Oregon resident spreads kindness letter by letter

If you've parked your car on the streets of Ashland, you may have found a letter of encouragement tucked in your car door or under the windshield wiper. These letters of love have been popping up around town for two years now. Ashland resident Kokayi Nosakhere has been spreading this kindness around the community, one letter at a time. "I wanted to do something that I thought was practical that would have some impact, so what came to mind is writing a letter," Nosakhere said.
