Daji finished the race in 53 minutes.
Start of 10km race on Vystaviste Brno in 3 minutes!
Start of the half marathon
Daji with the medal for runners who finished the race! Guntime about 2 hours and 2 minutes, realtime will be even better! What a great first race! Unfortunately Petra didn’t finish because of extremely hot weather.
First runner crossed finish line in circa 1 hour and 10 minutes, wow! First woman at time 1 hour and 21 minutes! Daji will be here probably in time around 2 hours.
After 4 PM Petra and Daji ran through starting point. Right now they are probably near caves Punkevny where they are turning back.
Daji is preparing on the start with our friend Petra and I found a great place for filming
Just waiting... He's calm, but I'm so nervous I can't sit!

First Race - Half marathon Blansko
Hi! I’m Ruchie and I’m happily married for 5 years now. My husband Daji is a great person, very kind and caring.
Several months ago Daji decided that he wants to run in a half marathon race. Well, why not, I thought. So I did my best to support him. We bought a pair of running shoes, clothes, sport tester, etc. He started with training, not just running, but also spinning and other sport activities.
And today it’s the day of his first race ever. Half marathon in a beautiful countryside of Moravsky Kras in Czech Republic. I’m excited, but also worried. And I want to share this day with my friends, so that’s why I created this blog. I will post notes and photos from today’s event!
