Todrick Hall does not get even a tiny bit of the amount of attention he should get. He’s a quintuple threat; an actor, singer, writer, director and dancer. He got a shout out from Beyonce for one of his flashmobs, his vocal range goes higher than a lot of women, he’s gay and proud of it, he’s black and proud of that too, he’s vocal about things he believes in and he balances out his funny light-hearted work with much more serious issue focussed work.

Like seriously Straight Outta Oz is a musical he wrote based on his own life and it is amazing. Water Guns in particular is such an amazing song and he addresses the issue in such a good easily understood way.

Honestly, if you haven’t watched Straight Outta Oz yet, watch it here. The camera work, the messages, the music; everything is fucking fantastic.

He’s a gift.

Watch it. It’s AMAZING. Incredible visual concept album using the story of the Wizard of Oz to explore his life. Absolutely stunning costuming and cinematography, really smart writing, and beautiful performances. Addresses so many important issues like black media representation, gun violence, the price of fame, leaving home, finding who you are, sexuality etc.

Jordin Sparks (who sings one of my favorite songs in the whole thing, I legit started crying)

PLEASE DON’T GET ANGRY IF THERE IS NO SUPERFRUIT TOMMOROW! 

From what I can see Mitch and Scott are both very shook by what happened over the weekend and need time to work things out for themselves and grieve like the rest of us. They both seem to be experiencing waves of sadness over the Orlando shootings and seem quite scared after what happened to Christina Grimmie. DON’T EXPECT ANYTHING FROM THEM. If they do make a video then that's great good for them for having the strength to make a video but if they don’t please don’t get upset about it.

Also, to Mitch and Scott, if you somehow see this know that your fans love you. stay safe and stay strong <3
