About Us;
This is is a Dandy’s World AU ran through a Tumblr blog — Asks don’t have to be heavy roleplay; or for that matter, roleplay at all - But if you do roleplay in asks it helps us flesh out our response more!
About the Toons;
Lethals; Dandy, He/Flower/Petal || Dandy runs the Cafe… and an operation made to put customers under his control; He puts ichor in the drinks, supposedly it will effect the person drinking it to fall under some sort of hypnosis that only Dandy can control. Dyle, He/Him || Dyle is the co-owner, however he is blissfully unaware of the situation Dandy has created. He is often quite strict and bossy with the Toons, taking advantage of his authority. Mains; Astro, He/It/Moon || Astro used to be Dandy’s best friend- That was until he found out about the ichor being put in the drinks. Its first thought was to try and stop it; In return it ended up turning moon twisted. Pebble, It/He || Pebble is Dandy’s pet; He also doubles as an attraction for the Cafe. Customers often come in just to pet him or say hi to him- Others just see him and shrug despite his adorable, puppy… rock… thing… appearance. Shelly, She/Her || Shelly is one of the lucky few who was given the role of the Cafe’s manager, she’s probably one of the kindest people to be in the higher ranks. She often initiates small (big) talk with the customers as she’s quite chatty. Sprout, He/It || Aside from beverages, Sprout makes most of the non-liquid tasties of the Cafe. He’s often praised for his good work, although it could never do that all without Cosmo! Vee, She/Tech || Almost ever since the Cafe opened, someone thought it would be a good idea to make Vee a janitor- Unfortunately, due to her being a piece of tech; The spilled drinks caused a malfunction which lead to her going out of order. Rares; Blot, They/He || Blot is locked away in a cage inside the back rooms of the Cafe, Dandy often uses them as a source for ichor despite knowing it hurts Blot greatly. The other Toons know he went missing; They don’t know what actually happened… Flutter, She/It || Due to Flutter’s wings, she is not able to create drinks; Instead, it serves the drinks. She often seems to notice that something about said drinks is… tainted, but decides it’s likely just it’s mind playing tricks on her. Gigi, They/Them || Gigi often steals the drinks for themself when nobody is looking, unfortunately due to the ichor put in them… Gigi has become a twisted. Glisten, He/Glam || Glisten is one of the baristas, as a perfectionist he often takes far too long to make a drink which in turn; Makes many customers give them a low rating, due to this Glisten is often punished for glam’s lack of awareness when it comes to timing. Goob, He/It/Pup || Goob usually serves and makes the drinks, but usually serves due to his hands making it hard to create beverages. He is often looked down on and treated like a child. Scraps, She/Her || Scraps, despite having similar hands to Goob’s; Makes a majority of the drink, she is usually employee of the month and treated as a higher-up of sorts by some of the other Toons. Uncommons; Brightney, She/Her || Brightney is a friend of Shelly’s, she mostly makes and sells the Cafe’s merch. On occasion she’ll make a drink or two, but that’s about it. Connie, She/They || Connie… always the trickster of the Cafe. Her pranks have driven away hundreds of customers… one time she even put a fake plastic spider in a drink, Dandy was furious. Aside from that, they really do try their best! She makes a couple of the drinks on occasion. Finn, He/Bay/Fish || Finn has his own corner to do stand-up comedy in, it’s another one of the many attractions of the Cafe! Though he often spills the water in his fishbowl head, creating more messes for Tisha to clean up. Razzle & Dazzle, They/Them together, He/Him separately || Razzle & Dazzle make a lot of the drinks, and occasionally help Sprout with making the food. On weekends, they usually like to perform alongside Finn. Rodger, He/Him || Rodger often sticks alongside his child; Toodles. The pair often makes drinks together while Rodger teaches her how to be a productive part of the Cafe.
Teagan, She/They || Teagan; being a teacup, serves and makes drinks a lot of the time. Due to her fancy way of doing things; she often gets high ratings from customers! They also love compliments on their appearance.
Toodles, She/Her || Toodles is Rodger’s assistant most of the time, when she isn’t being taught/on duty; she’s likely sitting in one of the back rooms of the Cafe and playing with toys! Commons; Boxten, He/Music/They || Boxten knows about the ichor being put in the drinks, it keeps them awake at night; but he doesn't tell the others. Music almost never speaks. Brusha, They/She || Brusha helped Dandy and Dyle build the Cafe, her painting skills making the mural on one of the walls! Now they usually only come to visit, they always order a coffee!… Always… …But nobody’s gonna tell her. Cosmo, He/It/Cake || As Sprout’s best friend, Cosmo loves to help make food! Cake always tells customers to get the food when it’s fresh, it always tastes the best when it’s fresh! Looey, He/They || Looey stopped working for the Cafe after Blot went missing, they tried to find Blot once by sneaking into the back room; upon finding Blot locked up, he … went missing as well. Poppy, She/Her || Poppy has a basically permanent sugar rush, her head has been taken over by caffeine and she's pure energy… She only has so much time before she turns Twisted. Shrimpo, He/She || Shrimpo is banned from the Cafe after having an angry breakdown at a customer for “NOT KNOWING WHAT THEIR FUCKING ORDER WAS!!!”. He lives in the dumpster outside the Cafe now. Tisha, She/They || Tisha is the replacement Janitor for Vee’s absence, often having to clean up Finn’s messes; She began to hate her job. Stain after stain. Spill after spill. Does it ever end? They’re slightly insane now… slightly. Yatta, She/Candy || Yatta makes, buys, and serves the food (…mostly candy…), as a Pinãta; a kid came in once and tried to hit her for free candy- Yatta has an injury now. Candy is too consumed by her job to really even noticed the situation with the other members of the Circus Troupe.
