The Yeloli brand makes boy dolls in the 24" size sometimes, as well as the little BJDs. But I wish they'd make them in the 11" size too. (Barbie size.) Especially since there's a surprising amount of significant male characters in the cartoon. Here's a quick rundown of some of them!
Jasper (sporty boy) and Roland (techy boy) have been part of the main team since the first season. (I'm using the dub names b/c that's what I've been watching.) Jasper has plant powers and and Roland has time powers that led to an insane subplot about him "being punished for breaking the Rules of Time" (due to saving another character's parents who had perished in an airplane accident--hilariously he did not save anyone else on the plane, RIP) which resulted in him being cursed to age at an unnatural rate and die in 6 days. (They broke the curse but only by putting him under ANOTHER curse.)
Frances is the first main human antagonist. This is his powered up form, but in his normal form he's a boy with albinism which led to him being bullied. Also due to the albinism his vision was deteriorating and he couldn't stand the sun. He fell for the evil fairy queen's promises out of bitterness, but he isn't really evil, moreso manipulated.
Gosling is a Chaotic Neutral, nihilist wild card. He lives by his own rules! He's in a rock band! He has angel wings that can either reflect his light side or his dark side! I definitely would have had a crush on this character when I was 12.
The Water Prince is a fairy who is a romantic interest of a main character and I think in a later season they actually get married?? (Going off the mini Polly Pocket type toys which include a wedding set with a blue-haired boy doll, lol.) He embodies one of my favorite character archetypes: the character who is aloof and a bit alien and a bit amoral. He's also caprious, like initially he helps the protangonists hide from the evil queen, but then he goes to Earth and sees a kid throw a soda can into a puddle and he's like "Oh, if humans pollute water then I'm afraid they all have to die :|"
The Ice Princess is his sister, who the evil queen trapped in an ice crystal for untold years, and when she finally busted out she asked her brother why he didn't save her and he was like "you were safer in there :|"

Ahhhhhh, I watched 9 seasons of the show when I was younger!!!!!(season 10 wasn't available on the Chinese streaming platform I was using). Seeing this brought back so many memories.
