Kai is NOT dead!

This is just my theory because I can’t accept the fact he’s dead.

Remember when Kai escaped from the 1903 Prison World and he went after Bonnie because he needed her blood for the spell to link Elena’s life to hers?

What if he also used her blood to create a new Prison World just like his father Joshua created the 1994 Prison World using Sheila’s (Grams) blood?

It was his backup plan in case someone wanted to kill him.  It was something like the Other Side for him.

When you think about it, Damon was dead/ghost when Grams sent him and Bonnie in the 1994 Prison World and then he came back in contemporary world as a vampire/undead, not ghost. So when Damon killed Kai, Kai was instantly sent into that new Prison World.

Although, to  create a new Prison World he needed a celestial event and guess what? 

It was a full moon on the wedding day so he could!

So all he has to do now is find the Ascendant, that old Canadian rock filled with Bennett blood and “spout a little witchy woo and then…
