I was writing something in school and my friend asked me what it was. I said a story and she immediately asked “is it gay?” And it happened to be based around the story of two boys who fell in love so she gave me a high-five and got me to show her some of it

When you come back to an old one to rewrite it better, and find a character with the name of a person you hate, only you didn't hate them back then so you had no idea what a bitch you were talking about

Some days I open up Word and type out four grammatically correct chapters without stopping, and other days I just sit there like
I sometimes add aspects of book characters into my own characters without realising, and then I look back and see and think "huh, all this stuff really inspired me and I never realised until now"
