Black Jack "nothing bad ever happened" AU where the explosion incident never happened

I know the manga goes back and forth on whether Black Jack was already a wheelchair user before the explosion so I hc that he was an ambulatory wheelchair user (as in could walk sometimes here and there).

Dr. Honma never ends up performing surgery on him since he was never blown apart, so he doesnt end up going through years of intense physical therapy afterwards - so he would still use the wheelchair in this AU.

Black Jack also doesn't have non-stop murderous intent in his adolescence so he'd be less cold as an adult and doesn't get white hair from stress.
