self care tip: if youâre depressed or feeling down and donât feel like leaving bed, change the sheets on your bed to nice, fresh, clean ones that smell good, and then take a shower or a bath, dress in clean pajamas, and go ahead and get back into bed. the tiny bit of work for the day will make you feel like you accomplished something, and youâll feel clean and refreshed which will put you in a better state of mind.
