[[ hi everybody, it’s me, ranch, once again apologising for the irregular update schedule. to my immense frustration, I continue to battle a kind of nebulous malaise, which, besides causing an increase in the amount of time I spend gazing out of bus windows with extra-melancholy facial expressions, is also doin a real got dang number on the ol creative brain-parts I tell ya hwat bobby. I’ll continue to post Wholesome Okuyasu Content as often as I’m able, of course (since I love to draw my boy!), but for the moment it might just come in bits and pieces until I can feel the ground firmly beneath my feet again. as always, thank you for your patience and support! ]]

y’know, it’s weird, like...sometimes I can go three whole days without thinkin’ ‘bout my bro at all...an’ I feel a little guilty about that, ya get me? I’m doin’ a lot better lately though, mostly thanks to all the friends I’ve made since keicho died...and that’s great, don’t get me wrong! I love those guys! but I dunno. I guess I just wish things coulda turned out a little different somehow, that’s all.

hey, thanks buddy! I work real hard to get ‘em lookin’ good!here’s a little workout tip I heard from somebody one time: apparently after you work out, you got like, uh…some kinda window? an-anabolic? anabolic window? I’m not too sure o’ the actual word. anyway, it basically means that if ya make sure you have a bunch o’ protein like 15 minutes after you work out, your muscles are super ready to suck it all up! an’ protein is what makes ‘em get real big an’ swole, so that’s good news! I usually have a choco-strawberry protein shake…the recipe is top secret though, heh heh. anyway, I’m not too sure if that stuff about windows is true, but I do it just in case! stay hydrated, everybody!
