#StrawberryGelatin recipe: 1/4c cold water + 1tbsp gelatin. Bloom for 5-10min. Mix in 1/4c hot water + 1-2pt strawberries, puréed (I added coconut palm sugar and maple syrup to sweeten the purée). Let set in fridge for at least 4 hours. #NotJello #GlutenFree #Organic #Nom
