I've been burnt out on writing for over a year, but I've found other ways to be creative without burning myself out further, and I might return to writing sometime. All four of my entries and interpretations (as "Pebble") for @coralreefskim's AA Art Style Tournament on Twitter! (Yes, I drew new artworks for this tournament, I was being extra and I'm using them as commission examples.

For their weapons, I entered Athena with her own muscles, Maya with a cardboard tube, Pearl with a rocket launcher, and Trucy with her floating spaghetti, respectively. Athena didn't have enough entries to make it in and I'm so mad because I had such a great PNG and I was gonna call it these guns

We're running out of time to do at the very least a monthly Trucy (mostly because I was focusing on ArtFight!) so I'm counting this as July's Trucy. Congrats to everyone who entered the tournament!

WHOO! I did it! I'm okay! I made it through the year all right! I'm not in danger of failing any classes, I finished the final final for my final class today (what a mouthful, huh?), and I'm done! God. I can't believe we did it, everyone. We did it!

In any case, now that the worst of my schoolwork is over, what I wanted to do for basically this ENTIRE year is within my grasp:

I'm going to try and take daily-trucy off hiatus!

Granted, I dunno if I'll be able to make a full return right away- that's a lot of art and returning like that is pretty sudden and frankly unmanageable in my current state- but I'm thinking I'll try to split it into increments. We've already managed monthly Trucy for this long; I'm gonna try and work it back up to daily in steps.

Thank you so much to everyone who held out for Trucy this long; everyone was so kind and supportive and it definitely helped out through my worst days.

Onward to the future! I can't wait to see what it has in store.
