National Chocolate Covered Anything Day

So I guess today is the National Day of Chocolate Covered Anything. Seems a fitting day to start a blog. But then, everyday is a good day for that.

Seriously, chocolate covered anything? Do we really want to cover anything and everything with chocolate? Is that why my cat has been hiding from me all morning? Is he afraid that he will be covered as well? And would covering the cat with chocolate be a violation against my husband's strict "no dressing up the cat" rule?

No, but really seriously now, do we really need to sugar-coat more in this world? How about for once calling things by their name, taking a good long look at the harsh realities out there and actually trying to find feasible solutions for problems. Stop the finger pointing and own up to your shit. Start with yourself, don't wait for others to fix this world. Be conscious of what you are doing. Own it. Live it.
