I’ve always found “The Widows Curse” to make Grian sound like a victim of circumstances rather than an active participant in many (though not all) of the deaths of his teammates.

And “Icarus’ Curse” is cool but it puts a lot of blame on said teammates, like they knew that teaming with him would cause their deaths and they did it anyway, which is true to some extent but not entirely. Also I just find it clunky to say.

I propose: Bird Flu. Okay hear me out! Cause he’s a bird! And people who go team with him pretty quickly become weirdly obsessed either with him or the team in general and get straight up ill about it, then they die! Maybe im too excited about a stupid name idea but someone in a tiktok comment section liked it so I’m posting it here. Bird flu.

Im still talking about this sorry. Just like!! The way Mumbo acted around Grian in Wild Life! We could be saying he caught bird flu but instead we’re just saying he was falling into the same pattern of grians teammates becoming possessive of him and their alliance before dying? A waste!
