so dan and phil are married(does the uk have civil unions?) and basically i’m just kind of relieved.

dan is a block of salt, co-depependent, but not affectionate with phil, but phil genuinely looked at dan sometimes like … love. also none of them seemed to be dating other people. it felt emotionally abusive at some point to be best friends with someone who loves you and not be in a relationship with them, especially with the clear shower door and things.

also, like, now that i think about it the main reason i got into phan is because it’s the best gay show on youtube right now and it still kind of is and that’s sad. and honestly, has any other couple’s channel lasted this long?

It’s a wonderful week during Pride month:

Dan Howell came out with a 45 minute video titled “Basically I’m Gay” that is probably the best coming out video in the history of YouTube platform (it’s so important and everyone should watch!!!) and then Phil Lester came out with a tweet (plus Dan outed him with permission by mentioning their “beyond just romantic” “real best friends” “first time I felt safe” “soulmate” life-partnership in the video but not specifically labeling their relationship or commenting on monogamy)

Queer icon Harry Styles’ 2nd solo album is in the works. We’ll be getting a single from the lovely Louis Tomlinson this summer. But we’ll be getting content before any music because they’re both on the Late Late show next week (these two have been following each other around the world for awhile: on the same street in LA, both in Italy, at home in London, at an event together, etc and it’s interesting in light of their history and the radio silence we previously had from their relationship)

Now Taylor Swift (who I believe is slowly inching herself out of the closet) drops this brilliant song:

So Dan is gay now.

It makes sense in this cringe way. He went through a bisexual phase(but man was it long). I guess he had some ptsd. And his sexuality is like gay, but he’s still a bit blurry on it, hazed, I’d say, but hazed in a he doesn’t understand how to express his sexuality kind of way, where he needs to fill out a few sexuality charts and then we’ll figure this whole thing out.*

But yeah, my fujoshi mode is turned down to just 80% and now yeah, I’m convinced phan is real in some context, I’m imagining a hippie-like awkward poly couple or like phan in a non-sexual way and the glitter is gone. I have no control over my imagination. And I suspect that ptsd but at the same time, I’m not fetishizing it. I swear :) I’m in protection mode though even if I really don’t see how he needs it. And I can’t stop being vaguely likely to point out the gay, because I’m a fujoshi. but I’m going to probably be less creepy.

*Because sexuality is obviously complicated even for completely straight people. The whole anime “best grill” argument is weird because literally everyone is allowed to see a different thing as attractive and I see straight men use it a lot awkwardly where a guy is like “yeah, the best woman is at least 121 years old” or “the best women is a female horse” and it’s clearly I am not the best woman and could never be. But yeah sexuality is a combination of who you’re sexually attracted to and who you’re emotionally attracted to, and the entire thing is like interpreting the stars in the way there may be some stars and celestial bodies you aren’t accounting for.

A weird dream I had about dan, kind of intimate, too intimate.

Okay, so I was sitting on my bed with dan’s head in my lap, very intimate, lots of smiles and chit chatting, but also platonic. It’s something I do with close friends, family members, and dogs. So after we left to wherever and a bit after we separated and it dawned on me in my dream that the experience was pretty romantic in hindsight and so that was my chance, and so I went “swigetty swooty, coming for that booty”, and went to try and have a wet dream so to saylp, but then dan was making some sort of video, but it invoked 13 yo twin boys in kilts(earlier on reddit I saw a Scottish Irish girl wearing a kilt fabric kimono so that’s where I got the idea from) but I’m not into shota and dan was, so I had to stop my sex things plans because I don’t want to be involved with a guy who is into 13 yos or actually gay. So then I woke up.

The whole cyber bullying campaign has been useful while playing league of legends. On twitter/tumblr I just really want to keep my ssn# to myself and not get linked to any nude websites. That's my main concern. It could be my generation though, but I tend to be the one bullying bullies.

I just feel that Dan and Phil need to grow up eventually if lord pewdiepie allows it without destroying YouTube for advertisers.
