woah heeseung just admitted he has ADHD 😲

when he shared that he has ADHD, I wasn't really surprised honestly (and even other idols too).

as a dsw graduate, one thing that's always stuck with me is that ADHD can look completely different from person to person (some disabilities may look the same but most are different on everyone). some people are more hyperactive, some are more inattentive, and some mask it so well that you'd never guess unless they told you themselves.

there were just a few little things over time that made me think, Huh...I wouldn't be surprised if they have ADHD." Not in a I'm diagnosing them way - just recognizing patterns I'd learned about. At the end of the day, only he and his healthcare professionals know what he's experiencing.

I'm glad he felt comfortable enough to share it in his own time.
