here you see a domesticated fox escaped from captivity. its awkward movements and unfamiliarity with the terrain demonstrate the extent to which it has learned to thrive in the most unnatural of conditions. perhaps in time, it will learn again how to hunt, how to scent for a mate, how to be a wild thing. but for now, as you can see, it is simply unequipped for the environment in which it finds itself.
