So I watched No Other Choice, and I didn't like it??? I guess my favorite movie is Tokyo Sonata, which does kinda the same thing (about a salaryman losing his job and the indignities and psychological torment of capitalism) except a lot better in my opinion because it's actually critical of capitalism and shows how the breadwinner losing his job would cause the nuclear family to go into crisis. But then again is it fair to fault a movie for not having my own political biases?

I also felt that with the marketing they were hoping it was going to pop off in the US like Parasite did. But parasite is just a lot more critical of capitalism. the critique is so much stronger. and it didn't.
