the buttons on the front of the vest, plucking them out in a tantalizing fashion all the while hearing gasps from his onlookers for each one until it opened entirely revealing his perfectly carved torso. He swiftly peered throughout the room and stepped off the stage, catching the audience off guard as he strut proudly. His boots make a 'tak' with each step, dragging his fingers over some random patrons' skin and swaying his hips seductively or grinding against those standing. At least he had, until he saw him.
His breath caught in his throat momentarily as he caught the gaze of a man dressed in a suit which D-Lite found odd for being at a club. He could feel the intensity those sharp eyes held as they analyzed his every move. With more difficulty than he would admit, he reluctantly shifted his sights elsewhere, singling out men and women alike for a few more one on one moments. Granted none of them lasted long, it still had people envious of those next to them but the performer had his sights locked. He knew where he was going and exactly what he planned to do, striding his way flawlessly around club goers, leaning over tables and opening his arms for some to even touch him. He just wanted to work that man up.
At one point he turned and bent back over the lap of a more than willing female patron, just to see that suited handsome man tugging at the collar of his shirt. He didn't know why, but seeing the man flustered by his actions boosted his ego marginally so when he got up off the woman, he planted a subtle kiss to her jaw, earning screams and squeals from many of the onlookers, male and female alike. He movements were smooth and calculated, sly as those of a fox. Swift on his feet, he found himself at the desired table. He didn't want to outright go for his prey, no. He wanted to make him sweat. Instead his course of action was setting his sights on the white haired boy seated next to him.
Slipping around the back of table, he traced a single digit over the Seungri's shoulder blades, eliciting a visible shiver from the young male. He grabbed ahold of the guy's wrist and traced it down down his exposed abs. He heard a quiet moan from the other just at his touch, smirking in satisfaction then leaned down and pressed a smoldering kiss to the boy's nape, humming against the skin before biting softly and puling back with a chuckle, more than content with the moans he was adorned with. He noticed his main target practically glare daggers at his previous victim, but Seunghyun was so intent on staring as his maknae squirmed with a beet red face that he failed to notice the man of the evening standing right in front of him.
With the man distracted, D-Lite pressed two gentle fingers against Seunghyun's clothed chest and slowly raked them upwards, gliding over the smooth flesh of his subject. The older went rigid, unaware and not quite hoping to know who's hands resided upon his chest. But D-Lite was in control and wanted the man's undivided attention, grasping said man by the chin and guiding his head until their eyes met. For a few split moments neither could breathe as the well timed music came to halt the second their gazes stuck.
D-Lite stood entirely still and analyzed every inch of that all too perfect face, smirking as the music resumed once again for the final chorus, swaying his body in a slow sensual motion. He stood up straight for a second before straddling Seunghyun, his hips swiveling and gently grazing over the crotch of his newfound fascination. The movements earned him thick baritone groans he hadn't expected, in fact it was much better than he could've imagined. While teasing his victim, he mulled over in his head what other sounds he could pry from those smooth, silky lips but quickly shook it off.
He still had his job to finish and carefully arose from the man's lap, but not without his thigh pressing up against an all too noticeable erection, smirking and turning his back after a slew of curse words fell from the thin lips he craved to taste. He strode back up up onto the stage where the woman from before stepped back out. He offered his hand which was taken without hesitation, then pulled her in and pressed his front side against her back, hands wrapping around her hips and finally tugging her hair in a show of dominance and pressing a searing kiss to her lips as the music stopped for good and the lights of the stage went out.
Within a few seconds the normal lights of the venue came back up to an empty stage and the place rung with cheers. The entire place was alit with chatter about what just happened. Most of the opinions were of pure praise at his talent and his powerful charisma that swayed the entire audience, and other conversations were about how lucky those who made contact with him were, but the biggest talk was the suited man and the man in the mask. Everyone was in awe of the display, but still not as much as Seunghyun and the other two.
"How the hell did you two get some of the action and I didn't?!" Youngbae barked out, clearly just as hot and bothered as the rest, not something he was accounting for this evening. He was envious of them both having been blessed with the masked man's touch. His words fell upon deaf ears as Seungri was still in shock, rubbing over the spot on his nape where hot lips latched onto his skin as if they had marred a permanent mark there. Not that he would've minded of course, but all he could think about now was how those plump lips felt and the contours of D-Lite's toned abs.
Seunghyun on the other hand was more than mind blown. Though clubs aren't his scene, he'd be more than willing to revisit this one. He had never been in this place, never met anyone other than the friends he invited along with him and yet his first time he practically gets a lap dance from the person he came here to witness. Not in his wildest dreams had he expected D-Lite to be so perfect, so sexy and so bold. And he liked it, in fact he liked it far too much.
He needed to meet the masked man, he craved more so badly his fingertips burned along with the rest of his body. He was going to make it his mission to find D-Lite before the night's end.

Chapter 3: Prologue 3
*~JIYONG 3RD POV~*
Jiyong was moping around his room five days into the break. He had his laptop, his Xbox, his party privileges, everything that he got through the day with got taken away. It was winter break for God's sake! What kind of parents take their adult son's belongings during winter fucking vacation?! That made no sense to Jiyong. He was given the choice of receiving each item back one at a time, after he got the lashes from his father's switch. Fifteen for getting each item back and add five more onto the previous amount for each item. He wanted to get his phone the most and decided that he would sit through the punishment.
He walked down the stairs to the table with a bandanna in his fist for the upcoming beating. It would give him a way to drown out his painful screams. His mother and father were eating peacefully in silence across from one another, receiving a scoff from his disapproving father.
"Father, I'll take fifteen for my phone" Jiyong looked at his father with a blank face, scared to show emotion around the tall burly man. The man set his cup of coffee down and got up from his seat, father and son both making their way to the backyard.
TRIGGER START
Jiyong walked out and sat on the steps if the patio while waiting for his father pull a branch of their sycamore tree. He knew what was coming and removed his shirt to reveal the scars on his back from years of switches. It goes back to as long as the boy could remember. Every time he made a mistake, his father would drag him out to the backyard and pull down another branch or possibly even use the same one as before. At first, he cried for his mother, but she always turned away. He hated it. Once he reached middle school, he was the top of his class and his father actually talked to him and even bought him nice things that weren't for his birthday. But all of that changed when he got into high school and Kang Daesung always beat him at the top. He reminisced over the years that he should have tried harder and what mistakes he missed to do it this time, tears leaking silently. He quickly wiped his tears away as he saw his father on his way back with a devilish grin on his face.
"So you want the phone back? You couldn't have tried harder in school so I could stop beating your ass for failing again?" his father spat malicious words, piercing through the barrier Jiyong thought he had built up in his pained heart.
"Just do it already. I have to plan for next semester and can only remember them if I have my phone." he bit his lip and faced away from his father, waiting for the hit, yet completely forgetting about the bandanna he brought with him. It came hard and fast, causing Jiyong to yelp in pain and his father to yank on his hair.
"Shut the fuck up you little prick. It's a damn good thing you brought this." the tall man took the bandanna and tied it to gag Jiyong so it would muffle any of the boy's ear-splitting screams and started to beat Jiyong. After fourteen more hits, his back was dripping with blood from the progressively more painful strikes. His father laid the switch against the house and went back in with a scoff. "Your phone will be one the counter. I don't wan to see your disgraceful self for the rest of the day." he disappeared behind the door, leaving Jiyong broken and crying on the patio.
TRIGGER END
Jiyong went back in after he ceased his crying and sure enough, his phone was lying right where his father said it would be. He grabbed it and ran up the stairs to his room and immediately called his best friend, Dong Youngbae. It picked up on the first ring.
"Ji?! What the fuck happened to you? I have been trying to contact you since you got out of school!" his friend sounded rather irritated, but he would understand.
"I got second...again..." he added on with a sigh, hearing a long 'oooooh' through the other side of the phone. "So I just got my phone back and I'm sorry I had you worried Bae." he only felt comfortable with this one person. "I have a request for you" he started, watching his breathes carefully since his back was stinging painfully from the beating.
"Sure what do you need? Is something wrong?" his friend's voice laced in concern,
"I don't you to get involved in this so please, get me contact to...TEMPO" he finished and heard a gasp from the other end. He knew what he was getting himself into, yet he knew price he would have to pay. It isn't like he's never been with a guy before and there is no way his father or mother would lend him any sum of money.
"A-are you sure? You don't have to go to him... I can help you with anything" his friend sounded scared and could tell he was hesitant to give the information.
"Youngbae...please..." he almost never called him by his full name, showing he was really desperate. The pain in Jiyong's voice made him cave and give him the information. "Thank you Bae...I'm so happy to have someone who truly cares..." he began to sob quietly and hung up before the conversation could progress any further. He glanced at the information he wrote down from his friend about the source he was trying to get a hold of and immediately made the call. Within the first four rings, a deep baritone voice answered the phone.
"If you're here on business, what the hell do you want?" the voice sound annoyed, but Jiyong tried to make himself sound like he would around his peers.
"This is GD. TEMPO, I need your... burning expertise" he smirked as he heard a chuckle on the other side of the line.
"Then how can I be of assistance?" the voice started and Jiyong explained his plans and gave a time to TOP and set a meeting for after the deed was done. TEMPO hung up first with all his information in check, leaving Jiyong to cackle in triumph
"Let's see if you can find your muse when the trip is over bitch" he chuckled and winced as his bare backside made contact with the fabric of his bedspread and dosed off to sleep.
*~TEMPO 3RD POV~*
TEMPO, clad in black from head-to-toe, walked down the street in search the specific location. It was still early in the morning and the sun was just barely peaking out of the horizon. He sized up each building as he passed it, stopping in front of the directed address. To be sure that he completed the job as desired, he had to double check if the car with 'MYANGEL' as the license plate was still in front of the house. To his luck, it was parked right up in the drive way. He glanced at his watch to see 6:35 am. 'Time to set this in motion.' was the last thing in to cross his mind before he took to his mission.
He went back to his car and got out the tank of gasoline he brought with him, going up to the designated house and stealthily drizzling the flammable liquid all around the their house and climbing on their fence and then to the roof to cover the the place. He made sure to soak the doorways and windows so there's no chance of escape no matter what way the residents go. He even left a trail to their nice car and drenched it in the thick liquid.
As soon as he felt that he had covered the place well enough, he took out his long-nozzle lighter and lit the gasoline, sending a wave of flames to spread throughout the length of the house as the gasoline accepted the heat. He carefully hid away as the fire consumed the house, hurrying back to his car. He got in and left in a careful yet swift action. He didn't drive by the house again, he turned around and made his way back home.
*~DAESUNG 3RD POV~*
Daesung made a long-distance call to his parents just before he had to depart from Japan. He told them that the plane should be home and their group through baggage claim by 7:30 am. They told him they would leave the house before 7:00 am so they wouldn't be too late picking him up. But that was last night and Daesung checked his phone for the umpteenth time now. Not a single call, no texts, nothing. The time on his phone said that the time was 7:58 am. He's been casually seated in the airport for nearly half an hour, waiting for his parents. He kept trying to get ahold of them, but to no avail. No one would pick up. He sent them both an email to let them know that he was in because his mother always checks her email before she goes out. He father would get it as a notification on his phone, but time passed without a word. At 8:24 am, Daesung's phone finally went off and he answered it immediately, not checking the caller ID. The voice he heard on the other end caught him off guard.
"By any chance are you Kang Daesung?" the voice of the man on the other line had a far higher pitched one than his father. It sounded as if it were younger person, his voice was a bit fluid and smooth. Daesung's throat clenched up,
"W-who is this?" the young man spoke in a cautious tone to the mysterious man.
"I am Officer Jay Park and I need to know your current location. We need to speak with you" the man had a tinge of sadness in his voice, but that only served to make Daesung panic.
"I-I don't need to t-tell you anything,.." the words escaped Daesung's lips before he had a chance to think them through, but the man on the other spoke up again.
"There has been an accident with your family. You're the only one of blood relation that lives in the area." the officer had to be careful of the young boy's feelings. "I need to have your location. I can come and take you to the station."
"O-okay...I'm in the Seoul Airport. I just got from Japan... his words trailed off as the worst case scenario popped into his head. He shivered visibly at the wretched thought. 'No...they can't be....d-dead...can they?' there was nothing more that he could say to the officer and immediately ended the call and rushed outside to try and find the car coming to get him. Sure enough in the next five minutes, a police car came to a halt in front of the entrance. Daesung walked towards the car as a man started to emerge from the vehicle. He just wanted to get this over with and go home. 'There's no place like home' he thought to himself.
"E-excuse me? A-are you Officer Park?" the blond boy asked hesitantly as he looked at the man. The officer turned and looked at the young man wit the soft voice.
"Yes, are you Daesung, Kang Daesung?" the man gave him a look for confirmation and Daesung pulled out his wallet and showed the man his ID."Good, let me take your bags." the man kindly took the baggage and put it in the back of his cop car. Daesung then was invited to ride shotgun, just glad he didn't have to be in the back of it as if he did something wrong. The ride to the station was spent in solitude. The only sound was the hum of the engine, their breathing, or the occasional walkie-talkie going off. They got to the station within a half hour, noticing that its the one only a bit a ways from his house. After they got out, he man brought Daesung in to the station and brought him into a room along with another male, looking to be a bit younger than Officer Park.
"Kang Daesung...this morning, your house came up in flames..." the other man proceeded his words carefully "And your parents did not make it. I'm sorry..." as soon as the man came and said those words, he took his leave that said those words took his leave. Parents...didn't....make...it.... wouldn't stop repeating in his head as if they were trying to mock him. His parents, the only people in his life that kept him going every single day with support and love...they're gone. He sat there with his head in his hands, trying to wrap his mind around the loss he has just gone through.
"Th-they can't be gone! I talked to them last night! H-how....?" the boy sobbed loudly, not able to handle such news.
"It appears as if it was an arsonist's work. The place reeked of gasoline. Every entrance to the house was up in flames. We were able to contain it, but it got to your neighbor's house too. They are the ones that noticed and called the fire department. Their call came in a little after 7 am. No one in the neighboring house was injured luckily, but I'm sorry for your loss." the man knew he didn't have much time left to speak tot he blond boy. "Is there anyone with animosity towards your family?" the boy was too far gone in emotional pain to think and he shook his head.
"They were s-such ...wonderful people...I just... d-dont understand..." he couldn't answer anymore of the questions and he quieted down, the officer telling him that there was a will that his parents had set up a few years prior. He had no idea the account they created for their son that contained four times their annual salary, as his father was a wealthy business man and the entire will left all their money to him. He would now have to get a place of his own, but if he wanted to keep it for a long time, he would have to find a job now.
*~SEMESTER TWO IN SCHOOL~*
Everything that brightened Daesung's life was thrown out the window. He constantly would call the police and see if they had made any headway into the case, but a more urgent case came up and it pushed his back. He finally couldn't take it after three months as they closed the case. It remained as a simple arson, causing two loving parents to loose their life.
Daesung was able to get a job close to the small apartment he moved into not long after the inheritence. It was in a very high-class section of Seoul, but he made sure he had a lower priced, yet classy apartment. His rent wasn't too much either, now that he had the money for it. He worked in a small nightclub at night as a bus boy. The manager took to him well immediately and gave him a job just for his looks and the sad story of the previous months.
He was just a bus boy that cleaned up after people when they left their stray alcohol glasses and bottles tossed about the club. He needed a way to stay in school during the day, but work at night. The night shift was taxing so he would go to school half asleep or just too tired to take thorough notes like he used to. He lost his touch in school soon after, loosing his scholarship as his grades began to slip. He didn't have anyone to make proud anymore.
This all was going according to the plans of Kwon Jiyong. He couldn't help but cackle in triumph as the number one student in school fell from the spot, leaving Jiyong to step up and fill the part. His father was proud of his once again and started to treat him like an actual human being at that point. He couldn't be happier as he ruled the school and watched Daesung drop out of college four months into the semester. Everyone in the school was shocked to say the least, but the smiling angel seemed to never show his trademark smile . His features grew less happy each passing day. He didn't bleach his hair again, leaving it at his natural brown color.
It was from there on that his life held no meaning. He was but an empty shell of his former self.
This a ToDae AU story but that doesn’t surface until chapter 4 as the first three make up the prologue.
Chapter 2: Prologue 2
Daesung couldn't help but feel elated. His hard work in high school carried over into college, so he knew he would make his parents proud. He was so excited, he decided to just go straight home. No thanking his teachers, no thanking the principle or searching for his friends. Just searching for his family. He started to walk off the school grounds, only being stopped a few times if a friend happened to cross his path and wish him farewell or to congratulate him on the achievement. His house isn't too far from the school, so he didn't bother driving and used his own two feet to guide him to his destination.
He walked along the the gray sidewalks, taking a gander at the surroundings he had come to know and love. He stood on the front porch with a bright grin. He pulled out his keys and unlocked the door, opening it wide.
"I'm home!" He called out happily, knowing his mother was for sure home with the scent of seaweed soup wafting from the kitchen. He heard some clanking, which was probably the utensils she was using to fix the dish, before the sound stopped and a small, stout woman appeared from behind the door to the kitchen.
"Daesungie! How did your last day of school go?" the small lady, a head shorter than the boy wrapped her arms around his well built frame.
"It was amazing Umma! I got top of the class once again!" He announced clearly and proud. The lady's face wrinkled at the sides as huge smile graced her face.
"That's wonderful! I got an email about it this morning just after you left for school, so come with your old Umma and I'll tell you after dinner is ready" she grabbed her son's hand and guided him into the kitchen where she had her nearly finished soup on the stove. Daesung leaned against the counter as he watched her take the soup off the flame.
He helped her get three bowls down and their personally customized chopsticks for when his father would return from work. Once the table was set, he heard the soft voice of his mother coming from the office, beckoning him to follow. He walked back to the room where she sat on front off the computer screen with a grin on her face.
"Pack your bags sin, your going on vacation to Japan" Daesung's jaw dropped at those words, not believing what he was just told.
"Wh-what do you mean?" He was utterly confused and couldn't figure out if what she said wad the truth or not.
"Daesung, the top student of each class gets to go on the trip and yours is paid by the school" she explained in a matter-of-fact manner. His whole face brightened, if that's even possible, when she showed him the email. The email definitely made it clear they would have food vouchers, but the only thing they would need money for is souvenirs or random snacks. He hugged her tightly and soon heard the front door open then shut and lock up, indicating that his father had finally got home.
"Where is my beautiful family at today?"The loud yet jolly voice echoed through the house and the two got up and headed for the front of the house. They saw the tall man standing in the living room, removing his navy blue blazer and loosening his matching tie.
"Hello dear~" Daesung's mother chimed happily, gaining the an's attention. He turned and looked over at the smiling mother-son duo and greeted them with a bright grin of his own.
"Ah jagiya!!" the man walked up to his wife and planted a firm kiss to her thin lips and pulled back to look at his son. "Daesung, how did this semester turn out?" he kept his warm and caring gaze glued to his son, well aware of the blinding grin his wife was currently sporting.
"Once again, I got the highest honor Appa. It's all thanks to you both" he beamed as his father pulled him into a tight hug.
"My my, then you really truly are a star!" were the words that came from his father. They ended their embrace when an audible growl filled the room, every pair of eyes widening. Daesung couldn't help but blush.
"Hahaha...I think I'm ready for some of that seaweed soup Umma. I'm starving!" the whole family expelled a laugh and made their way to the dining room, except for Mrs. Kang who went to go grab their dinner off the stove. She brought the food to them, knowing full well to get everyone their own portions or else the boys would fight. They all gave their thanks for the food and dug in, the only words mumbled were either mmm or delicious in between mouthfuls.
After they had finished their family meal, they sat together i the living room and talked together about the trip that Daesung would be going on. He sat in the chair while his parents sat side-by-side on the sofa so they could keep eye contact with their son. His father is who spoke up first.
"Daesung, you have to pack your bags tonight and we'll have you at the airport by 7:30 in the morning tomorrow" his words caused Daesung's jaw to drop and cut his son off before his question surfaced "Yes, the trip starts tomorrow and you'll be there a whole week" he must have read Daesung's mind because that jaw closed right up.
"Then I ought to go start packing...I don't know hat to wear though... but I have to look my best..." the angel boy mumbled as he got up and went to his room, leaving his parents to their alone time. The two adults talked about the celebration they planned to have in the upcoming week once their son got home. Hours passed by and Daesung finally was packed but it was already 10:30 at night so he walked down the hallway to his parents room, seeing them sitting together on the bed.
"Umma, Appa. I just wanted to say thank you for everything you have done for me. I would never have achieved these accomplishments if it hadn't been for you two. You have constantly pushed me to achieve my dreams and have supported me even when I came out as a bisexual. Thank you both!" a tear escaped his eyes and he wished them a good sleep, going back to his room and going to sleep as soon as his head hit the pillow.
*~THE NEXT MORNING~*
Daesung slept like a log and was awakened with a shake of his shoulder and a constant poking to his soft cheeks. He peeled his eyes open after a few minutes of the insistent touch, he peeled his eyelids up to reveal his mother with a wide grin. He glanced over at the clock, looking at the time of 6:15 am. He groaned and rolled over, ignoring the attempts from his other to wake him.
"So I guess you don't want to go to Japan then? Even after ll your hard work through high school and now into college. What a shame..." her speech perked Daesung into an upright position, considering he completely forgot it was already the day.
"Omo! Umma, why didn't you wake me up earlier? I need get dressed!" he hopped out of bed and rushed to the bathroom, leaving his mother to chuckle at his reaction.
"I have been trying to wake you up for more than fifteen minutes, silly boy." she walked out of Daesung's room and made her way down o the kitchen to begin cooking for their family so Daesung could have at least one last homemade meal before he left on his trip. Her husband came down by 6:30 am ready to walk out the door. Daesung soon joined then wearing a pair of jeans and a plain white T-shirt, showing off the muscle of his arms. The outfit earned a snicker from his mother.
"Wow, is my son looking to impress the ladies and gentlemen?" she looked over to her husband who only served to add to the blush of embarrassment that crossed his face.
"He takes after is father, wowing the world with his sex appeal" both of his parents busted up laughing while he could only gape in response and mutter incoherent words under his breath,
"Y-you guys are s-so...uggghhh~" at a loss for words, he took a seat in defeat of the teasing he was receiving, but he couldn't help but know he was going to miss this atmosphere. They soon finished their meal, even through the teasing that never ceased to embarrass Daesung further. Daesung got up to help his mother clean the dishes and by 7:00 am, the trio were out the door on their way to the airport.
The car ride there was rather boring as none of them wanted ruin the remaining peaceful moments until he had to leave. They arrived within the next thirty minutes, knowing it might take a bit to go through security, not to mention finding a decent parking spot. They lucked out though, someone parked in front of the building was leaving and they were able to avoid a taxing walk just to get in. The place was packed with people, as everyone had plans for winter vacation. The security check had them through by 7:45 am, plenty enough time to meet up in the baggage claim area with the rest of the students and chaperons. They all were given their tickets by Mr. Jjang, a student favorite of the teachers.
"Okay, you have five minutes before we get ready to board the flight, it leaves at 8 am and anyone who isn't here right now, isn't going to partake in this trip." his stern voice gaining the undivided attention of all students and their families. Daesung turned to his parents and gave them a lingering hug, none of them wanting to let go.
"I love you Umma and Appa. You have no idea how much I'll miss you both." he looked at them with tears threatening to drip from his tear ducts, only to be wiped away by he petite fingers of his mother. She looked at him with the same look, tears and all.
"I assure you, we definitely understand. Especially with you never being away from home for more than day. I just can't believe it...my darling little boy is becoming a man!" she sobbed and rested her head on her son's broad shoulders. The strong arms of her husband wrapped around her waist and he comforted her until she was able to let go of Daesung, stepping forward to embrace his son.
"I'm so proud of you, my so., My pride swells whenever I hear about the 'angel boy' knowing that they're talking about you. I could never have wished for a better child. We love you very much Daesung." his father grinned and broke the embrace, hearing Mr. Jjang call for all the students. Daesung looked at his parent and smiled brightly, waving to them until they were out of sight. Daesung sighed to himself, but knew that this was a new experience to look forward to.
'I know you guys would want me to have as much fun as I can on this trip and not worry every waking moment, so I'll try to enjoy myself. I love you guys so much." was what he thought when the group gave their tickets and boarded the plane.
This a ToDae AU story but that doesn’t surface until chapter 4 as the first three make up the prologue.
Chapter 1: Prologue 1
At age 19, Kang Daesung lived at home with his mother and father in a small house in the suburbs. He had a powerful voice and a beautiful smile that everyone loved to witness. To make himself look even more the part of an angel, he kept his hair dyed platinum blond.
He used his angelic voice from a young age to sing the gospel in their small town church. There were others that got up to lead a song or two, but when he stepped in front of the microphone, every pair of arms lifted high in praise as he belted out note after beautiful note.
He went through school as one of the most popular students and he had just begun his first semester of college for performing arts. He wanted to inspire people with his voice and bring joy to all that heard his music. He only wished to make everyone happy.
On the other hand, there is always going to be someone against what you do, especially if you are extremely successful. For Daesung, this just happened to be Kwon Jiyong, second in their class beat out by Daesung. Jiyong was older by a year or so, having started school late. His family owned the sensational Kwon Estates, making them one of the richest families in Korea.
Jiyong hated being knocked off his number one pedestal by the happy-go-lucky angel boy. He went so far as to enroll in the same college and courses as Daesung, just so he could prove that no one is better than Kwon Jiyong.
As that semester drew to a closing, the final results came out for their class, every member of the class shoving their way to the board to see their standings. The rowdy crowd gathered around the board immediately went dead silent and split down the middle as the infamous Kwon Jiyong, or better known to them as G-Dragon, came storming down the hallway. He huffed at some guys to get out of his way as he sauntered over to it with his petite, feminine body swaying seductively.
'That's right, gaze upon me in jealously and lust you disgusting pigs. Soon you will be calling me as number one' he couldn't help but smirk all the way upto the board, stopping in front of it. He immediately looked at the top of the list, only fixated on the top two. "Wh-what?? How the fuck is this even possible!? I have a perfect GPA and that little bastard still ranked higher?!" Jiyong could not believe his eyes.
Just as he was storming away, Daesung came from around the corner and ran into Jiyong on accident. Jiyong was going at a much faster pace, knocking the blond boy over yet Jiyong scoffed and glared at Daesung, temper flaring.
"Damn you!" Jiyong growled, leaning over the younger male. "Once again you manage to take my damn rank! I even have a perfect GPA, so how the hell does a low life like you do better than someone as sophisticated as myself?!" He practically was screaming at the form on the floor. Daesung remained quiet, knowing from past experiences that silence is best to avoid a terrible confrontation. Never talk back to Kwon Jiyong, or you will understand one of the reasons he goes by G-Dragon.
Jiyong stood up straight and smoothed out his shirt, breathing in deeply but his scowl never ceased. His glare caught the eyes of the other, malice clear in his eyes.
"You should never have upstaged me, mutt. I have to suffer the consequences now because you one-up'd me again. You should never have crossed me... dragons breathe flames, now you're going to get burned" he finished the speech by turning and walking away, going on about detestable life forms.
The blond boy left in shock pulled himself up off the ground, watching Jiyong walk away. He just shrugged and made his way to the board. His trademark smile graced his face as he laid eyes on the number one rank read:
Kang Daesung
Nothing could possibly bring him down now. Except the plotting of a certain jealous dragon who just got in the back of the limo. A crooked smirk etched its way across his face.
"Playing with the dragon is playing with fire. Time for you to get burned, Kang Daesung......"
Primary reason for this blog is so I have somewhere other than AFF and OneNote which doesnt save shit to backup my fics, and for those who just rather read fanfic on Tumblr. A lot of what’ll be posted is from two years ago and only slightly edited so I apologize for shitty writing on those ones.
I queue once a day at noon because I haven’t posted a lot so one chapter or part of a fanfic will be out everyday for the next two or so weeks, each chapter coming in queue will be in order of each fanfic. Not Ch 1 of x then Ch1 of y, it’ll go in order to it’s most recent update. First post in about 11 hours but it is one of the worst things I have ever written, my writing improves for sure by Ch 4 of this first one.
