I never thought about needing to heal parts of myself from when i was younger. Apparently going off the past month, or even the past few months though. I apparently did need to. I feel like past me wouldn't have coped well in certain situations i've been in, or have pushed myself into. I would've been filled with anxiety or dread, but now? I did those things, with confidence and optimism. That makes me feel proud, which doesn't really happen too often.
