Unfortunately loses. She has some nuts reaction time and durability but John is just faster and stronger, and can laser her to death.

Here's where it gets interesting, because she definitely beats him. Even before she could handle the form for too long, Anne crushed him. Fast enough to dodge lasers, strong enough to go band for band with Andreas's Zord, insane durability, kicked the Cloak Bot into freaking orbit, can summon her sword and charge it up like Mjolnir, and she's a war vet with crazy combat experience just from surviving Amphibia. It was never fair.

And this form just makes it worse. Take everything I said about the previous form and multiply it by yes. Stronger, faster, can create constructs like a bloody Lantern. John's building level durability isn't saving him from the power of a young god.
