1 medium zucchini - 33
2 tbsp olives - 19
3 oz tofu - 80
ยผ cup tomato sauce - 20
1 tbsp nutritional yeast - 20
Garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and oregano to taste - 0
1. Use a spiralizer to prepare zucchini noodles, or purchase them pre cut from your local grocery store.
2. In a pan over medium heat, lightly spritz with zero calorie cooking spray, and sautรฉ the zoodles until warm and soft.
3. Mix in the tofu and olives. Pour in the sauce, add the spices, and stir. Sprinkle with nutritional yeast.
