1. If you could give your character one high-tech gadget or upgrade for chasing storms, what would it be?
Like some spaceship type thing where they could get to the eye of the storm? To see it from the middle? Would be crazy!
What was the wildest or most intense moment on set where you thought, ‘Whoa… this really feels like we’re in a real tornado’?
When we had to such down set because of the winds. It was insane, really felt like life was imitating art in that moment. I was so freaked out, not going to lie.
3. What song would your character blast in the car while racing toward a tornado?
I got really into country music while filming this so probably go very literal and do Hurricane by Luke Combs.
4. Who in the cast was the most likely to break character or start laughing during intense scenes? Give us a story!
Clearly, I was perfect and never broke character... ever. So I am looking at my boys here. @glenpowcll and @davcorenswet were such bad influences... obviously. No, it was usually me, usually getting frustrated because my accent or forgetting lines.
5. If you were actually storm chasers in real life, what role would you each play )driver, navigator, data analyst, the one yelling 'GO!')?
I feel I am very literal and want to know all the answers, just like Kate, so I would happily take on the role of data analysts. Making sure everyone knew what their job was so no one got hurt.
6. Is this a movie you'd like to do a sequel for? Why or why not?
Yes, 100%. I was so scared doing this movie, I have never done anything so big before and I was one of the few Brits in a very American movie but I loved every second and I want to come back for more. Plus, I want a go driving the cool trucks.
7. What was your personal 'this is really happening' moment on this film when it truly hit you that you were part of the legacy of Twisters?
I think when the first trailer dropped and the reaction it got online. People were so positive about it and I know that is not always the case with these movies so it felt so nice.
I am excited for our panel, Dais! Let's try to get the full comic-con experience and go to the main floor? I know it gets crazy, so we have to stick together. I want to try and get some new comic books though.
Me too! Okay, I feel like doing Comic Con with the Superman is a like a dream come true, I am so there. I know very little about all this stuff so you can teach me all about it.
I think you would be amazing at it, really. Oh there is a such a difference isnt there? I want to do another psych thriller but we will see if that is in the cards. Ok spoiler alert Im in the next one a whole lot and V gets a back story more
Psych thrills is what I mean. I've done ones that sort mess with your brain but I want to be a final girl, out running the killer, it always seems so much. Oh, this is wonderful news. I can't wait to see it.
You have nothing to apologize for! Besos, besos, besos, amo! I'm so proud of you, congratulations. Please, no apologies, I too have been bathed in work. Nothing to report other than this, I'm afraid. If I didn't have this I'd be terribly dull, and I'm okay with that.
Every time I turn a corner I am greeting with your face on a poster but it has me thinking about how much I miss you and if you ever sleep. Well, it sounds like we need to cause a little trouble. Am I seeing you this weekend?
the internet reckons we reunite every three days or so, and we all know the internet's always right, isn't it? So how come the last time I saw ya was… what, a week ago? Maybe even two? Which means we're well overdue a proper catch-up. Any chance you're in London? I should be back in the city myself tomorrow, was home visiting the fam for a wee bit, but need to get back for Beatles bootcamp anyway. Thought we could do it right this time, proper pub hangout, a few pints of Guinness, and a good old chat. Could even see if India and Fionn are about, if they're not too busy for the likes of us. @daisyedgxrjones
If it is on the internet, it must be true, that is what Facebook says,s anyway. I am in San Diego for Comic Con, but I will be heading back to London as I am working there. That will nice to see them all. I need all the tea about Beatles because I am so excited. How is the Scouse accent coming along? Please, let's get to the pub because a cold pint is calling my name. Sounds perfection.
I just need to say huge congratulations on all the Superman stuff. I am living for all the hype you are getting, and rightfully so. I am hoping to catch it at the weekend but I am so incredibly jealous of David who got to work with you, I need to work with you, please and thank you. @rachbrosnahan
I have always wanted to do a horror, I have done thrillers but a straight-up horror is the dream. I saw Five Nights at Freddys has a sequel and I am so excited to catch it. Please tell me you are in this one. @famesudeikis
It is a beautiful act of nature, but one that I want to see from really, really far away. I've tried to stay away from reviews for the most part for my own sanity, but I've seen some people have been enjoying it. That's really all I care about, is that people have a good time watching it and enjoy themselves.
I get that. Maybe we should just stick with the movie ones for now? I am sure that everyone is going to having the best time. I get staying away from the reviews but I have heard nothing but good stuff so I cannot wait to catch it this weekend.
Pedro, my sweet. I am sorry, I have been busy working. I am in London working on a new version of Sense and Sensibility, which is a dream come true. I am so sorry. What about you? Other than being in every hit movie this summer? Anything else to report?
GLEN: i'll give praise where praise is due...my family is pretty incredible and make anyone feel like they've been part of the powell family for years. and you fit in just perfectly. you did alright in such a big film too, lol.
GLEN: totally get that. getting to relax for an extended weekend was really nice.
GLEN: what's your next project and when does it come out? because i need to squeeze in some daisy time before you are too busy.
Daisy: They really did. I think about your mums cooking every day, can't lie. Just alright? It's okay, you can admit that I showed you up.
Daisy: It is always nice when we are forced to relax.
Daisy: I am going to be in Sense and Sensibility! I can't wait but I do have some time before filming starts so let's make this reunion happen.
I can tell you right now that I would be the biggest chicken and just run the other way in the face of a real storm. You're braver than I, Dais. We are starting to ease into the press run, yeah. Been doing some interviews here and there, and some events here and there. It's all becoming more real that it's coming out, so it's exciting.
I thought I would be the same but it was actually pretty interesting to watch one happen. Although we were lucky that the damage wasn't too much. I am so excited for you, it will be an amazing run. I have heard nothing but good things. We need to celebrate both this and your birthday.
